Nedavno smo pisali kako investicijom vrijednom oko 130 milijuna kuna A1 Hrvatska stanovnicima grada Solina, Kaštela i lokalnih općina dovodi najmoderniju telekomunikacijsku infrastrukturu. Radi se o izgradnji širokopojasne pristupne mreže sljedeće generacije (NGA mreža), temeljene na optičkoj, odnosno FTTH tehnologiji (eng. Fiber to the Home) i bežičnim tehnologijama koje će internetu omogućiti brzine do 1 Gbit/s.

Prva spajanja očekuju se krajem ove godine, a ulaganjem u najmoderniju mrežnu infrastrukturu stvaraju se preduvjeti ne samo za razvoj malog i srednjeg poduzetništva, nego i cjelokupne sredine. I društveno i gospodarski. Jer internet (onaj brzi) danas je postao nekako poput struje i vode. Potreba.

I bez njega je teško zamisliti realizaciju novih nekretnina. Sve se gleda kroz priključke, a ovaj spomenuti, internetski omogućit će i dodatnu potražnju za stanovima i stambenim nekretninama na području Solina i Kaštela. Tamo, naime, već standardno gravitiraju mladi ljudi iz Splita u potrazi za svojim obiteljskim kutkom. Razlog je jednostavan - cijene kvadrata su niže te, kao što smo vidjeli iz primjera s početka teksta, ujedno im ništa ne nedostaje. Prometna povezanost sve je bolja, spojeni su internetom koji je sve brži, a i ostale komunalije dovode se u red.

Takva je realnost. Već neko vrijeme govori se o iznimno visokim cijenama stanova, koje su posebice posljednjih mjeseci postale još i više. Poskupjeli su energenti i građevinski materijal, kao i cijena rada kad su u pitanju obrtničko-zanatski poslovi. Ni cijena građevinskog zemljišta više nije ista…

Ali graditi se mora, jer nekretnine se i dalje potražuju. Najčešće preko agencija, nešto i neposredno, ali gotovo uvijek preko interneta. Davno su prošla vremena fizičkih oglasa, danas se mjesto stanovanja traži - online. I budite sigurni da ćete sigurno naći desetak ili više sati dok ne pronađete nekretninu koja vam odgovara po cijeni i svemu ostalome.

Na stranu i cijene na trenutak, tu je ujedno i pitanje mjesta. Konkretno prostora. Jer što se Splita tiče, njega je sve manje i manje. Atraktivne lokacije su već (pre)izgrađene i logično je da se stanogradnja širi tamo gdje može.

Sve je to dovelo, opet, do toga da cijene nekretnina u sredinama poput spomenutih Kaštela i Solina bivaju sve više. Daleko su od onih otprije nekoliko godina. Kvadrat stana već se popeo na tri tisuće eura i mladim obiteljima ostaje samo vidjeti što sve mogu dobiti za tu cijenu. Od parkirnog mjesta, preko blizine škole i trgovina, blizine parka, lifta u zgradi, priključka na vodu i struju i, naravno, brzog interneta.

A, što se samog interneta tiče, osim same potražnje za mjestom stanovanja, on je uvelike olakšao i posao adaptacije i izgradnje istih. Krenimo prvo od potražitelja. Renovirate stan, gotovo odmah ćete stupiti u kontakt s nekim izvođačem radova, odabir materijala, ako već niste sami napravili bit će utoliko lak što vam sve dođe na gotovo ili na mail ili na, recimo, WhatsApp. Slike putuju mrežom svih mreža, a na klijentu je samo da odabere. Istina, još su tu turneje po velikim građevinsko-prodajnim centrima, ali sve one finese lako se riješe u hodu, bez fizičkog pristupanja samome gradilištu. Sve zahvaljujući internetu.

Internetu koji je i građevinarima olakšao život. Bili mali, srednji, ili veliki igrači na građevinskog tržištu svima njima potrebno je - umreženje. A1 tako nudi sjajne prilike ali i iznimno sigurne i brze internetske veze namijenjene firmama i obrtnicima. Radi lakšeg pronalaska i zadržavanja radne snage, komunikacije s njom, a zatim i dosega prema klijentima. Da ne spominjemo koliko je lakše doći i do dobavljača i materijala. Naročito u vremenima kada su svjetski opskrbni lanci na klimavim nogama, što zbog pandemije, što zbog ratnog stanja u Ukrajini. Malo vremena i prostora za nabrojati što se sve danas rješava preko interneta. Realizacija izgradnje kakve nekretnine tek je kap u moru mreže svih mreža. Da, gledano općenito, ali, konkretno govoreći o građevinarima, njima je itekako važno imati sigurnu, fiksnu i mobilnu mrežu. Fiksna mreža A1 najveća je u Hrvatskoj i obuhvaća čak 600 tisuća kućanstava i poslovnih ureda, a A1 za srednje male i velike tvrtke nudi mobilnu uslugu i Officebox, odnosno mobilni internet ua ured.

Mobilna usluga nudi neograničene razgovore u svim tarifama, 5G vezu i neograničen internet. Dok se u Officeboxu nalazi 5G ili 4G+ mobilni internet, ili 500 ili 600 Gb po maksimalno dostupnoj brzini, kao i A1Net Protect paket koji  štiti korisnički mobitel i ostale uređaje od špijunskog softvera, mrežnih prijevara i zlonamjernih web adresa dok su na A1 mobilnoj mreži. Zatim na neupadljiv način javlja korisniku kako je krajnja lokacija koju namjerava posjetiti označena kao nesigurna i trenutno zaustavlja daljnje otvaranje web lokacije, također valja napomenuti kako je zaštita je aktivna sve dok je korisnik spojen na A1 mobilnu mrežu, bilo u zemlji ili inozemstvu​. Nedavno smo pisali kako investicijom vrijednom oko 130 milijuna kuna A1 Hrvatska stanovnicima grada Solina, Kaštela i lokalnih općina dovodi najmoderniju telekomunikacijsku infrastrukturu. Radi se o izgradnji širokopojasne pristupne mreže sljedeće generacije (NGA mreža), temeljene na optičkoj, odnosno FTTH tehnologiji (eng. Fiber to the Home) i bežičnim tehnologijama koje će internetu omogućiti brzine do 1 Gbit/s.

Prva spajanja očekuju se krajem ove godine, a ulaganjem u najmoderniju mrežnu infrastrukturu stvaraju se preduvjeti ne samo za razvoj malog i srednjeg poduzetništva, nego i cjelokupne sredine. I društveno i gospodarski. Jer internet (onaj brzi) danas je postao nekako poput struje i vode. Potreba.

I bez njega je teško zamisliti realizaciju novih nekretnina. Sve se gleda kroz priključke, a ovaj spomenuti, internetski omogućit će i dodatnu potražnju za stanovima i stambenim nekretninama na području Solina i Kaštela. Tamo, naime, već standardno gravitiraju mladi ljudi iz Splita u potrazi za svojim obiteljskim kutkom. Razlog je jednostavan - cijene kvadrata su niže te, kao što smo vidjeli iz primjera s početka teksta, ujedno im ništa ne nedostaje. Prometna povezanost sve je bolja, spojeni su internetom koji je sve brži, a i ostale komunalije dovode se u red.

Takva je realnost. Već neko vrijeme govori se o iznimno visokim cijenama stanova, koje su posebice posljednjih mjeseci postale još i više. Poskupjeli su energenti i građevinski materijal, kao i cijena rada kad su u pitanju obrtničko-zanatski poslovi. Ni cijena građevinskog zemljišta više nije ista…

Ali graditi se mora, jer nekretnine se i dalje potražuju. Najčešće preko agencija, nešto i neposredno, ali gotovo uvijek preko interneta. Davno su prošla vremena fizičkih oglasa, danas se mjesto stanovanja traži - online. I budite sigurni da ćete sigurno naći desetak ili više sati dok ne pronađete nekretninu koja vam odgovara po cijeni i svemu ostalome.

Na stranu i cijene na trenutak, tu je ujedno i pitanje mjesta. Konkretno prostora. Jer što se Splita tiče, njega je sve manje i manje. Atraktivne lokacije su već (pre)izgrađene i logično je da se stanogradnja širi tamo gdje može.

Sve je to dovelo, opet, do toga da cijene nekretnina u sredinama poput spomenutih Kaštela i Solina bivaju sve više. Daleko su od onih otprije nekoliko godina. Kvadrat stana već se popeo na tri tisuće eura i mladim obiteljima ostaje samo vidjeti što sve mogu dobiti za tu cijenu. Od parkirnog mjesta, preko blizine škole i trgovina, blizine parka, lifta u zgradi, priključka na vodu i struju i, naravno, brzog interneta.

A, što se samog interneta tiče, osim same potražnje za mjestom stanovanja, on je uvelike olakšao i posao adaptacije i izgradnje istih. Krenimo prvo od potražitelja. Renovirate stan, gotovo odmah ćete stupiti u kontakt s nekim izvođačem radova, odabir materijala, ako već niste sami napravili bit će utoliko lak što vam sve dođe na gotovo ili na mail ili na, recimo, WhatsApp. Slike putuju mrežom svih mreža, a na klijentu je samo da odabere. Istina, još su tu turneje po velikim građevinsko-prodajnim centrima, ali sve one finese lako se riješe u hodu, bez fizičkog pristupanja samome gradilištu. Sve zahvaljujući internetu.

Internetu koji je i građevinarima olakšao život. Bili mali, srednji, ili veliki igrači na građevinskog tržištu svima njima potrebno je - umreženje. A1 tako nudi sjajne prilike ali i iznimno sigurne i brze internetske veze namijenjene firmama i obrtnicima. Radi lakšeg pronalaska i zadržavanja radne snage, komunikacije s njom, a zatim i dosega prema klijentima. Da ne spominjemo koliko je lakše doći i do dobavljača i materijala. Naročito u vremenima kada su svjetski opskrbni lanci na klimavim nogama, što zbog pandemije, što zbog ratnog stanja u Ukrajini. Malo vremena i prostora za nabrojati što se sve danas rješava preko interneta. Realizacija izgradnje kakve nekretnine tek je kap u moru mreže svih mreža. Da, gledano općenito, ali, konkretno govoreći o građevinarima, njima je itekako važno imati sigurnu, fiksnu i mobilnu mrežu. Fiksna mreža A1 najveća je u Hrvatskoj i obuhvaća čak 600 tisuća kućanstava i poslovnih ureda, a A1 za srednje male i velike tvrtke nudi mobilnu uslugu i Officebox, odnosno mobilni internet ua ured.

Mobilna usluga nudi neograničene razgovore u svim tarifama, 5G vezu i neograničen internet. Dok se u Officeboxu nalazi 5G ili 4G+ mobilni internet, ili 500 ili 600 Gb po maksimalno dostupnoj brzini, kao i A1Net Protect paket koji  štiti korisnički mobitel i ostale uređaje od špijunskog softvera, mrežnih prijevara i zlonamjernih web adresa dok su na A1 mobilnoj mreži. Zatim na neupadljiv način javlja korisniku kako je krajnja lokacija koju namjerava posjetiti označena kao nesigurna i trenutno zaustavlja daljnje otvaranje web lokacije, također valja napomenuti kako je zaštita je aktivna sve dok je korisnik spojen na A1 mobilnu mrežu, bilo u zemlji ili inozemstvu​.
