Hoće li se Andrej Plenković i Frane Barbarić doista rastati "na nož"? U startu je izgledalo da su premijer i predsjednik Uprave HEP-a došli do zida. Barbarić se dugo vremena opirao prijedlozima da sam odstupi. I time otupi oštricu oporbenih napada kojoj je on – dijelom zbog bespravne gradnje, a dijelom zbog afere "plin za cent" – bio omiljena meta. Da je tako učinio ovoga ljeta, prodaja plina po bagatelnim cijenama odavno bi bila stavljena ad acta.

No Barbarić je uvjeren da za tu priču nije kriv on. Nego da odgovornost leži na Ministarstvu gospodarstva. Te da, ako već netko treba otići, onda uz njega ostavku treba dati i ministar Davor Filipović. Plenković za to nije htio ni čuti. On i Barbarić našli su se u slijepoj ulici.

Sve do podizanja optužnice protiv Barbarića.

U tom trenutku što se premijera tiče priča je bila završena. Na telefonskoj sjednici Vlade odlučeno je da se Nadzornom odboru HEP-a predloži Barbarićeva smjena. Predsjednik Uprave HEP-a – uporan da dokaže da je u obje situacije koje mu se stavljaju na teret potpuno nevin – oglasio se priopćenjem u kojemu se spominjala pravna zaštita i europskih sudova. I nakon toga – podnio ostavku.

Sada Nadzorni odbor HEP-a treba odlučiti hoće li tu ostavku prihvatiti. Ili će postupiti po prijedlogu Vlade. Te Barbarića smijeniti. Takav "nečastan otpust" povlači sa sobom određene konzekvence. Barbarić bi ostao bez prava na punu plaću šest mjeseci nakon isteka mandata, te pola plaće idućih šest mjeseci. Uz to, dobio bi izravan motiv da istražiteljima, koji posljednjih mjeseci kopaju po aferi "plin za cent", otkrije poneki detalj koji bi HDZ-ovoj Vladi u vrijeme prije izbora možda mogao i naštetiti.

Ministar Filipović u srijedu je otklonio neke dileme. Prema njegovim informacijama, Barbarić će ostati u HEP-u i neće uzeti otpremninu.

– Barbarić ima pravo na poziciju u HEP-u sukladno svojoj stručnoj spremi. U tijeku su konzultacije o novom čelnom čovjeku HEP-a. Nakon njih će se prezentirati tko će voditi HEP u idućem razdoblju – kazao je novinarima ministar Filipović. Podsjetio je da se tijekom jutra održala glavna Skupština HEP-a, na kojoj je on potvrdio članove Nadzornog odbora. Te da će se sjednica tog tijela održati idućih dana.

Kako sada stvari stoje, sve upućuje na to da HDZ neće ići u obračun sa svojim istaknutim članom. Na čelu Nadzornog odbora HEP-a nalazi se HDZ-ovac Anton Kovačev, koji sigurno neće ići mimo vlastite stranke.Tim prije što bi taj istaknuti član mogao i progovoriti o stvarima koje su se događale iza kulisa trgovine plinom u RH.

Premijer je jasno rekao da Barbarića ne smjenjuje zbog prodaje jeftinog plina, nego zbog bespravne gradnje u zaštićenom obalnom području. I na tome je za sada ostalo.

Nema nikakve dvojbe da će u Banskim dvorima s posebnom pažnjom birati Barbarićeva nasljednika, kako bi u mjesecima uoči izbora potpuno sanirali štetu od afera koje su uzdrmale HEP. Uz to, Plenkoviću je ovo idealna prilika da na čelo HEP-a postavi osobu koja neće pogodovati ničijim interesima. Barbarića je pratio glas da je bio produžena ruka plinskog tajkuna Pavla Vujnovca. Predsjednik uprave HEP-a to je uvijek spremno demantirao.

No u poslovnim krugovima veza Barbarića i PPD-a slovila je kao poznata stvar. Pa su se i sve odluke Uprave HEP-a gledale kroz tu prizmu. Pa i one koje formalno nije donio vrh Hrvatske elektroprivrede, poput bagatelnog trgovanja plinom u kojemu su, slučajno ili ne, najviše profitirale upravo Vujnovčeve tvrtke. Nije Barbarić bio jedini kojega se povezivalo sa slavonskim poduzetnikom.

Član Uprave HEP-a Tomislav Šambić svojedobno je kupio peterosobni stan na atraktivnoj lokaciji u Zagrebu upravo od vlasnika PPD-a. Cijena? Doslovno prava sitnica. Tek 1600 eura po metru četvornom.

Što sve sugerira da bi budući predsjednik HEP-ove Uprave morao biti netko tko s Vujnovcem nema ama baš nikakve veze. I tko će morati imati punu potporu Vlade da napravi oštre rezove koji HEP-u očito nasušno trebaju. •

Hoće li se Andrej Plenković i Frane Barbarić doista rastati "na nož"? U startu je izgledalo da su premijer i predsjednik Uprave HEP-a došli do zida. Barbarić se dugo vremena opirao prijedlozima da sam odstupi. I time otupi oštricu oporbenih napada kojoj je on – dijelom zbog bespravne gradnje, a dijelom zbog afere "plin za cent" – bio omiljena meta. Da je tako učinio ovoga ljeta, prodaja plina po bagatelnim cijenama odavno bi bila stavljena ad acta.

No Barbarić je uvjeren da za tu priču nije kriv on. Nego da odgovornost leži na Ministarstvu gospodarstva. Te da, ako već netko treba otići, onda uz njega ostavku treba dati i ministar Davor Filipović. Plenković za to nije htio ni čuti. On i Barbarić našli su se u slijepoj ulici.

Sve do podizanja optužnice protiv Barbarića.

U tom trenutku što se premijera tiče priča je bila završena. Na telefonskoj sjednici Vlade odlučeno je da se Nadzornom odboru HEP-a predloži Barbarićeva smjena. Predsjednik Uprave HEP-a – uporan da dokaže da je u obje situacije koje mu se stavljaju na teret potpuno nevin – oglasio se priopćenjem u kojemu se spominjala pravna zaštita i europskih sudova. I nakon toga – podnio ostavku.

Sada Nadzorni odbor HEP-a treba odlučiti hoće li tu ostavku prihvatiti. Ili će postupiti po prijedlogu Vlade. Te Barbarića smijeniti. Takav "nečastan otpust" povlači sa sobom određene konzekvence. Barbarić bi ostao bez prava na punu plaću šest mjeseci nakon isteka mandata, te pola plaće idućih šest mjeseci. Uz to, dobio bi izravan motiv da istražiteljima, koji posljednjih mjeseci kopaju po aferi "plin za cent", otkrije poneki detalj koji bi HDZ-ovoj Vladi u vrijeme prije izbora možda mogao i naštetiti.

Ministar Filipović u srijedu je otklonio neke dileme. Prema njegovim informacijama, Barbarić će ostati u HEP-u i neće uzeti otpremninu.

– Barbarić ima pravo na poziciju u HEP-u sukladno svojoj stručnoj spremi. U tijeku su konzultacije o novom čelnom čovjeku HEP-a. Nakon njih će se prezentirati tko će voditi HEP u idućem razdoblju – kazao je novinarima ministar Filipović. Podsjetio je da se tijekom jutra održala glavna Skupština HEP-a, na kojoj je on potvrdio članove Nadzornog odbora. Te da će se sjednica tog tijela održati idućih dana.

Kako sada stvari stoje, sve upućuje na to da HDZ neće ići u obračun sa svojim istaknutim članom. Na čelu Nadzornog odbora HEP-a nalazi se HDZ-ovac Anton Kovačev, koji sigurno neće ići mimo vlastite stranke.Tim prije što bi taj istaknuti član mogao i progovoriti o stvarima koje su se događale iza kulisa trgovine plinom u RH.

Premijer je jasno rekao da Barbarića ne smjenjuje zbog prodaje jeftinog plina, nego zbog bespravne gradnje u zaštićenom obalnom području. I na tome je za sada ostalo.

Nema nikakve dvojbe da će u Banskim dvorima s posebnom pažnjom birati Barbarićeva nasljednika, kako bi u mjesecima uoči izbora potpuno sanirali štetu od afera koje su uzdrmale HEP. Uz to, Plenkoviću je ovo idealna prilika da na čelo HEP-a postavi osobu koja neće pogodovati ničijim interesima. Barbarića je pratio glas da je bio produžena ruka plinskog tajkuna Pavla Vujnovca. Predsjednik uprave HEP-a to je uvijek spremno demantirao.

No u poslovnim krugovima veza Barbarića i PPD-a slovila je kao poznata stvar. Pa su se i sve odluke Uprave HEP-a gledale kroz tu prizmu. Pa i one koje formalno nije donio vrh Hrvatske elektroprivrede, poput bagatelnog trgovanja plinom u kojemu su, slučajno ili ne, najviše profitirale upravo Vujnovčeve tvrtke. Nije Barbarić bio jedini kojega se povezivalo sa slavonskim poduzetnikom.

Član Uprave HEP-a Tomislav Šambić svojedobno je kupio peterosobni stan na atraktivnoj lokaciji u Zagrebu upravo od vlasnika PPD-a. Cijena? Doslovno prava sitnica. Tek 1600 eura po metru četvornom.

Što sve sugerira da bi budući predsjednik HEP-ove Uprave morao biti netko tko s Vujnovcem nema ama baš nikakve veze. I tko će morati imati punu potporu Vlade da napravi oštre rezove koji HEP-u očito nasušno trebaju. •
