Predsjedatelj Predsjedništva BiH Željko Komšić otvoreno je u intervjuu za Radiosarajevo.ba govorio o odluci hrvatskog premijera Andreja Plenkovića koji jučer nije želio doći na sastanak u Predsjedništvu BiH jer je ondje bio i Komšić.

Naime, premijer Andrej Plenković je u zadnji čas odbio doći na sastanak s Predsjedništvom BiH, iako je bio predviđen susret predsjednice Europske komisije Ursule von der Leyen, nizozemskog premijera Marka Ruttea i Plenkovića s članovima Predsjedništva. Plenković je objasnio kako je riječ o konzistentnom pristupu Hrvatske i njene vlade koja ne priznaje Komšića kao legitimno izabranog člana Predsjedništva BiH iz reda Hrvata

Komšić je za Radio Sarajevo rekao kako nije dobio nikakve važne poruke od europskih dužnosnika, prenosi Jutarnji list.

- Manje-više, ponovljeno je sve ono što već znamo. I dalje postoji mogućnost da u ožujku 2024. dobijemo otvaranje pregovora ako vlast napravi neke konkretne poteze. Koji su to potezi kao i po kojim kriterijima će se ocjenjivati i dalje je ostalo vrlo fluidno, neartikulirano, nejasno. Čini mi se da će prije biti presudan neki subjektivni dojam o tome je li vlast u BiH učinila dovoljno ili nije i da će odluka ovisiti o geopolitičkoj situaciji na europskom kontinentu a ne o nekim preciznim kriterijima, rekao je.

Istaknuo je kako građani BiH moraju znati kako Von der Leyen i Rutte nisu naveli Ustavni sud i način izbora članova Predsjedništva kao uvjet za napredak na europskom putu.

- Uopće nije uzeto u obzir ono što traže HDZ i SNSD u pogledu izbora u ove dvije institucije, ustvrdio je.

Zamoljen je da komentira jučerašnji potez hrvatskog premijera.

- Plenković promovira ponašanje koje je štetno za odnose u Bosni i Hercegovini. Umjesto dijaloga, unosi tenzije, podjele, a imamo ih ionako previše. Ne poštujući institucije, ohrabruje članove HDZ-a BiH da to rade, skrivajući se iza zastave EU-a. Iako često zloupotrebljava zastavu EU-a, jasno je da je EU nešto više od Hrvatske, rekao je.

- Ni ja baš ne gorim od želje da osobno razgovaram s Plenkovićem, ali uvijek sam tu jer mislim da je dijalog jedan od načina rješavanja problema. Plenković bi očito želio rješavati probleme na drugi način, silom. To neće moći.

Zamoljen je i za komentar na dogovor državne koalicije u Laktašima. Podsjetimo, na Dodikovu imanju u Bakincima kod Banje Luke 18. siječnja susreli su se Milorad Dodik (SNSD), Dragan Čović (HDZ), Nermin Nikšić (SDP), Elmedin Konaković (NiP) i Edin Forto (NS).

- Svaki, pa i mali napredak na europskom putu je koristan za Bosnu i Hercegovinu i ja ga podržavam. Ali ne smijemo dopustiti da nam neki opsjenari i ljudi koji ne znaju s čime se igraju, predaju državnih institucija u ruke neprijatelja ove države podvaljuju i prodaju kao nužnu žrtvu na europskom putu. Pogotovo kada to ne traže ni iz Europske unije. Moramo razgraničiti neke pojmove. Rad na depolitizaciji pravosuđa, sprječavanje pranja novca, Frontex i pitanje migracija, suzbijanje korupcije, predstavlja jačanje europske perspektive, a ne laktaško uguravanje Dodikovih i Čovićevih želja u taj, od nikoga traženih, europski paket obaveza. To nije europski put, nego izdaja države, rekao je.

Zamoljen je i da komentira prijedlog Izbornog zakona što ga je uputio Dragan Čović.

- On već deset godina na tu temu vrti jedan te isti prijedlog, uz različite varijacije. Bit je faktičko uvođenje crvenih, plavih i zelenih glasačkih kutija za Hrvate, Srbe i Bošnjake, te slijepih kutija za „ostale“ i pripadnike konstitutivnih naroda koji žive kao manjina na nekom dijelu BiH. Ponovit ću po milijunti put da je to suprotno svim presudama Europskog suda za ljudska prava, rekao je.

Predsjedatelj Predsjedništva BiH Željko Komšić otvoreno je u intervjuu za Radiosarajevo.ba govorio o odluci hrvatskog premijera Andreja Plenkovića koji jučer nije želio doći na sastanak u Predsjedništvu BiH jer je ondje bio i Komšić.

Naime, premijer Andrej Plenković je u zadnji čas odbio doći na sastanak s Predsjedništvom BiH, iako je bio predviđen susret predsjednice Europske komisije Ursule von der Leyen, nizozemskog premijera Marka Ruttea i Plenkovića s članovima Predsjedništva. Plenković je objasnio kako je riječ o konzistentnom pristupu Hrvatske i njene vlade koja ne priznaje Komšića kao legitimno izabranog člana Predsjedništva BiH iz reda Hrvata

Komšić je za Radio Sarajevo rekao kako nije dobio nikakve važne poruke od europskih dužnosnika, prenosi Jutarnji list.

- Manje-više, ponovljeno je sve ono što već znamo. I dalje postoji mogućnost da u ožujku 2024. dobijemo otvaranje pregovora ako vlast napravi neke konkretne poteze. Koji su to potezi kao i po kojim kriterijima će se ocjenjivati i dalje je ostalo vrlo fluidno, neartikulirano, nejasno. Čini mi se da će prije biti presudan neki subjektivni dojam o tome je li vlast u BiH učinila dovoljno ili nije i da će odluka ovisiti o geopolitičkoj situaciji na europskom kontinentu a ne o nekim preciznim kriterijima, rekao je.

Istaknuo je kako građani BiH moraju znati kako Von der Leyen i Rutte nisu naveli Ustavni sud i način izbora članova Predsjedništva kao uvjet za napredak na europskom putu.

- Uopće nije uzeto u obzir ono što traže HDZ i SNSD u pogledu izbora u ove dvije institucije, ustvrdio je.

Zamoljen je da komentira jučerašnji potez hrvatskog premijera.

- Plenković promovira ponašanje koje je štetno za odnose u Bosni i Hercegovini. Umjesto dijaloga, unosi tenzije, podjele, a imamo ih ionako previše. Ne poštujući institucije, ohrabruje članove HDZ-a BiH da to rade, skrivajući se iza zastave EU-a. Iako često zloupotrebljava zastavu EU-a, jasno je da je EU nešto više od Hrvatske, rekao je.

- Ni ja baš ne gorim od želje da osobno razgovaram s Plenkovićem, ali uvijek sam tu jer mislim da je dijalog jedan od načina rješavanja problema. Plenković bi očito želio rješavati probleme na drugi način, silom. To neće moći.

Zamoljen je i za komentar na dogovor državne koalicije u Laktašima. Podsjetimo, na Dodikovu imanju u Bakincima kod Banje Luke 18. siječnja susreli su se Milorad Dodik (SNSD), Dragan Čović (HDZ), Nermin Nikšić (SDP), Elmedin Konaković (NiP) i Edin Forto (NS).

- Svaki, pa i mali napredak na europskom putu je koristan za Bosnu i Hercegovinu i ja ga podržavam. Ali ne smijemo dopustiti da nam neki opsjenari i ljudi koji ne znaju s čime se igraju, predaju državnih institucija u ruke neprijatelja ove države podvaljuju i prodaju kao nužnu žrtvu na europskom putu. Pogotovo kada to ne traže ni iz Europske unije. Moramo razgraničiti neke pojmove. Rad na depolitizaciji pravosuđa, sprječavanje pranja novca, Frontex i pitanje migracija, suzbijanje korupcije, predstavlja jačanje europske perspektive, a ne laktaško uguravanje Dodikovih i Čovićevih želja u taj, od nikoga traženih, europski paket obaveza. To nije europski put, nego izdaja države, rekao je.

Zamoljen je i da komentira prijedlog Izbornog zakona što ga je uputio Dragan Čović.

- On već deset godina na tu temu vrti jedan te isti prijedlog, uz različite varijacije. Bit je faktičko uvođenje crvenih, plavih i zelenih glasačkih kutija za Hrvate, Srbe i Bošnjake, te slijepih kutija za „ostale“ i pripadnike konstitutivnih naroda koji žive kao manjina na nekom dijelu BiH. Ponovit ću po milijunti put da je to suprotno svim presudama Europskog suda za ljudska prava, rekao je.
