U samo 10 od ukupno 128 gradova u Hrvatskoj tijekom 2019. godine broj rođene djece bio je veći od broja preminulih osoba. U svim županijama i u Gradu Zagrebu broj umrlih značajno je premašio broj rođenih.

Prema detaljnim podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku, ovo su jedini gradovi s pozitivnim prirodnim prirastom u državi: Novigrad/Cittanova, Opuzen, Imotski, Kaštela, Zaprešić, Čakovec, Korčula, Solin, Pazin i Metković. Među njima je samo jedan veći grad - Čakovec.

Najlošiji prirast među gradovima središtima županija ima Vukovar, u kojem je lani rođeno samo 194 djece, a broj preminulih više je nego dvostruko veći - 405. Za petama mu je Rijeka, u kojoj je rođeno 790 djece, a preminule su čak 1623 osobe.

Najbolje stoji Zadar, u kojem je broj novorođenih i umrlih gotovo izjednačen (686 novorođene djece i 705 preminulih) te Dubrovnik (471 rođeno dijete i 499 preminulih osoba).

Pad od kraja 90-ih

Skupni podaci pokazuju da se 2019. godine u Hrvatskoj rodilo 36.135 djece - najmanje od 1900. godine naovamo, odnosno otkad imamo podatke - dok su istodobno umrle 51.784 osobe: samo prirodnim putem, ne računajući iseljenike, stanovništvo Hrvatske lanjske se godine smanjilo za grad veličine Poreča.

Broj rođene djece konstantno se smanjuje od druge polovice 90-ih, a broj umrlih više-manje stagnira. Tako je, primjerice, prije 10 godina, tijekom 2009., u Hrvatskoj rođeno 44.577 djece, a preminulo je 52.414 ljudi. Jedno desetljeće kasnije rodilo se čak 8442 djece manje, a broj umrlih smanjio se za samo 630. Hrvatska je posljednji put imala veći broj rođene djece od broja preminulih osoba 1997. godine.

Negativni trend

Prvi podaci za 2020. upozoravaju da će se negativni trend nastaviti: u prvih šest mjeseci ove godine rođeno je još oko 150 djece manje nego u istom razdoblju lani. Vitalni indeks - pokazatelj koji govori koliko se djece rodilo na svakih 100 preminulih osoba - u Hrvatskoj ukupno iznosi 69,8. Na županijskoj razini najgore stoji Ličko-senjska županija, u kojoj vitalni indeks iznosi 42,4, što znači da je broj umrlih više nego dvostruko veći od broja rođenih. Konkretno, u toj je županiji rođeno 368 djece, a preminulo je čak 867 osoba.

Dvostruko više preminulih od broja rođenih bilježe i Sisačko-moslavačka (vitalni indeks 50,1)i Karlovačka županija (vitalni indeks 50,9). Najveći vitalni indeks imala je Dubrovačko-neretvanska županija, u kojoj je na svakih 100 umrlih osoba rođeno 93 djece. Ni jedna županija nije imala vitalni indeks veći od 100, što bi značilo da je broj rođenih veći od broja umrlih.

U četiri općine nijedno dijete

Županije su posljednji put imale više rođenih nego umrlih 2014. godine. Riječ je bila o Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj i Međimurskoj županiji te o Gradu Zagrebu. I taj je pozitivni prirast bio minimalan: u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji, koja je imala najveću pozitivnu razliku, te je godine rođeno 1285 djece, a preminulo je 1238 osoba.

 Lani je u istoj županiji rođeno 1184 djece, a preminula je 1271 osoba. Grad Zagreb, čiji je gradonačelnik Milan Bandić prošlog proljeća postavio, pa ubrzo uklonio, brojne jumbo-plakate s porukom “Zagreb je jedini grad s pozitivnim prirodnim prirastom u Hrvatskoj”, i 2019. godinu je završio s negativnim saldom: broj preminulih osoba bio je za 803 veći od broja rođene djece, što je najveća negativna razlika u posljednjih pet godina.

Među općinama, od njih 428, u 89 posto prošle je godine bilo više pogreba nego rođenja. Konkretno, broj rođene djece veći je od broja preminulih u samo 47 općina, mahom u županijama uz more te u Međimurju. Apsolutni rekorder u Hrvatskoj po odnosu rođenih i umrlih je općina Lastovo, u kojoj je vitalni indeks iznosio 225, što znači da je broj rođenih bio 2,25 puta veći od broja umrlih.

No riječ je o igri malih brojki: rođeno je devetero djece, a preminule su četiri osobe. Ipak, odličan je to pokazatelj za najudaljeniji naseljeni hrvatski otok: u posljednjih 10 godina tamo se ni jednom nije dogodilo da je broj novorođene djece bio veći od broja preminulih: primjerice, 2017. na Lastovu je umrlo 13 osoba, a rodilo se samo troje djece.

U četiri hrvatske općine - Erveniku i Kijevu u Šibensko-kninskoj županiji, Sućuraju u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj i Ribniku u Karlovačkoj županiji - lani se nije rodilo nijedno dijete.

Statistika sklopljenih i razvedenih brakova pokazuje da se prošle godine vjenčao 19.761 par, a sudovi su pravomoćno okončali 5936 razvoda. Stave li se u omjer novosklopljeni i novorastavljeni brakovi, odnos je 1:3, što odgovara hrvatskom prosjeku posljednjih nekoliko godina. U tri hrvatska grada - Rabu, Novalji i Komiži - prošle godine nije zabilježen niti jedan razvod.

U samo 10 od ukupno 128 gradova u Hrvatskoj tijekom 2019. godine broj rođene djece bio je veći od broja preminulih osoba. U svim županijama i u Gradu Zagrebu broj umrlih značajno je premašio broj rođenih.

Prema detaljnim podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku, ovo su jedini gradovi s pozitivnim prirodnim prirastom u državi: Novigrad/Cittanova, Opuzen, Imotski, Kaštela, Zaprešić, Čakovec, Korčula, Solin, Pazin i Metković. Među njima je samo jedan veći grad - Čakovec.

Najlošiji prirast među gradovima središtima županija ima Vukovar, u kojem je lani rođeno samo 194 djece, a broj preminulih više je nego dvostruko veći - 405. Za petama mu je Rijeka, u kojoj je rođeno 790 djece, a preminule su čak 1623 osobe.

Najbolje stoji Zadar, u kojem je broj novorođenih i umrlih gotovo izjednačen (686 novorođene djece i 705 preminulih) te Dubrovnik (471 rođeno dijete i 499 preminulih osoba).

Pad od kraja 90-ih

Skupni podaci pokazuju da se 2019. godine u Hrvatskoj rodilo 36.135 djece - najmanje od 1900. godine naovamo, odnosno otkad imamo podatke - dok su istodobno umrle 51.784 osobe: samo prirodnim putem, ne računajući iseljenike, stanovništvo Hrvatske lanjske se godine smanjilo za grad veličine Poreča.

Broj rođene djece konstantno se smanjuje od druge polovice 90-ih, a broj umrlih više-manje stagnira. Tako je, primjerice, prije 10 godina, tijekom 2009., u Hrvatskoj rođeno 44.577 djece, a preminulo je 52.414 ljudi. Jedno desetljeće kasnije rodilo se čak 8442 djece manje, a broj umrlih smanjio se za samo 630. Hrvatska je posljednji put imala veći broj rođene djece od broja preminulih osoba 1997. godine.

Negativni trend

Prvi podaci za 2020. upozoravaju da će se negativni trend nastaviti: u prvih šest mjeseci ove godine rođeno je još oko 150 djece manje nego u istom razdoblju lani. Vitalni indeks - pokazatelj koji govori koliko se djece rodilo na svakih 100 preminulih osoba - u Hrvatskoj ukupno iznosi 69,8. Na županijskoj razini najgore stoji Ličko-senjska županija, u kojoj vitalni indeks iznosi 42,4, što znači da je broj umrlih više nego dvostruko veći od broja rođenih. Konkretno, u toj je županiji rođeno 368 djece, a preminulo je čak 867 osoba.

Dvostruko više preminulih od broja rođenih bilježe i Sisačko-moslavačka (vitalni indeks 50,1)i Karlovačka županija (vitalni indeks 50,9). Najveći vitalni indeks imala je Dubrovačko-neretvanska županija, u kojoj je na svakih 100 umrlih osoba rođeno 93 djece. Ni jedna županija nije imala vitalni indeks veći od 100, što bi značilo da je broj rođenih veći od broja umrlih.

U četiri općine nijedno dijete

Županije su posljednji put imale više rođenih nego umrlih 2014. godine. Riječ je bila o Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj i Međimurskoj županiji te o Gradu Zagrebu. I taj je pozitivni prirast bio minimalan: u Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji, koja je imala najveću pozitivnu razliku, te je godine rođeno 1285 djece, a preminulo je 1238 osoba.

 Lani je u istoj županiji rođeno 1184 djece, a preminula je 1271 osoba. Grad Zagreb, čiji je gradonačelnik Milan Bandić prošlog proljeća postavio, pa ubrzo uklonio, brojne jumbo-plakate s porukom “Zagreb je jedini grad s pozitivnim prirodnim prirastom u Hrvatskoj”, i 2019. godinu je završio s negativnim saldom: broj preminulih osoba bio je za 803 veći od broja rođene djece, što je najveća negativna razlika u posljednjih pet godina.

Među općinama, od njih 428, u 89 posto prošle je godine bilo više pogreba nego rođenja. Konkretno, broj rođene djece veći je od broja preminulih u samo 47 općina, mahom u županijama uz more te u Međimurju. Apsolutni rekorder u Hrvatskoj po odnosu rođenih i umrlih je općina Lastovo, u kojoj je vitalni indeks iznosio 225, što znači da je broj rođenih bio 2,25 puta veći od broja umrlih.

No riječ je o igri malih brojki: rođeno je devetero djece, a preminule su četiri osobe. Ipak, odličan je to pokazatelj za najudaljeniji naseljeni hrvatski otok: u posljednjih 10 godina tamo se ni jednom nije dogodilo da je broj novorođene djece bio veći od broja preminulih: primjerice, 2017. na Lastovu je umrlo 13 osoba, a rodilo se samo troje djece.

U četiri hrvatske općine - Erveniku i Kijevu u Šibensko-kninskoj županiji, Sućuraju u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj i Ribniku u Karlovačkoj županiji - lani se nije rodilo nijedno dijete.

Statistika sklopljenih i razvedenih brakova pokazuje da se prošle godine vjenčao 19.761 par, a sudovi su pravomoćno okončali 5936 razvoda. Stave li se u omjer novosklopljeni i novorastavljeni brakovi, odnos je 1:3, što odgovara hrvatskom prosjeku posljednjih nekoliko godina. U tri hrvatska grada - Rabu, Novalji i Komiži - prošle godine nije zabilježen niti jedan razvod.

U samo 10 od ukupno 128 gradova u Hrvatskoj tijekom 2019. godine broj rođene djece bio je veći od broja preminulih osoba. U svim županijama i u Gradu Zagrebu broj umrlih značajno je premašio broj rođenih.

Prema detaljnim podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku, ovo su jedini gradovi s pozitivnim prirodnim prirastom u državi: Novigrad/Cittanova, Opuzen, Imotski, Kaštela, Zaprešić, Čakovec, Korčula, Solin, Pazin i Metković. Među njima je samo jedan veći grad - Čakovec.

Najlošiji prirast među gradovima središtima županija ima Vukovar, u kojem je lani rođeno samo 194 djece, a broj preminulih više je nego dvostruko veći - 405. Za petama mu je Rijeka, u kojoj je rođeno 790 djece, a preminule su čak 1623 osobe.
