Uprava Doma zdravlja donijela je odluku da se, radi pregleda, pacijenti ovoj zdravstvenoj ustanovi moraju prethodno najaviti, pa tek za dva-tri dana čekanja dobiti traženu uslugu

Liječnici u livanjskom Domu zdravlja ovih dana imaju pune ruke posla. Dnevno u prosjeku pregledaju i po nekoliko stotina pacijenata. Najzaposlenija je ipak jedina pedijatrica, dr. Dominika Šiško, koja sama dnevno pregleda oko stotinu djece.

Ravnateljica Županijskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo dr. Dijana Mamić ističe kako se tu ipak ne radi o epidemiji gripe, nego o virozi, koja bi mogla biti tek uvod u skoru epidemiju te vrste.

Radilo se tu o gripi ili, pak, o nekoj drugoj vrsti bolesti, Uprava ovog Doma zdravlja donijela je odluku da se, radi pregleda, pacijenti ovoj zdravstvenoj ustanovi moraju prethodno najaviti, pa tek za dva-tri dana čekanja dobiti traženu uslugu.

Razlog je svakako manjak liječnika, ali i pokušaj da se na takav način konačno počne realizirati projekt obiteljske medicine na ovom području, ističe dr. Stipe Kovač, ravnatelj Doma zdravlja.

Ali, da bi se jedan takav projekt mogao realizirati na pravi način, on naglašava kako ovom Domu zdravlja nedostaju najmanje četiri liječnika opće medicine. Problem je kako doći do njih, pogotovo ako se zna da trenutačna plaća takvom liječniku u ovoj zdravstvenoj ustanovi iznosi nešto više od tisuću i sto KM.

Ona je čak manja i od primanja liječnika opće medicine u susjednom entitetu, a da se ne govori o susjednoj Republici Hrvatskoj.

Uvod u epidemiju

Međutim, ovdašnji pacijenti, koji su navikli na to da im se istoga dana kada se pojave u Domu zdravlja pruži i tražena liječnička usluga, teško se mire s time da sada prethodno trebaju najaviti svoj posjet liječniku i bolesni na njegovu pomoć čekati nekoliko dana.

Doznajemo kako je zbog toga čekanja jedan pacijent zaradio i težu upalu pluća. Da mu je na vrijeme pružena liječnička pomoć, koju je tražio, možda i ne bi završio u bolesničkoj postelji. Sve u svemu, ako je ovo tek uvod u epidemiju gripe, može se samo pretpostaviti što Livnjake i livanjske liječnike očekuje kada se ta epidemija rasplamsa.

Liječnici u livanjskom Domu zdravlja ovih dana imaju pune ruke posla. Dnevno u prosjeku pregledaju i po nekoliko stotina pacijenata. Najzaposlenija je ipak jedina pedijatrica, dr. Dominika Šiško, koja sama dnevno pregleda oko stotinu djece.

Ravnateljica Županijskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo dr. Dijana Mamić ističe kako se tu ipak ne radi o epidemiji gripe, nego o virozi, koja bi mogla biti tek uvod u skoru epidemiju te vrste.

Radilo se tu o gripi ili, pak, o nekoj drugoj vrsti bolesti, Uprava ovog Doma zdravlja donijela je odluku da se, radi pregleda, pacijenti ovoj zdravstvenoj ustanovi moraju prethodno najaviti, pa tek za dva-tri dana čekanja dobiti traženu uslugu.

Razlog je svakako manjak liječnika, ali i pokušaj da se na takav način konačno počne realizirati projekt obiteljske medicine na ovom području, ističe dr. Stipe Kovač, ravnatelj Doma zdravlja.

Ali, da bi se jedan takav projekt mogao realizirati na pravi način, on naglašava kako ovom Domu zdravlja nedostaju najmanje četiri liječnika opće medicine. Problem je kako doći do njih, pogotovo ako se zna da trenutačna plaća takvom liječniku u ovoj zdravstvenoj ustanovi iznosi nešto više od tisuću i sto KM.

Ona je čak manja i od primanja liječnika opće medicine u susjednom entitetu, a da se ne govori o susjednoj Republici Hrvatskoj.

Uvod u epidemiju

Međutim, ovdašnji pacijenti, koji su navikli na to da im se istoga dana kada se pojave u Domu zdravlja pruži i tražena liječnička usluga, teško se mire s time da sada prethodno trebaju najaviti svoj posjet liječniku i bolesni na njegovu pomoć čekati nekoliko dana.

Doznajemo kako je zbog toga čekanja jedan pacijent zaradio i težu upalu pluća. Da mu je na vrijeme pružena liječnička pomoć, koju je tražio, možda i ne bi završio u bolesničkoj postelji. Sve u svemu, ako je ovo tek uvod u epidemiju gripe, može se samo pretpostaviti što Livnjake i livanjske liječnike očekuje kada se ta epidemija rasplamsa.
