Slovenija je u petak Hrvatskoj uputila dvije note vezane uz provedbu arbitraže, objavilo je ministarstvo vanjskih poslova u Ljubljani, pri čemu u jednoj poziva Hrvatsku na dijalog o implementaciji arbitražne presude, a druga je odgovor na hrvatsku notu od četvrtka.

Prvom diplomatskom notom Hrvatska je ponovo pozvana na dijalog o implementaciji arbitražne presude putem formiranja demarkacijskih povjerenstava, dok je u drugoj noti Ljubljana Hrvatskoj izrazila "prosvjed protiv kršenja granične crte na moru".

U noti se upozorava da su slovenska tijela od objave arbitražne presude o granici krajem lipnja do sada zabilježila više od tisuću uplovljavanja hrvatskih brodova do sredine Piranskog zaljeva, što Slovenija tretira kao kršenje međunarodnog prava i arbitražnog rješenja, te hrvatsku stranu poziva da "se kao i Slovenija dosljedno suzdržava od incidenata".

MVEP je diplomatskom notom u četvrtak pozvao Sloveniju da se suzdrži od jednostrane provedbe mjera koje bi imale za cilj pokušaj promjene stanja na terenu, te na konstruktivan dijalog oko rješavanja pitanja granice.

Slovenski mediji najavljuju da će od subote, nakon što su tzv. implementacijski zakoni prethodnih tjedana potvrđeni u slovenskom parlamentu i nakon što je istekao rok za primjenu arbitražne presude primijeniti strožu politiku sankcioniranja hrvatskih ribara koji se u zaljevu prilikom ribolova i dalje budu držali crte sredine kao granice na moru.

Ribari više neće biti samo opominjani, pišu mediji, već će im se izricati novčane kazne.

Slovenija je u petak Hrvatskoj uputila dvije note vezane uz provedbu arbitraže, objavilo je ministarstvo vanjskih poslova u Ljubljani, pri čemu u jednoj poziva Hrvatsku na dijalog o implementaciji arbitražne presude, a druga je odgovor na hrvatsku notu od četvrtka.

Prvom diplomatskom notom Hrvatska je ponovo pozvana na dijalog o implementaciji arbitražne presude putem formiranja demarkacijskih povjerenstava, dok je u drugoj noti Ljubljana Hrvatskoj izrazila "prosvjed protiv kršenja granične crte na moru".

U noti se upozorava da su slovenska tijela od objave arbitražne presude o granici krajem lipnja do sada zabilježila više od tisuću uplovljavanja hrvatskih brodova do sredine Piranskog zaljeva, što Slovenija tretira kao kršenje međunarodnog prava i arbitražnog rješenja, te hrvatsku stranu poziva da "se kao i Slovenija dosljedno suzdržava od incidenata".

MVEP je diplomatskom notom u četvrtak pozvao Sloveniju da se suzdrži od jednostrane provedbe mjera koje bi imale za cilj pokušaj promjene stanja na terenu, te na konstruktivan dijalog oko rješavanja pitanja granice.

Slovenski mediji najavljuju da će od subote, nakon što su tzv. implementacijski zakoni prethodnih tjedana potvrđeni u slovenskom parlamentu i nakon što je istekao rok za primjenu arbitražne presude primijeniti strožu politiku sankcioniranja hrvatskih ribara koji se u zaljevu prilikom ribolova i dalje budu držali crte sredine kao granice na moru.

Ribari više neće biti samo opominjani, pišu mediji, već će im se izricati novčane kazne.
