Dorađena USKOK-ova optužnica u predmetu “bankomat” je, kako doznajemo na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu, prošla kontrolu suca istrage
Zdenka Posavca te je proslijeđena Optužnom vijeću, pod predsjedanjem suca
Ivana Turudića, koje će, ponovno, utvrđivati njezinu utemeljenost. To ju je vijeće, podsjetimo, u studenom 2010. vratilo USKOK-u, zatraživši “bolje razjašnjenje stvari”.
Odvjetnici okrivljenika su, pak, u odgovoru na “dorađeni” optužni akt predložili obustavu postupka zbog kršenja rokova. Prema odvjetniku Darku Maržiću, branitelju Josipa Protege, USKOK je tu novu optužnicu trebao sudu dostaviti najkasnije u siječnju prošle godine, a to je učinjeno 24. prosinca.
Smatra kako je to trebao primijetiti sudac istrage. Obrana sada nade polaže u Optužno vijeće, a ako ono potvrdi optužnicu, ona će postati pravomoćna.
No, moglo bi je i odbaciti ili ponovo vratiti na “doradu”. Sjednica će u vezi s tim biti sazvana nakon oporavka suca Turudića od operacije noge. Zbog tog je njegova problema, podsjetimo, i nastavak suđenja bivšem premijeru Ivi Sanaderu u slučajevima “Hypo” i “Ina-MOL” odgođeno za mjesec i pol dana od posljednje rasprave.
USKOK u aferi “bankomat” bivšim čelnicima Hrvatske poštanske banke (HPB) Protegi, Ivanu Sladonji i Mariju Kiriniću na teret “stavlja” zloporabu položaja i ovlasti te udruživanje za počinjenje kaznenih djela, odnosno da su povlaštenim klijentima odobrili rizične, višemilijunske nenamjenske kredite mimo procedure, bez provjere njihove kreditne sposobnosti, kao i bez garancija povrata.
Te su kreditne malverzacije “teške” najmanje 254 milijuna kuna. Sebi su, pak, temeljem prikazivanja poslovanja banke uspješnim, isplatili menadžerske bonuse u ukupnom iznosu od 26 milijuna kuna. Ostale se okrivljenike tereti da su spomenute bankare poticali na zloporabu položaja i ovlasti.

Dorađena USKOK-ova optužnica u predmetu “bankomat” je, kako doznajemo na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu, prošla kontrolu suca istrage
Zdenka Posavca te je proslijeđena Optužnom vijeću, pod predsjedanjem suca
Ivana Turudića, koje će, ponovno, utvrđivati njezinu utemeljenost. To ju je vijeće, podsjetimo, u studenom 2010. vratilo USKOK-u, zatraživši “bolje razjašnjenje stvari”.
Odvjetnici okrivljenika su, pak, u odgovoru na “dorađeni” optužni akt predložili obustavu postupka zbog kršenja rokova. Prema odvjetniku Darku Maržiću, branitelju Josipa Protege, USKOK je tu novu optužnicu trebao sudu dostaviti najkasnije u siječnju prošle godine, a to je učinjeno 24. prosinca.
Smatra kako je to trebao primijetiti sudac istrage. Obrana sada nade polaže u Optužno vijeće, a ako ono potvrdi optužnicu, ona će postati pravomoćna.
No, moglo bi je i odbaciti ili ponovo vratiti na “doradu”. Sjednica će u vezi s tim biti sazvana nakon oporavka suca Turudića od operacije noge. Zbog tog je njegova problema, podsjetimo, i nastavak suđenja bivšem premijeru Ivi Sanaderu u slučajevima “Hypo” i “Ina-MOL” odgođeno za mjesec i pol dana od posljednje rasprave.
USKOK u aferi “bankomat” bivšim čelnicima Hrvatske poštanske banke (HPB) Protegi, Ivanu Sladonji i Mariju Kiriniću na teret “stavlja” zloporabu položaja i ovlasti te udruživanje za počinjenje kaznenih djela, odnosno da su povlaštenim klijentima odobrili rizične, višemilijunske nenamjenske kredite mimo procedure, bez provjere njihove kreditne sposobnosti, kao i bez garancija povrata.
Te su kreditne malverzacije “teške” najmanje 254 milijuna kuna. Sebi su, pak, temeljem prikazivanja poslovanja banke uspješnim, isplatili menadžerske bonuse u ukupnom iznosu od 26 milijuna kuna. Ostale se okrivljenike tereti da su spomenute bankare poticali na zloporabu položaja i ovlasti.
