Bivši bošnjački zatočenici s područja Mostara najavili su u petak da će podnijeti tužbe za naknadu štete od Republike Hrvatske zbog zatvaranja u zatočeničkim centrima Hrvatskoga vijeća obrane (HVO) te su izrazili nezadovoljstvo što je presudom Haaškog tribunala rušenje Staroga mosta ocijenjeno legitimnim vojnim ciljem.

"Bivši logoraši bit će ustrajni u tužbama protiv Hrvatske. Tražit ćemo naknadu štete", rekao je za N1 Mirzo Ćemalović iz Udruženja logoraša Mostar.

Pri tome je pojasnio kako će se žrtve konzultirati s pravnicima izražavajući očekivanje da će za provedene dane u zatvorima dobiti financijsku naknadu.

Ćemalović je po osobnim tvrdnjama bio zatočen u sedam zatočeničkih centara HVO-a i ondje je proveo 320 dana.

Snimatelj Nedžad Kasumović, koji je snimio rušenje Starog mosta 8. studenog 1993. godine, izrazio je nezadovoljstvo ocjenom suda kako je taj objekt bio legitimni vojni cilj kojega su koristili pripadnici bošnjačke Armije BiH.

Presudom šestorici bivših dužnosnika Herceg Bosne, Haaški tribunal potvrdio im je prvostupanjske kazne kao i postojanje udruženog zločinačkog pothvata u kojega je bile uključena i Republika Hrvatska.

Bivši bošnjački zatočenici s područja Mostara najavili su u petak da će podnijeti tužbe za naknadu štete od Republike Hrvatske zbog zatvaranja u zatočeničkim centrima Hrvatskoga vijeća obrane (HVO) te su izrazili nezadovoljstvo što je presudom Haaškog tribunala rušenje Staroga mosta ocijenjeno legitimnim vojnim ciljem.

"Bivši logoraši bit će ustrajni u tužbama protiv Hrvatske. Tražit ćemo naknadu štete", rekao je za N1 Mirzo Ćemalović iz Udruženja logoraša Mostar.

Pri tome je pojasnio kako će se žrtve konzultirati s pravnicima izražavajući očekivanje da će za provedene dane u zatvorima dobiti financijsku naknadu.

Ćemalović je po osobnim tvrdnjama bio zatočen u sedam zatočeničkih centara HVO-a i ondje je proveo 320 dana.

Snimatelj Nedžad Kasumović, koji je snimio rušenje Starog mosta 8. studenog 1993. godine, izrazio je nezadovoljstvo ocjenom suda kako je taj objekt bio legitimni vojni cilj kojega su koristili pripadnici bošnjačke Armije BiH.

Presudom šestorici bivših dužnosnika Herceg Bosne, Haaški tribunal potvrdio im je prvostupanjske kazne kao i postojanje udruženog zločinačkog pothvata u kojega je bile uključena i Republika Hrvatska.

Bivši bošnjački zatočenici s područja Mostara najavili su u petak da će podnijeti tužbe za naknadu štete od Republike Hrvatske zbog zatvaranja u zatočeničkim centrima Hrvatskoga vijeća obrane (HVO) te su izrazili nezadovoljstvo što je presudom Haaškog tribunala rušenje Staroga mosta ocijenjeno legitimnim vojnim ciljem.
