Dado je vozio prebrzo, i to lijevim prometnim trakom, pa je proglašen krivim i osuđen.

Prema presudi, sve se dogodilo pokraj travnja oko 20 sati kad je Dado (49) iz Zagreba upravljao osobnim automobilom autocestom A1 u smjeru Karlovca.

“Nadzorom brzine utvrđeno je kako se na dijelu prometnice s ograničenjem od 100 km/h kretao brzinom od 179,4 km/h, što umanjeno za sigurnosnu razliku od 10 posto iznosi 161 km/h.

Iste zgode kretao se lijevom prometnom trakom, iako je desna prometna traka u to vrijeme bila slobodna, odnosno nije bila zakrčena vozilima u koloni”, navodi sutkinja u presudi.

No, Dado je na sudu sve opovrgnuo te je u svoju obranu iznio prilično neobičnu priču. Kaže kako je tog dana s prijateljicom išao na more, prenosi Danica.hr.

“U jednom trenutku prijateljica je otvorila prozor na mjestu suvozača i u auto je uletio veliki kukac ili manja ptica, tako da se ona jako uplašila. Reagirala je vrlo burno, probala je tog kukca maknuti. Ja sam se iz lijeve probao autom prebaciti u desnu traku i tad me zaustavila policija, rekao je.

Dado tvrdi kako je vozio 120, 130 na sat, ne više. A prijateljica je otvorila prozor, kaže, jer joj nije bilo dobro. Na upit prekršajne sutkinje je li do ulijetanja bube vozio po propisima, vozač je odgovorio da je vozio po propisima.

No, sutkinja je vjerovala policijskom izvještaju i svjedočenju pa ga je ipak osudila. Mora platiti 550 eura kazne i 20 eura troškova postupka. Kazna mu je ublažena jer dosad nije osuđivan, a na presudu se može žaliti.

Dado je vozio prebrzo, i to lijevim prometnim trakom, pa je proglašen krivim i osuđen.

Prema presudi, sve se dogodilo pokraj travnja oko 20 sati kad je Dado (49) iz Zagreba upravljao osobnim automobilom autocestom A1 u smjeru Karlovca.

“Nadzorom brzine utvrđeno je kako se na dijelu prometnice s ograničenjem od 100 km/h kretao brzinom od 179,4 km/h, što umanjeno za sigurnosnu razliku od 10 posto iznosi 161 km/h.

Iste zgode kretao se lijevom prometnom trakom, iako je desna prometna traka u to vrijeme bila slobodna, odnosno nije bila zakrčena vozilima u koloni”, navodi sutkinja u presudi.

No, Dado je na sudu sve opovrgnuo te je u svoju obranu iznio prilično neobičnu priču. Kaže kako je tog dana s prijateljicom išao na more, prenosi Danica.hr.

“U jednom trenutku prijateljica je otvorila prozor na mjestu suvozača i u auto je uletio veliki kukac ili manja ptica, tako da se ona jako uplašila. Reagirala je vrlo burno, probala je tog kukca maknuti. Ja sam se iz lijeve probao autom prebaciti u desnu traku i tad me zaustavila policija, rekao je.

Dado tvrdi kako je vozio 120, 130 na sat, ne više. A prijateljica je otvorila prozor, kaže, jer joj nije bilo dobro. Na upit prekršajne sutkinje je li do ulijetanja bube vozio po propisima, vozač je odgovorio da je vozio po propisima.

Dado je vozio prebrzo, i to lijevim prometnim trakom, pa je proglašen krivim i osuđen.

Prema presudi, sve se dogodilo pokraj travnja oko 20 sati kad je Dado (49) iz Zagreba upravljao osobnim automobilom autocestom A1 u smjeru Karlovca.

“Nadzorom brzine utvrđeno je kako se na dijelu prometnice s ograničenjem od 100 km/h kretao brzinom od 179,4 km/h, što umanjeno za sigurnosnu razliku od 10 posto iznosi 161 km/h.

Iste zgode kretao se lijevom prometnom trakom, iako je desna prometna traka u to vrijeme bila slobodna, odnosno nije bila zakrčena vozilima u koloni”, navodi sutkinja u presudi.

No, Dado je na sudu sve opovrgnuo te je u svoju obranu iznio prilično neobičnu priču. Kaže kako je tog dana s prijateljicom išao na more, prenosi Danica.hr.

“U jednom trenutku prijateljica je otvorila prozor na mjestu suvozača i u auto je uletio veliki kukac ili manja ptica, tako da se ona jako uplašila. Reagirala je vrlo burno, probala je tog kukca maknuti. Ja sam se iz lijeve probao autom prebaciti u desnu traku i tad me zaustavila policija, rekao je.

Dado tvrdi kako je vozio 120, 130 na sat, ne više. A prijateljica je otvorila prozor, kaže, jer joj nije bilo dobro. Na upit prekršajne sutkinje je li do ulijetanja bube vozio po propisima, vozač je odgovorio da je vozio po propisima.
