Umirovljeni general Vladimir Zagorec je na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu oslobođen optužbe za nezakonitu obnovu vikendice Antuna Šporera, bivšeg potpredsjednika Gradske skupštine Zagreba, u Novigradu pokraj Zadra.

Krivima su proglašeni drugooptuženi umirovljeni general Matko Kakarigi, Zagorčev bivši pomoćnik i brigadir Juraj Vojković. Osuđeni su na 10 mjeseci uvjetno, uz rok kušnje od tri godine.

Antun Šporer osuđen je na godinu i pol zatvora.

Petooptuženi Leo Kuret, bivši pomoćnik direktora splitskog ACI-a, oslobođen je optužbe.

Tužiteljstvo je teretilo optužene da su sredstva za obnovu odobrena protuzakonito te da je MORH time oštećen za oko milijun kuna.

Zagorec je prije tjedan dana ustvrdio da je Pavao Miljavac, bivši načelnik Glavnog stožera, bio jedina osoba koja je mogla narediti obnovu kuće oštećene u ratu.

- Pavao Miljavac bio je načelnik GS-a i on je zahtijevao da se posao obavi. Mi u MORH-u bili smo samo servis za izvršenje. Nismo imali kompetencije ulaziti u zahtjeve GS-a - objašnjavao je Zagorec.

Umirovljeni general Vladimir Zagorec je na Županijskom sudu u Zagrebu oslobođen optužbe za nezakonitu obnovu vikendice Antuna Šporera, bivšeg potpredsjednika Gradske skupštine Zagreba, u Novigradu pokraj Zadra.

Krivima su proglašeni drugooptuženi umirovljeni general Matko Kakarigi, Zagorčev bivši pomoćnik i brigadir Juraj Vojković. Osuđeni su na 10 mjeseci uvjetno, uz rok kušnje od tri godine.

Antun Šporer osuđen je na godinu i pol zatvora.

Petooptuženi Leo Kuret, bivši pomoćnik direktora splitskog ACI-a, oslobođen je optužbe.

Tužiteljstvo je teretilo optužene da su sredstva za obnovu odobrena protuzakonito te da je MORH time oštećen za oko milijun kuna.

Zagorec je prije tjedan dana ustvrdio da je Pavao Miljavac, bivši načelnik Glavnog stožera, bio jedina osoba koja je mogla narediti obnovu kuće oštećene u ratu.

- Pavao Miljavac bio je načelnik GS-a i on je zahtijevao da se posao obavi. Mi u MORH-u bili smo samo servis za izvršenje. Nismo imali kompetencije ulaziti u zahtjeve GS-a - objašnjavao je Zagorec.
