Dvije najskuplje vile u Hrvatskoj nalaze se u Opatiji. Ona najskuplja, Villa Keglevich, smještena u centru Opatije, prodaje se za 7,5 milijuna eura, a na drugom mjestu je njezina ‘mlađa sestra‘ koja se prodaje po cijeni od 5,5 milijuna eura, piše Novi list.

Velika je vila u ovom trenutku izvan funkcije, dok se u prizemlju manje nalazi restoran s terasom.

Villa Keglevich koja je izgrađena davne 1891. godine za groficu Angelique Keglevich (r. Esterhazy), jedno je vrijeme bila sjedište Policijske postaje u Opatiji. No, sudeći prema tabli ispred zdanja, povijesna opatijska vila će se nakon temeljitog preuređenja vratiti u turističke vode jer investitori - tvrtka RI JIR d.o.o. iz Opatije - u njoj planiraju urediti hotel.

– Vila je održavana i prilično očuvana izvana, dok je iznutra doživjela rekonstrukciju u potkrovlju radi povećanja neto korisne površine, te je po etažama pregrađivana pregradnim zidovima. Izvana je sačuvala originalni oblik, osim u potkrovlju gdje su dodane svjetlosne kupole, te u prizemlju gdje je dograđena portirnica – dio je oglasa uz koji se Villa Keglevich nudila na tržištu.

Njezin je posljednji vlasnik bio grof Nikolaus Peter Draskovich kojemu su obje nekretnine vraćene u postupku povrata nacionalizirane imovine. Draskovich je najavljivao da želi pretvoriti obje nekretnine u lijepe i uređene objekte za turističku namjenu. No to se nije dogodilo već je obje vile, kako se čini, prodao, iako se ne zna kome.

Premda još nema službene potvrde da je veća nekretnina, ili čak obje, dobila novog vlasnika, u hrvatskom se medijskom prostoru počelo pisati o tome da je najskuplja hrvatska vila doista prodana, a oglas o njezinoj prodaji povučen iz optjecaja.

Tko je kupio 1.154 kvadrata Ville Keglevich, moglo bi se saznati uskoro, već tijekom jeseni, kad prestane glavna turistička sezona i izvan snage bude odluka o privremenoj zabrani izvođenja radova, piše Novi list.

Dvije najskuplje vile u Hrvatskoj nalaze se u Opatiji. Ona najskuplja, Villa Keglevich, smještena u centru Opatije, prodaje se za 7,5 milijuna eura, a na drugom mjestu je njezina ‘mlađa sestra‘ koja se prodaje po cijeni od 5,5 milijuna eura, piše Novi list.

Velika je vila u ovom trenutku izvan funkcije, dok se u prizemlju manje nalazi restoran s terasom.

Villa Keglevich koja je izgrađena davne 1891. godine za groficu Angelique Keglevich (r. Esterhazy), jedno je vrijeme bila sjedište Policijske postaje u Opatiji. No, sudeći prema tabli ispred zdanja, povijesna opatijska vila će se nakon temeljitog preuređenja vratiti u turističke vode jer investitori - tvrtka RI JIR d.o.o. iz Opatije - u njoj planiraju urediti hotel.

– Vila je održavana i prilično očuvana izvana, dok je iznutra doživjela rekonstrukciju u potkrovlju radi povećanja neto korisne površine, te je po etažama pregrađivana pregradnim zidovima. Izvana je sačuvala originalni oblik, osim u potkrovlju gdje su dodane svjetlosne kupole, te u prizemlju gdje je dograđena portirnica – dio je oglasa uz koji se Villa Keglevich nudila na tržištu.

Njezin je posljednji vlasnik bio grof Nikolaus Peter Draskovich kojemu su obje nekretnine vraćene u postupku povrata nacionalizirane imovine. Draskovich je najavljivao da želi pretvoriti obje nekretnine u lijepe i uređene objekte za turističku namjenu. No to se nije dogodilo već je obje vile, kako se čini, prodao, iako se ne zna kome.

Premda još nema službene potvrde da je veća nekretnina, ili čak obje, dobila novog vlasnika, u hrvatskom se medijskom prostoru počelo pisati o tome da je najskuplja hrvatska vila doista prodana, a oglas o njezinoj prodaji povučen iz optjecaja.

Tko je kupio 1.154 kvadrata Ville Keglevich, moglo bi se saznati uskoro, već tijekom jeseni, kad prestane glavna turistička sezona i izvan snage bude odluka o privremenoj zabrani izvođenja radova, piše Novi list.
