Potpredsjednik Sabora Željko Reiner objasnio je za N1 zašto u koškanjima između premijera Andreja Plenkovića i predsjednika Zorana Milanovića čvrsto stoji na strani Plenkovića. Potom se prebacio na objašnjavanje ovogodišnje obljetnice "Oluje" i zločina nakon nje.
Rekao je da "ne bi izjednačavao pozicije Milanovića i Plenkovića" u njihovoj razmjeni dobacivanja.
"Naravno da komunikacija treba biti odgovarajuća. Umjesto komentara bih naveo samo tri kratka citata gospodina Milanovića.
Prvo: 'Ja nikad nisam rekao da sam pošteni političar', drugo, 'Ja nikada neću biti predsjednik Republike' i treće, 'Predsjednik Republike ne mora govoriti istinu'", nabrojao je Reiner.
"Odgovorio sam njegovim riječima", konstatirao je.
Na primjedbu voditelja da niti premijer nije bio blag kad je rekao da "predsjednik postavlja neka pitanja jer mu je dosadno", Reiner je odgovorio da "predsjednik postavlja pitanja oko nečega što je već riješeno". Riječ je o nadležnostima Nacionalnog stožera za civilnu zaštitu u doba epidemije koronavirusa. Rainer je rekao da je žalosno da se predsjednik Milanović poziva na članak 17. Ustava, a ne na članak 16.
"Da se pozvao na članak 16., to bih razumio. Članak 16. Ustava kaže da se ograničenje slobode građana može uvesti, ako se time prevenira ograničenje slobode drugih građana iz razloga, između kojih je i zdravlje. Članak 17. vrlo jasno kaže da se to odnosi na ratno stanje, na stanje ugroženosti jedinstva cjelovitosti RH i elementarne nepogode", naveo je Reiner.
Potom je zaključio: "Ne odgovara mu članak 16. jer mu ne bi dao ono što daje članak 17. koji nema nikakve veze, jer se ne može nikako primijeniti. On (članak 16.) daje određene ovlasti, pa bi on (predsjednik) valjda htio veće ovlasti, ne znam, diktatorske."
"Ja to ne mogu drugačije interpretirati ako netko tko je završio Pravni fakultet, stalno citira potpuno krivi članak i neprimjenjiv Ustava", dodao je Reiner na pitanje voditelja tumači li on komentare predsjednika Milanovića doista motivima za većim ovlastima.
Reiner je potom za N1 rekao i što misli o tome da Zoran Milanović nije jedini, da postoji više od 20 zahtjeva ocjene ustavnosti oko iste problematike:
"To samo znači da postoji organizirana kampanja."
Za skoro obilježavanje oslobodilačke akcije "Oluja" Reiner je rekao da bi bilo dobro da na proslavu ove godine ode i potpredsjednik Vlade Boris Milošević. No, za počast ubijenima u zločinima nakon "Oluje" na oslobođenim područjima, Reiner smatra da ne postoji potreba da se odazivaju i predstavnici iz Vlade:
"Ne vidim zašto. To su potpuno drugačije stvari. Izjednačavanje stvari je apsolutno neprimjereno. Ja mislim da je prije svega svaka žrtva žrtva i treba joj odati počast. Međutim, ne možete izjednačavati pobjedu u Oluji, akciju kojom je oslobođen značajan dio zemlje, s pojedinačnim zločinima koji su se dogodili i koje svatko osuđuje. Onda ne bismo mogli obilježavati samo Oluju, nego stotine i stotine žrtava u srbočetničkoj agresiji. Stalno bi se tražila neka recipročnost."
Na još jedno pitanje voditelja, ako će u Grubore otići predsjednik, bi li onda trebao i netko iz Vlade, Reiner je uzvratio: "Vi mene pitate treba li to izjednačiti."
A ako netko iz Vlade tamo ipak ode?
"Ako će netko otići iz Vlade, onda će otići. Ne vidim problem u tome. Ne vidim problem niti ako ne ode. Niti SDSS to ne zahtijeva, ne pada im na pamet da izjednačava te stvari."

Potpredsjednik Sabora Željko Reiner objasnio je za N1 zašto u koškanjima između premijera Andreja Plenkovića i predsjednika Zorana Milanovića čvrsto stoji na strani Plenkovića. Potom se prebacio na objašnjavanje ovogodišnje obljetnice "Oluje" i zločina nakon nje.
Rekao je da "ne bi izjednačavao pozicije Milanovića i Plenkovića" u njihovoj razmjeni dobacivanja.
"Naravno da komunikacija treba biti odgovarajuća. Umjesto komentara bih naveo samo tri kratka citata gospodina Milanovića.
Prvo: 'Ja nikad nisam rekao da sam pošteni političar', drugo, 'Ja nikada neću biti predsjednik Republike' i treće, 'Predsjednik Republike ne mora govoriti istinu'", nabrojao je Reiner.
"Odgovorio sam njegovim riječima", konstatirao je.
Na primjedbu voditelja da niti premijer nije bio blag kad je rekao da "predsjednik postavlja neka pitanja jer mu je dosadno", Reiner je odgovorio da "predsjednik postavlja pitanja oko nečega što je već riješeno". Riječ je o nadležnostima Nacionalnog stožera za civilnu zaštitu u doba epidemije koronavirusa. Rainer je rekao da je žalosno da se predsjednik Milanović poziva na članak 17. Ustava, a ne na članak 16.
"Da se pozvao na članak 16., to bih razumio. Članak 16. Ustava kaže da se ograničenje slobode građana može uvesti, ako se time prevenira ograničenje slobode drugih građana iz razloga, između kojih je i zdravlje. Članak 17. vrlo jasno kaže da se to odnosi na ratno stanje, na stanje ugroženosti jedinstva cjelovitosti RH i elementarne nepogode", naveo je Reiner.
Potom je zaključio: "Ne odgovara mu članak 16. jer mu ne bi dao ono što daje članak 17. koji nema nikakve veze, jer se ne može nikako primijeniti. On (članak 16.) daje određene ovlasti, pa bi on (predsjednik) valjda htio veće ovlasti, ne znam, diktatorske."
"Ja to ne mogu drugačije interpretirati ako netko tko je završio Pravni fakultet, stalno citira potpuno krivi članak i neprimjenjiv Ustava", dodao je Reiner na pitanje voditelja tumači li on komentare predsjednika Milanovića doista motivima za većim ovlastima.
Reiner je potom za N1 rekao i što misli o tome da Zoran Milanović nije jedini, da postoji više od 20 zahtjeva ocjene ustavnosti oko iste problematike:
"To samo znači da postoji organizirana kampanja."
Za skoro obilježavanje oslobodilačke akcije "Oluja" Reiner je rekao da bi bilo dobro da na proslavu ove godine ode i potpredsjednik Vlade Boris Milošević. No, za počast ubijenima u zločinima nakon "Oluje" na oslobođenim područjima, Reiner smatra da ne postoji potreba da se odazivaju i predstavnici iz Vlade:
"Ne vidim zašto. To su potpuno drugačije stvari. Izjednačavanje stvari je apsolutno neprimjereno. Ja mislim da je prije svega svaka žrtva žrtva i treba joj odati počast. Međutim, ne možete izjednačavati pobjedu u Oluji, akciju kojom je oslobođen značajan dio zemlje, s pojedinačnim zločinima koji su se dogodili i koje svatko osuđuje. Onda ne bismo mogli obilježavati samo Oluju, nego stotine i stotine žrtava u srbočetničkoj agresiji. Stalno bi se tražila neka recipročnost."
Na još jedno pitanje voditelja, ako će u Grubore otići predsjednik, bi li onda trebao i netko iz Vlade, Reiner je uzvratio: "Vi mene pitate treba li to izjednačiti."
A ako netko iz Vlade tamo ipak ode?
"Ako će netko otići iz Vlade, onda će otići. Ne vidim problem u tome. Ne vidim problem niti ako ne ode. Niti SDSS to ne zahtijeva, ne pada im na pamet da izjednačava te stvari."
