Odluka istražnog suca Ratka Šćekića kojom su odblokirani preostali računi i nekretnine tvrtke Skladgradnja, čiji je direktor i suvlasnik Slaven Žužul jedan od osumnjičenih u aferi HAC, bez sumnje ima svoje pozitivne strane.
Podsjetimo, odluka o odblokiranju donesena je nakon što je Skladgradnja na svoj račun pohranila 22 milijuna kuna, a to je iznos za koji se osumnjičene tereti da su nezakonito zaradili na poslu bojenja HAC-ovih tunela. Tom je odlukom omogućeno da kompanija sa 750 zaposlenih nastavi po
slovati i normalno isplaćivati plaće, a s navedenog računa država može osigurati naplatu štete. No, i najveći bi laik uvidom u poslovanje Skladgradnje, koja je osnovana 2003., lako stekao dojam da u tako vrtoglavom uspjehu i rastu prihoda nešto baš i nije u redu.
Naime, ako su sumnje DORH-a opravdane, onda bi bilo krajnje opravdano i da DORH provede istrage glede svih poslova koje je Skladgradnja radila s HAC-om.
Neslužbeni podaci govore da je Skladgradnja 2003. godine imala 20 zaposlenih, 15 milijuna kuna prihoda i 1,5 milijuna kuna dobiti, dok službeni kažu da su 2008. prihodi iznosili 533 milijuna kuna, a dobit 87 milijuna kuna.
Podaci Fine od 2006. do 2008. govore da je u tom razdoblju dobit tvrtke iznosila ukupno 154 milijuna kuna, tako da im zapljena ovih 22 milijuna kuna dođe kao “krizni porez“ koji ih neće baš puno zaboljeti.
Ostaje im, naime, 132 milijuna kuna samo iz te tri godine. Od 2003. do 2006. zarađeno je, navodno, još oko 50 milijuna kuna profita. Ukupno bi vlasnicima, braći Žužul, nakon “kriznog poreza“ ostalo 182 milijuna kuna, i to bez profita iz 2009.
Pa ako Slaven Žužul i “zaglavi” jednu ili dvije godine u zatvoru, kad iziđe, dočekat će ga lijepa svotica na računu. Pravosuđe i politika pokazat će hoće li sve i dalje ostati na Rojsovoj paroli “Tko je jamio, jamio je“.

Odluka istražnog suca Ratka Šćekića kojom su odblokirani preostali računi i nekretnine tvrtke Skladgradnja, čiji je direktor i suvlasnik Slaven Žužul jedan od osumnjičenih u aferi HAC, bez sumnje ima svoje pozitivne strane.
Podsjetimo, odluka o odblokiranju donesena je nakon što je Skladgradnja na svoj račun pohranila 22 milijuna kuna, a to je iznos za koji se osumnjičene tereti da su nezakonito zaradili na poslu bojenja HAC-ovih tunela. Tom je odlukom omogućeno da kompanija sa 750 zaposlenih nastavi po
slovati i normalno isplaćivati plaće, a s navedenog računa država može osigurati naplatu štete. No, i najveći bi laik uvidom u poslovanje Skladgradnje, koja je osnovana 2003., lako stekao dojam da u tako vrtoglavom uspjehu i rastu prihoda nešto baš i nije u redu.
Naime, ako su sumnje DORH-a opravdane, onda bi bilo krajnje opravdano i da DORH provede istrage glede svih poslova koje je Skladgradnja radila s HAC-om.
Neslužbeni podaci govore da je Skladgradnja 2003. godine imala 20 zaposlenih, 15 milijuna kuna prihoda i 1,5 milijuna kuna dobiti, dok službeni kažu da su 2008. prihodi iznosili 533 milijuna kuna, a dobit 87 milijuna kuna.
Podaci Fine od 2006. do 2008. govore da je u tom razdoblju dobit tvrtke iznosila ukupno 154 milijuna kuna, tako da im zapljena ovih 22 milijuna kuna dođe kao “krizni porez“ koji ih neće baš puno zaboljeti.
Ostaje im, naime, 132 milijuna kuna samo iz te tri godine. Od 2003. do 2006. zarađeno je, navodno, još oko 50 milijuna kuna profita. Ukupno bi vlasnicima, braći Žužul, nakon “kriznog poreza“ ostalo 182 milijuna kuna, i to bez profita iz 2009.
Pa ako Slaven Žužul i “zaglavi” jednu ili dvije godine u zatvoru, kad iziđe, dočekat će ga lijepa svotica na računu. Pravosuđe i politika pokazat će hoće li sve i dalje ostati na Rojsovoj paroli “Tko je jamio, jamio je“.
