Muškarci su u Hrvatskoj u prosjeku oko 11,7 posto više plaćeni nego žene, pokazuju podaci Državnog zavoda za statistiku o prosječnim plaćama prema spolu za 2007. godinu, ali slični podaci mogu se očekivati i za 2008. godinu.

Prema tim podacima, prosječna mjesečna neto plaća muškaraca u 2007. godini iznosila je 5048 kuna, dok su žene u prosjeku primale 527 kuna manje i njihova je prosječna neto plaća iznosila 4521 kunu.

Prema statističkim podacima, 2007. godine je prosječna mjesečna neto plaća zaposlenih na području cijele Hrvatske iznosila 4817 kuna, pa proizlazi da su muškarci u prosjeku primali 231 kunu ili oko 4,8 posto više od prosjeka.

Žene su, u prosjeku, primale 296 kuna manje, odnosno njihove su plaće bile 6,5 posto manje od hrvatskog prosjeka.

Razlike u plaćama između muškaraca i žena analitičari objašnjavaju i većom zastupljenosti žena u slabije plaćenim djelatnostima kao što su obrazovanje, trgovina, turizam i tekstilna industrija.

Muškarci su u Hrvatskoj u prosjeku oko 11,7 posto više plaćeni nego žene, pokazuju podaci Državnog zavoda za statistiku o prosječnim plaćama prema spolu za 2007. godinu, ali slični podaci mogu se očekivati i za 2008. godinu.

Prema tim podacima, prosječna mjesečna neto plaća muškaraca u 2007. godini iznosila je 5048 kuna, dok su žene u prosjeku primale 527 kuna manje i njihova je prosječna neto plaća iznosila 4521 kunu.

Prema statističkim podacima, 2007. godine je prosječna mjesečna neto plaća zaposlenih na području cijele Hrvatske iznosila 4817 kuna, pa proizlazi da su muškarci u prosjeku primali 231 kunu ili oko 4,8 posto više od prosjeka.

Žene su, u prosjeku, primale 296 kuna manje, odnosno njihove su plaće bile 6,5 posto manje od hrvatskog prosjeka.

Razlike u plaćama između muškaraca i žena analitičari objašnjavaju i većom zastupljenosti žena u slabije plaćenim djelatnostima kao što su obrazovanje, trgovina, turizam i tekstilna industrija.

Muškarci su u Hrvatskoj u prosjeku oko 11,7 posto više plaćeni nego žene, pokazuju podaci Državnog zavoda za statistiku o prosječnim plaćama prema spolu za 2007. godinu, ali slični podaci mogu se očekivati i za 2008. godinu.
