Ured naglašava da predsjednik Vlade Ivo Sanader u vezi s tim nije održao nikakav sastanak s predstavnicima bilo koje banke.
- S obzirom na više zaprimljenih upita hrvatskih medija, koji se odnose na naknadu financijskih iznosa po arbitražnim sporovima, Ured za odnose s javnošću Vlade Republike Hrvatske smatra potrebnim istaknuti sljedeće:
Predsjednik Vlade Republike Hrvatske dr. sc. Ivo Sanader nije održao nikakav sastanak s predstavnicima bilo koje banke.
Ured za odnose s javnošću Vlade Republike Hrvatske posebno naglašava da se trenutno odvijaju aktivnosti u kojima Državno odvjetništvo RH istražuje mogućnost pravnog djelovanja s ciljem umanjenja financijskog iznosa, koji bi Republika Hrvatska bila obavezna platiti nakon završenih arbitražnih postupaka zbog ugovora koji su nastali za vrijeme prethodnih Vlada.
Ukoliko se ne pronađe pravni instrument, Vlada Republike Hrvatske će, putem resornih ministarstava u izravnom razgovoru s predstavnicima institucija koje tuže Republiku Hrvatsku, pokušati ostvariti dogovor kojim bi se umanjio iznos presuđen u arbitražnim postupcima", kaže se u današnjem priopćenju Vladinog Ureda za odnose s javnošću.
U medijima je objavljeno da je premijer Sanader prošlog tjedna postigao s predstavnicima Bayerische Landsbank, koja je novi većinski vlasnik Hypo Alpe Adria banke, dogovor o smanjenju odštete od 44 milijun eura Hypo Banci. Naime, Državna agencija za osiguranje štednih uloga i sanaciju banaka (DAB) je krajem prošle godine izgubila spor s austrijska Hypo Group Alpe-Adria zbog nepravilnosti prilikom kupnje udjela u Slavonskoj banci. Mediji su zadnjih dana pisali i o tužbi tvrtke Astaldi protiv Hrvatske zbog raskidanja ugovora o izgradnji autoceste Zagreb-Goričan te o još nekim arbitražnim sporovima.

Ured naglašava da predsjednik Vlade Ivo Sanader u vezi s tim nije održao nikakav sastanak s predstavnicima bilo koje banke.
- S obzirom na više zaprimljenih upita hrvatskih medija, koji se odnose na naknadu financijskih iznosa po arbitražnim sporovima, Ured za odnose s javnošću Vlade Republike Hrvatske smatra potrebnim istaknuti sljedeće:
Predsjednik Vlade Republike Hrvatske dr. sc. Ivo Sanader nije održao nikakav sastanak s predstavnicima bilo koje banke.
Ured za odnose s javnošću Vlade Republike Hrvatske posebno naglašava da se trenutno odvijaju aktivnosti u kojima Državno odvjetništvo RH istražuje mogućnost pravnog djelovanja s ciljem umanjenja financijskog iznosa, koji bi Republika Hrvatska bila obavezna platiti nakon završenih arbitražnih postupaka zbog ugovora koji su nastali za vrijeme prethodnih Vlada.
Ukoliko se ne pronađe pravni instrument, Vlada Republike Hrvatske će, putem resornih ministarstava u izravnom razgovoru s predstavnicima institucija koje tuže Republiku Hrvatsku, pokušati ostvariti dogovor kojim bi se umanjio iznos presuđen u arbitražnim postupcima", kaže se u današnjem priopćenju Vladinog Ureda za odnose s javnošću.
U medijima je objavljeno da je premijer Sanader prošlog tjedna postigao s predstavnicima Bayerische Landsbank, koja je novi većinski vlasnik Hypo Alpe Adria banke, dogovor o smanjenju odštete od 44 milijun eura Hypo Banci. Naime, Državna agencija za osiguranje štednih uloga i sanaciju banaka (DAB) je krajem prošle godine izgubila spor s austrijska Hypo Group Alpe-Adria zbog nepravilnosti prilikom kupnje udjela u Slavonskoj banci. Mediji su zadnjih dana pisali i o tužbi tvrtke Astaldi protiv Hrvatske zbog raskidanja ugovora o izgradnji autoceste Zagreb-Goričan te o još nekim arbitražnim sporovima.
