Vukovarska kolona sjećanja ovaj je put prošla doista veličanstveno. Bez incidenata, prijepora, natezanja i političkih podvala. Čak su i ljuti neprijatelji Zoran Milanović i Andrej Plenković uspjeli razmijeniti nekoliko rečenica bez da se pritom žestoko posvađaju.

Bojan Glavašević ove godine nije bio u koloni sjećanja. Sin legendarnog novinara Hrvatskog radija Siniše Glavaševića i zastupnik zeleno-lijeve koalicije u Saboru ovaj put se odlučio na nešto drukčiji način odati počast poginulima za slobodu Hrvatske.

– Ove godine nisam išao u kolonu sjećanja, najviše zbog epidemioloških mjera. S kolegicama Uršom Raukar i Sandrom Benčić iz našeg kluba zastupnika otišao sam u Vukovar 17. studenoga i položio vijence na Memorijalnom groblju, na Ovčari i na Dunavu, za sve civilne žrtve rata.

Što za vas znači odlazak u Vukovar? Sjećanje na oca, na neko daleko djetinjstvo, susret s prijateljima?

– Vukovar je moj grad. Odlazak u Vukovar je odlazak kući.

Kad je izbio rat, krenuli ste tek u prvi razred osnovne škole. Što danas pamtite iz svojih vukovarskih dana?

– Pamtim sve. Imam jako dobro sjećanje i lijepe uspomene na djetinjstvo, na sve vrijeme sa svojom obitelji i prijateljima. Pamtim dobro i početak rata. Pamtim i sve što je došlo poslije, ali trudim se najviše sačuvati lijepe uspomene.

Stali ste u obranu Borisa Dežulovića i njegove kolumne "J... vas Vukovar"? Vas, sina jednog od legendi Vukovara Siniše Glavaševića, taj tekst nije uvrijedio?

– Zašto bi me uvrijedio?

Pa mnogi su napadali Dežulovića tvrdeći upravo to: da ih je njegov tekst uvrijedio...

– Dežulović u tom tekstu govori stvari o kojima smo i ja i mnogi drugi govorili godinama. Dežulović ima svoj stil, po njemu je prepoznatljiv. On je iskren, ne zamotava stvari u celofan i izražava se u pisanju kao velika većina naših ljudi. U tome nema baš ništa sporno. A naslov teksta i poruka koju sadržava upućeni su onima koji politički zloupotrebljavaju Vukovar. Treba je shvatiti kao "Okanite se više Vukovara".

Treba li ipak Hrvatska imati svoj Alamo, mitsko mjesto herojske obrane, točku oko koje se svi u ovoj duboko podijeljenoj zemlji možemo ujediniti? Taj potencijal nemaju ni Tuđman ni Tito, nema ga čak ni nogometna reprezentacija. Samo Vukovar.

– Nije to pitanje "treba li". To nije pitanje, to je činjenica. Vukovar je u svojoj simbolici doista donekle usporediv s Alamom, ali nastavak priče se razlikuje.

Na što točno ciljate?

– Iz Vukovara ljudi danas odlaze, a oko Alama je izrastao San Antonio, grad od milijun i pol stanovnika, koji je prepun života i svakodnevice. Alamo je danas samo jedan od muzeja u tom gradu. Simbolika Alama nije zarobila i onemogućila svakodnevni život, a simbolika Vukovara, zbog političke zloupotrebe koja traje već desetljećima, oduzima njegov fizički i simbolički prostor od onih koji grad čine gradom – njegovim stanovnicima.

Po čitavoj Hrvatskoj održavaju se komemoracije, pale svijeće... Radimo to iz dubokog osjećaja tuge i suosjećanja prema onima koje su u Vukovaru srpski osvajači zavili u crno. No ima li u tom suosjećanju, bar dijelom, i nastojanja da isperemo sram zbog onoga što smo mi, što je Hrvatska te jeseni 1991. trebala, a nije učinila za Vukovar?

– Zbilja ne mislim da u takvim simboličkim gestama ljudi ima ikakve krivnje ili ičega što bi zasjenilo iskrenost. Ako je Hrvatska mogla učiniti više za Vukovar u njegovu trenutku najveće potrebe, onda za to sigurno nisu krivi ljudi iz ostatka Hrvatske, nego političarke i političari koji su tada donosili odluke o obrani domovine. Ako o tome i postoji neka istina drukčija od ove koju poznajemo, pitanje je hoćemo li je ikada doznati.

A kako Hrvatska danas može pomoći Vukovaru, a da to stanovnici toga grada osjete u svojemu svakodnevnom životu?

– Može pomoći tako da konačno započne sustavan i iskren proces suočavanja s prošlošću, kao i rad na zacjeljivanju društvenog tkiva zajednice kroz rad na pomirenju. Može pomoći i tako da političarke i političari prestanu parazitirati na nacionalističkim podjelama i prestanu Vukovarkama i Vukovarcima otimati fizički i simbolički prostor njihova grada.

Vukovaru, ako mu želimo dati budućnost, moramo dopustiti da, poput San Antonija, izraste oko Alama, i da ga preraste. Jer vukovarski Alamo je samo jedan dio u tisućljetnoj povijesti toga grada. Ne smijemo ga učiniti završetkom njegove povijesti.

Vukovarska kolona sjećanja ovaj je put prošla doista veličanstveno. Bez incidenata, prijepora, natezanja i političkih podvala. Čak su i ljuti neprijatelji Zoran Milanović i Andrej Plenković uspjeli razmijeniti nekoliko rečenica bez da se pritom žestoko posvađaju.

Bojan Glavašević ove godine nije bio u koloni sjećanja. Sin legendarnog novinara Hrvatskog radija Siniše Glavaševića i zastupnik zeleno-lijeve koalicije u Saboru ovaj put se odlučio na nešto drukčiji način odati počast poginulima za slobodu Hrvatske.

– Ove godine nisam išao u kolonu sjećanja, najviše zbog epidemioloških mjera. S kolegicama Uršom Raukar i Sandrom Benčić iz našeg kluba zastupnika otišao sam u Vukovar 17. studenoga i položio vijence na Memorijalnom groblju, na Ovčari i na Dunavu, za sve civilne žrtve rata.

Što za vas znači odlazak u Vukovar? Sjećanje na oca, na neko daleko djetinjstvo, susret s prijateljima?

– Vukovar je moj grad. Odlazak u Vukovar je odlazak kući.

Kad je izbio rat, krenuli ste tek u prvi razred osnovne škole. Što danas pamtite iz svojih vukovarskih dana?

– Pamtim sve. Imam jako dobro sjećanje i lijepe uspomene na djetinjstvo, na sve vrijeme sa svojom obitelji i prijateljima. Pamtim dobro i početak rata. Pamtim i sve što je došlo poslije, ali trudim se najviše sačuvati lijepe uspomene.

Stali ste u obranu Borisa Dežulovića i njegove kolumne "J... vas Vukovar"? Vas, sina jednog od legendi Vukovara Siniše Glavaševića, taj tekst nije uvrijedio?

– Zašto bi me uvrijedio?

Pa mnogi su napadali Dežulovića tvrdeći upravo to: da ih je njegov tekst uvrijedio...

– Dežulović u tom tekstu govori stvari o kojima smo i ja i mnogi drugi govorili godinama. Dežulović ima svoj stil, po njemu je prepoznatljiv. On je iskren, ne zamotava stvari u celofan i izražava se u pisanju kao velika većina naših ljudi. U tome nema baš ništa sporno. A naslov teksta i poruka koju sadržava upućeni su onima koji politički zloupotrebljavaju Vukovar. Treba je shvatiti kao "Okanite se više Vukovara".

Treba li ipak Hrvatska imati svoj Alamo, mitsko mjesto herojske obrane, točku oko koje se svi u ovoj duboko podijeljenoj zemlji možemo ujediniti? Taj potencijal nemaju ni Tuđman ni Tito, nema ga čak ni nogometna reprezentacija. Samo Vukovar.

– Nije to pitanje "treba li". To nije pitanje, to je činjenica. Vukovar je u svojoj simbolici doista donekle usporediv s Alamom, ali nastavak priče se razlikuje.

Na što točno ciljate?

– Iz Vukovara ljudi danas odlaze, a oko Alama je izrastao San Antonio, grad od milijun i pol stanovnika, koji je prepun života i svakodnevice. Alamo je danas samo jedan od muzeja u tom gradu. Simbolika Alama nije zarobila i onemogućila svakodnevni život, a simbolika Vukovara, zbog političke zloupotrebe koja traje već desetljećima, oduzima njegov fizički i simbolički prostor od onih koji grad čine gradom – njegovim stanovnicima.

Po čitavoj Hrvatskoj održavaju se komemoracije, pale svijeće... Radimo to iz dubokog osjećaja tuge i suosjećanja prema onima koje su u Vukovaru srpski osvajači zavili u crno. No ima li u tom suosjećanju, bar dijelom, i nastojanja da isperemo sram zbog onoga što smo mi, što je Hrvatska te jeseni 1991. trebala, a nije učinila za Vukovar?

– Zbilja ne mislim da u takvim simboličkim gestama ljudi ima ikakve krivnje ili ičega što bi zasjenilo iskrenost. Ako je Hrvatska mogla učiniti više za Vukovar u njegovu trenutku najveće potrebe, onda za to sigurno nisu krivi ljudi iz ostatka Hrvatske, nego političarke i političari koji su tada donosili odluke o obrani domovine. Ako o tome i postoji neka istina drukčija od ove koju poznajemo, pitanje je hoćemo li je ikada doznati.

A kako Hrvatska danas može pomoći Vukovaru, a da to stanovnici toga grada osjete u svojemu svakodnevnom životu?

– Može pomoći tako da konačno započne sustavan i iskren proces suočavanja s prošlošću, kao i rad na zacjeljivanju društvenog tkiva zajednice kroz rad na pomirenju. Može pomoći i tako da političarke i političari prestanu parazitirati na nacionalističkim podjelama i prestanu Vukovarkama i Vukovarcima otimati fizički i simbolički prostor njihova grada.

Vukovaru, ako mu želimo dati budućnost, moramo dopustiti da, poput San Antonija, izraste oko Alama, i da ga preraste. Jer vukovarski Alamo je samo jedan dio u tisućljetnoj povijesti toga grada. Ne smijemo ga učiniti završetkom njegove povijesti.
