USKOK ovih dana dovršava rad na slučaju ilegalne izgradnje Društvenog doma u Turanjskim Goljakima, a kako neslužbeno doznajemo iz izvora bliskih istrazi pod posebnim je povećalom uloga Željka Goršića, državnog tajnika u MORH-u i predsjednika karlovačke gradske četvrti Turanj koji je rukovodio izgradnjom.

Od karlovačke policije, koja je po nalogu USKOK-a obrađivala "slučaj Goršić", neslužbeno doznajemo da je HEP pokušao sabotitarati rad istražitelja odugovlačeći s dostavom zatražene dokumentacije, no predmet je ipak kompletiran po žurnom postupku i proslijeđen na donošenje državnoodvjetničke odluke USKOK-u.

-Sukladno zakonskim odredbama, nismo u mogućnosti govoriti o bilo kojem predmetu prije donošenja državnoodvjetničke odluke - kratko nam je odgovorio glasnogovornik USKOK-a Vuk Đuričić.

Inače, samo četiri mjeseca nakon što je razotkriveno da Hrvatska vojska nelegalno gradi društevni dom u selu Željka Goršića, građevinski poduhvat državnog tajnika stigao je na naplatu poreznim obveznicima.

Prema podacima objavljenim na sjednici Gradskog vijeća Karlovca, legalizaciju je Grad Karlovac, koji je kada je afera izbila u javnost tvrdio da nema ništa s Goršićevim gradilištem, "olakšala" za ni manje ni više već 143.902,28 kuna.

USKOK ovih dana dovršava rad na slučaju ilegalne izgradnje Društvenog doma u Turanjskim Goljakima, a kako neslužbeno doznajemo iz izvora bliskih istrazi pod posebnim je povećalom uloga Željka Goršića, državnog tajnika u MORH-u i predsjednika karlovačke gradske četvrti Turanj koji je rukovodio izgradnjom.

Od karlovačke policije, koja je po nalogu USKOK-a obrađivala "slučaj Goršić", neslužbeno doznajemo da je HEP pokušao sabotitarati rad istražitelja odugovlačeći s dostavom zatražene dokumentacije, no predmet je ipak kompletiran po žurnom postupku i proslijeđen na donošenje državnoodvjetničke odluke USKOK-u.

-Sukladno zakonskim odredbama, nismo u mogućnosti govoriti o bilo kojem predmetu prije donošenja državnoodvjetničke odluke - kratko nam je odgovorio glasnogovornik USKOK-a Vuk Đuričić.

Inače, samo četiri mjeseca nakon što je razotkriveno da Hrvatska vojska nelegalno gradi društevni dom u selu Željka Goršića, građevinski poduhvat državnog tajnika stigao je na naplatu poreznim obveznicima.

Prema podacima objavljenim na sjednici Gradskog vijeća Karlovca, legalizaciju je Grad Karlovac, koji je kada je afera izbila u javnost tvrdio da nema ništa s Goršićevim gradilištem, "olakšala" za ni manje ni više već 143.902,28 kuna.
