Vlada Federacije BiH je na sjednici u Mostaru razmatrala teško stanje u kazneno-popravnim zavodima u Federaciji BiH te je odlučila da će odobriti dodatna sredstva od 15 milijuna KM za potrebe tih zavoda.
Od tog iznosa 9 milijuna KM namijenjeno je za plaće, naknade i doprinose zaposlenih kao i upošljavanje 160 novih zatvorskih službenika do kraja ove godine, dok će preostalih 6 milijuna KM biti upotrijebljeno za popravljanje osnovnih egzistencijalnih uvjeta osuđenika i pritvorenika.
Također, određeno je da se obavi rotacija direktora kazneno-popravnih zavoda u Federaciji BiH, odnosno zatvora u Mostaru, Sarajevu, Zenici i Tuzli.
Rotacija će biti obavljena tako što će direktori zatvora u Mostaru i Sarajevu te direktori zatvora u Zenici i Tuzli privremeno, na razdoblje od tri mjeseca, zamijeniti radna mjesta.
Federalno ministarstvo pravde od Federalne vlade je dobilo zaduženje da istraži mogućnost uvođenja sustava elektronskog nadzora kao alternativnog načina izvršenja kazne, pri čemu će pomoć zatražiti od relevantnih međunarodnih institucija.
Zaključeno je i to da će Federalno ministarstvo pravde osnovati Odgojno-popravni dom za maloljetnike na dogovorenoj lokaciji u općini Hadžići u Sarajevskoj županiji te da će razmotriti i mogućnost korištenja napuštene vojarne u Delijašima.
– Smatram da se i županije kao suodgovorne za određene stvari kada su u pitanju zatvorski kapaciteti, trebaju uključiti u rješavanje ovih problema – kazao je federalni premijer Mustafa Mujezinović.

Vlada Federacije BiH je na sjednici u Mostaru razmatrala teško stanje u kazneno-popravnim zavodima u Federaciji BiH te je odlučila da će odobriti dodatna sredstva od 15 milijuna KM za potrebe tih zavoda.
Od tog iznosa 9 milijuna KM namijenjeno je za plaće, naknade i doprinose zaposlenih kao i upošljavanje 160 novih zatvorskih službenika do kraja ove godine, dok će preostalih 6 milijuna KM biti upotrijebljeno za popravljanje osnovnih egzistencijalnih uvjeta osuđenika i pritvorenika.
Također, određeno je da se obavi rotacija direktora kazneno-popravnih zavoda u Federaciji BiH, odnosno zatvora u Mostaru, Sarajevu, Zenici i Tuzli.
Rotacija će biti obavljena tako što će direktori zatvora u Mostaru i Sarajevu te direktori zatvora u Zenici i Tuzli privremeno, na razdoblje od tri mjeseca, zamijeniti radna mjesta.
Federalno ministarstvo pravde od Federalne vlade je dobilo zaduženje da istraži mogućnost uvođenja sustava elektronskog nadzora kao alternativnog načina izvršenja kazne, pri čemu će pomoć zatražiti od relevantnih međunarodnih institucija.
Zaključeno je i to da će Federalno ministarstvo pravde osnovati Odgojno-popravni dom za maloljetnike na dogovorenoj lokaciji u općini Hadžići u Sarajevskoj županiji te da će razmotriti i mogućnost korištenja napuštene vojarne u Delijašima.
– Smatram da se i županije kao suodgovorne za određene stvari kada su u pitanju zatvorski kapaciteti, trebaju uključiti u rješavanje ovih problema – kazao je federalni premijer Mustafa Mujezinović.
