U svijetu se ovih dana sve glasnije priča o presađivanju srca svinje na čovjeka.
Američki stručnjaci su prije otprilike mjesec dana presadili prvo modificirano svinjsko srce čovjeku.
Njemački znanstvenici planiraju ove godine klonirati i uzgajati genetski modificirane svinje koje će služiti kao darivatelji srca ljudima. Cilj je da nova vrsta bude spremna za pokusne transplantacije do 2025. godine.

Nameće se pitanje postoje li neke prepreke za muslimane u slučaju da ova praksa zaživi i pokaže se efikasnom, a s obzirom na to da je jedenje svinjskog mesa u islamu zabranjeno.
Fetva-i emin Islamske zajednice u Bosni i Hercegovini Enes Ljevaković kazao je za Hayat.ba, prenosi Dnevni avaz, da IZ BiH podržava i ohrabruje znanstvena istraživanja koja imaju cilj pomoći čovjeku, olakšati mu i riješiti zdravstveni problem.

- Takva nastojanja svrstavaju se u ono što je Bogu drago i za što čovjek, ukoliko je vjernik, može očekivati nagradu kod Njega. Podržavamo i traganje za alternativnim rješenjima, koja nisu sporna sa stajališta vjere. Sva takva rješenja su za muslimane prihvatljiva i oni ih mogu usvojiti, bez bojazni da bi time mogli postupiti suprotno vjerskom propisu.

Ukoliko ne postoji nijedno drugo rješenje koje bi čovjeku moglo spasiti život i slično, osim rješenja koje sadrži i nešto što je vjerom zabranjeno te ukoliko bi se čovjekov život ugrozio ako ne bi upotrijebio to rješenje, tada se primjenjuje zakon nužde, što znači da je u takvim slučajevima dozvoljeno upotrijebiti i to rješenje kako bi se spasio nečiji život, nakon što se iscrpe sve druge mogućnosti – kazao je ef. Ljevaković.
U konkretnom slučaju, Ljevaković smatra da ne treba ići ispred događaja, već da treba sačekati definitivan stav struke, te potražiti i rješenja koja sa stajališta vjere ne bi bila sporna.

U svijetu se ovih dana sve glasnije priča o presađivanju srca svinje na čovjeka.
Američki stručnjaci su prije otprilike mjesec dana presadili prvo modificirano svinjsko srce čovjeku.
Njemački znanstvenici planiraju ove godine klonirati i uzgajati genetski modificirane svinje koje će služiti kao darivatelji srca ljudima. Cilj je da nova vrsta bude spremna za pokusne transplantacije do 2025. godine.

Nameće se pitanje postoje li neke prepreke za muslimane u slučaju da ova praksa zaživi i pokaže se efikasnom, a s obzirom na to da je jedenje svinjskog mesa u islamu zabranjeno.
Fetva-i emin Islamske zajednice u Bosni i Hercegovini Enes Ljevaković kazao je za Hayat.ba, prenosi Dnevni avaz, da IZ BiH podržava i ohrabruje znanstvena istraživanja koja imaju cilj pomoći čovjeku, olakšati mu i riješiti zdravstveni problem.
'ne treba ići ispred događaja'
- Takva nastojanja svrstavaju se u ono što je Bogu drago i za što čovjek, ukoliko je vjernik, može očekivati nagradu kod Njega. Podržavamo i traganje za alternativnim rješenjima, koja nisu sporna sa stajališta vjere. Sva takva rješenja su za muslimane prihvatljiva i oni ih mogu usvojiti, bez bojazni da bi time mogli postupiti suprotno vjerskom propisu.

Ukoliko ne postoji nijedno drugo rješenje koje bi čovjeku moglo spasiti život i slično, osim rješenja koje sadrži i nešto što je vjerom zabranjeno te ukoliko bi se čovjekov život ugrozio ako ne bi upotrijebio to rješenje, tada se primjenjuje zakon nužde, što znači da je u takvim slučajevima dozvoljeno upotrijebiti i to rješenje kako bi se spasio nečiji život, nakon što se iscrpe sve druge mogućnosti – kazao je ef. Ljevaković.
U konkretnom slučaju, Ljevaković smatra da ne treba ići ispred događaja, već da treba sačekati definitivan stav struke, te potražiti i rješenja koja sa stajališta vjere ne bi bila sporna.
Ovdje se, dakle, ne radi o stavu Islamske zajednice o ovom pitanju, već o vjerskom propisu – dodaju iz Ureda za odnose s javnošću Rijaseta, piše Hayat.ba, prenosi Dnevni avaz.
