Hrvatski predsjednik Zoran Milanović u utorak se prilikom izjava za medije osvrnuo i na djeda HDZ-ovog Davora Ive Stiera. 

- Doveden je u pitanje i Stier koji je uređivao ustaške novine. Ja sam mu bio šef u Ministarstvu vanjskih poslova, predložio sam njegovo promaknuće prije puno godina i odlazak u Bruxelles ga nisam pitao što mu je bio deda. Znam što mu je bio deda - ratni zločinac i ubojica. Ali to više nije bitno, preko toga pokušavam prijeći, kazao je Milanović. 

Ustaški pukovnik Ivan Stier, djed Davora Ive Stiera, zapovijedao je jedinicama koje su počinile masovne zločine nad Srbima iz Slavonije. Pripadnici njegove bojne 1942. ubili su 229 mještana Dereze, od čega 75 djece, a oko još 300 otjerali u logore. Kao jedan od glavnih ustaških operativaca odgovoran je i za pljačku jevrejske imovine i hapšenje Srba iz Osijeka, pisao je portal Novosti 2018. godine o tematici koja je sada ponovno postala aktualna. 

Ličnost Ivana Stiera u hrvatskoj javnosti apostrofirana je 2016. godine, kada je njegov unuk Davor Ivo Stier postao ministar vanjskih poslova. Tada su se u medijima pojavili odlomci iz opskurne knjige Stiera starijeg ‘Elementi i metode komunističke gerile’ (Madrid, 1964). O njegovom zemljaku Heferu hrvatska javnost nema nikakvu predstavu, iako je riječ o osobi koja je 1959. naslijedila Pavelića na čelu Hrvatskog oslobodilačkog pokreta (HOP).

Ivan Stier i Stjepan Hefer bili su zemljaci i poticali su iz istog miljea. Obojica su rođeni u Čepinu kod Osijeka kao potomci doseljenika iz njemačkih zemalja. Njihovi očevi bili su porodični kumovi, a dobri odnosi prenijeli su se i na njihove sinove. Obojica su prije rata živjeli u Osijeku, gdje je Hefer obavljao posao advokata, a Stier radio kao trgovac. Hefer je prije rata kao advokat zastupao Stiera na sudu zbog agresivnih istupa na nacionalnoj osnovi, a Stier je kao glavni organizator predratne ilegalne ustaške organizacije u Osijeku 1941. predložio Hefera za velikog župana Velike župe Baranja (administrativno područje slavonske Podravine, od Virovitice do Dalja, op.a.). U to vrijeme Stier je bio stožernik Ustaškog stožera u Osijeku, odnosno glavni ustaški operativac za istočnu i srednju Slavoniju. U tom svojstvu učestvovao je u organiziranju protjerivanja i pljačkanja srpskog stanovništva iz dobrovoljačkih naselja u Slavoniji, nacionalizaciji i pljački jevrejske imovine i hapšenju i progonu Srba s područja Osijeka. Ustaška pripremna bojna sa sjedištem u Osijeku, prva ustaška operativna jedinica u Slavoniji, tokom kampanje protjerivanja stanovnika dobrovoljačkih naselja počinila je masovna ubistva u nekoliko mjesta, tvrdi portal Novosti.

Hrvatski predsjednik Zoran Milanović u utorak se prilikom izjava za medije osvrnuo i na djeda HDZ-ovog Davora Ive Stiera. 

- Doveden je u pitanje i Stier koji je uređivao ustaške novine. Ja sam mu bio šef u Ministarstvu vanjskih poslova, predložio sam njegovo promaknuće prije puno godina i odlazak u Bruxelles ga nisam pitao što mu je bio deda. Znam što mu je bio deda - ratni zločinac i ubojica. Ali to više nije bitno, preko toga pokušavam prijeći, kazao je Milanović. 

Ustaški pukovnik Ivan Stier, djed Davora Ive Stiera, zapovijedao je jedinicama koje su počinile masovne zločine nad Srbima iz Slavonije. Pripadnici njegove bojne 1942. ubili su 229 mještana Dereze, od čega 75 djece, a oko još 300 otjerali u logore. Kao jedan od glavnih ustaških operativaca odgovoran je i za pljačku jevrejske imovine i hapšenje Srba iz Osijeka, pisao je portal Novosti 2018. godine o tematici koja je sada ponovno postala aktualna. 

Ličnost Ivana Stiera u hrvatskoj javnosti apostrofirana je 2016. godine, kada je njegov unuk Davor Ivo Stier postao ministar vanjskih poslova. Tada su se u medijima pojavili odlomci iz opskurne knjige Stiera starijeg ‘Elementi i metode komunističke gerile’ (Madrid, 1964). O njegovom zemljaku Heferu hrvatska javnost nema nikakvu predstavu, iako je riječ o osobi koja je 1959. naslijedila Pavelića na čelu Hrvatskog oslobodilačkog pokreta (HOP).

Ivan Stier i Stjepan Hefer bili su zemljaci i poticali su iz istog miljea. Obojica su rođeni u Čepinu kod Osijeka kao potomci doseljenika iz njemačkih zemalja. Njihovi očevi bili su porodični kumovi, a dobri odnosi prenijeli su se i na njihove sinove. Obojica su prije rata živjeli u Osijeku, gdje je Hefer obavljao posao advokata, a Stier radio kao trgovac. Hefer je prije rata kao advokat zastupao Stiera na sudu zbog agresivnih istupa na nacionalnoj osnovi, a Stier je kao glavni organizator predratne ilegalne ustaške organizacije u Osijeku 1941. predložio Hefera za velikog župana Velike župe Baranja (administrativno područje slavonske Podravine, od Virovitice do Dalja, op.a.). U to vrijeme Stier je bio stožernik Ustaškog stožera u Osijeku, odnosno glavni ustaški operativac za istočnu i srednju Slavoniju. U tom svojstvu učestvovao je u organiziranju protjerivanja i pljačkanja srpskog stanovništva iz dobrovoljačkih naselja u Slavoniji, nacionalizaciji i pljački jevrejske imovine i hapšenju i progonu Srba s područja Osijeka. Ustaška pripremna bojna sa sjedištem u Osijeku, prva ustaška operativna jedinica u Slavoniji, tokom kampanje protjerivanja stanovnika dobrovoljačkih naselja počinila je masovna ubistva u nekoliko mjesta, tvrdi portal Novosti.

Hrvatski predsjednik Zoran Milanović u utorak se prilikom izjava za medije osvrnuo i na djeda HDZ-ovog Davora Ive Stiera. 

- Doveden je u pitanje i Stier koji je uređivao ustaške novine. Ja sam mu bio šef u Ministarstvu vanjskih poslova, predložio sam njegovo promaknuće prije puno godina i odlazak u Bruxelles ga nisam pitao što mu je bio deda. Znam što mu je bio deda - ratni zločinac i ubojica. Ali to više nije bitno, preko toga pokušavam prijeći, kazao je Milanović. 

Ustaški pukovnik Ivan Stier, djed Davora Ive Stiera, zapovijedao je jedinicama koje su počinile masovne zločine nad Srbima iz Slavonije.
