Prema podacima inspekcije, od uzorkovanih 219 proizvoda, u 4,5 posto slučajeva otkriveno je kako oni ne zaslužuju naziv “ekološki”.

Po prirodi sam sumnjičava, pa tako uglavnom zaobilazim trgovine koje se reklamiraju eko proizvodima jer za njih nitko od potrošača ne može utvrditi jesu li doista ekološki ili ne.

Okej, iznimka je kad za neki kolač trebam koricu limuna ili naranče, ali i tada ih ribam sa suzom u oku jer nisam sigurna neću li u biskvit zapravo ubacit‘ hrpu kemije.

Oko ekoloških proizvoda ljudi općenito zauzimaju drastične stavove - ili ih u potpunosti zaobilaze ili neće niti pod prijetnjom oružjem kupiti špricanu voćku, a nedavno istraživanje europarlamentarke Biljane Borzan pokazalo je da su Hrvati većinom skeptični - njih čak 70 posto ne vjeruje ekološkim tvrdnjama na proizvodima, smatrajući da su neutemeljene i nedokazive, piše Jutarnji.

To me ponukalo da provjerim što su dosad pokazale službene analize eko proizvoda i proizvođača, a koje u sklopu Državnog inspektorata obavlja Poljoprivredna inspekcija.

Znam, i za njih će netko reći da je upitno koliko se često provode, ali zasad iz ovog tijela pristižu jedine potvrđene informacije o kvaliteti ekološke proizvodnje u Hrvatskoj pa je red da ih se spomene.

Prema podacima koje su nam poslali, od osnivanja Inspektorata od travnja 2019. godine do danas Poljoprivredna je inspekcija provela 1011 inspekcijskih nadzora subjekata ekološke proizvodnje i označavanja ekoloških proizvoda, pri čemu je uzorkovano 219 proizvoda s oznakama ekološkog proizvoda te su analizirani na ostatke sredstava za zaštitu bilja.

Čini se da je samo u 4,5 posto slučajeva, odnosno deset proizvoda otkriveno kako oni ne zaslužuju naziv "ekološki" jer su kod njih pronađeni ostaci sredstava za zaštitu bilja.

Bilo je tu proizvoda i domaćih, i europskih, i internacionalnih proizvođača, a na prvom su mjestu ostaci nedozvoljenih zaštitnih sredstava pronađeni u kamilici neimenovanog domaćeg proizvođača.

Pod domaćim su se brendom potom u trgovinama prodavale i lažne bučine sjemenke u kojima je inspekcija također pronašla više razine od dopuštenih zaštitnih sredstava ili pak tragove sredstava koja uopće nisu odobrena u ekološkoj proizvodnji, a nesukladnima su proglašena i tri proizvoda europskih distributera i proizvođača.

Opet su u pitanju bile jedne sjemenke, ovog puta suncokretove proizvedene u Mađarskoj, a na popis su dospjele i dvije voćke koje su također na sebi imale lažne deklaracije. Riječ je bila o jabukama i limunima koje su na domaće tržište plasirali proizvođači iz Italije i Španjolske.

Pogrešnu eko deklaraciju također je imala i kava porijeklom iz Kostarike pa je Državni inspektorat sve nesukladnosti, u skladu s propisima, prijavio u OFIS sustav (Organic Farming Information System) uspostavljen na razini Europske komisije, dok su za ekološki nesukladne proizvode poduzete upravne mjere i pokrenuti prekršajni postupci sukladno europskim propisima i propisima Republike Hrvatske.

"Ekološki proizvođači pod kontinuiranom su stručnom kontrolom ovlaštenih kontrolnih tijela sukladno europskoj i nacionalnoj regulativi za ekološku proizvodnju i proizvode. Kontrolna tijela najmanje jednom godišnje provode stručnu kontrolu svakog ekološkog proizvođača, a prema analizi rizika i više puta, te se na taj način osigurava sustavna provjera primjene zakonske regulative za ekološku proizvodnju", tvrde iz Inspektorata.

Na razini EU dotle se najavljuju strože mjere - Borzan tvrdi kako se pod eko i zeleno reklamira sve i svašta, uglavnom kao posljedica nedostatnih propisa, zbog čega će se eko tvrdnje u skorijoj budućnosti morati dokazivati te će ih morati odobriti neovisna i stručna tijela.

Prema trenutačnim propisima, proizvodi koji sadržavaju barem 95% sastojaka iz ekološke proizvodnje mogu nositi naziv, a proizvođači moraju biti upisani u Upisnik subjekata ekološke proizvodnje te moraju imati ugovor s kontrolnim tijelom koje ga kontrolira najmanje jedanput godišnje i provodi postupak kontrole i certificiranja proizvoda.

Ova hrana nema rok trajanja i traje vječno

Bijelo brašno, med, ocat, ekstrakt vanilije i sol praktički nemaju rok trajanja, a godinama nakon isteka službenog roka trajanja potrošači slobodno mogu jesti i grah, iako će ga s duljim stajanjem vrlo vjerojatno trebati i dulje kuhati.

Rok trajanja zapravo nemaju ni začini, iako im s godinama malo pada jačina, a metal je toliko siguran da se godinama nakon isteka roka slobodno može jesti i konzervirano voće, povrće i meso (naravno, osim ako bi na limenci bili vidljivi neki tragovi načetosti), piše NY Times.

Ako je dobro zatvoreno u metalnim posudama, ulje također nema rok trajanja, no ako niste sigurni, dovoljno ga je pomirisati. Praktički je vječan i senf, bez roka ograničenja može se koristiti i ketchup, iako zna promijeniti boju, a suprotno uvriježenome, dugo nakon roka trajanja može se koristiti i majonezu, posebno ako ne sadrži limun i češnjak.

Brojne druge namirnice ne mogu trajati vječno, ali mogu trajati znatno dulje od službene oznake na ambalaži. Među njima su jaja za koja se tvrdi da se slobodno mogu koristiti do nekoliko tjedana nakon roka. Ipak, preporuka je za svaki slučaj napraviti test - potopiti ih u vodu te jesti samo u slučaju da su potonula.

Prema podacima inspekcije, od uzorkovanih 219 proizvoda, u 4,5 posto slučajeva otkriveno je kako oni ne zaslužuju naziv “ekološki”.

Po prirodi sam sumnjičava, pa tako uglavnom zaobilazim trgovine koje se reklamiraju eko proizvodima jer za njih nitko od potrošača ne može utvrditi jesu li doista ekološki ili ne.

Okej, iznimka je kad za neki kolač trebam koricu limuna ili naranče, ali i tada ih ribam sa suzom u oku jer nisam sigurna neću li u biskvit zapravo ubacit‘ hrpu kemije.

Oko ekoloških proizvoda ljudi općenito zauzimaju drastične stavove - ili ih u potpunosti zaobilaze ili neće niti pod prijetnjom oružjem kupiti špricanu voćku, a nedavno istraživanje europarlamentarke Biljane Borzan pokazalo je da su Hrvati većinom skeptični - njih čak 70 posto ne vjeruje ekološkim tvrdnjama na proizvodima, smatrajući da su neutemeljene i nedokazive, piše Jutarnji.

To me ponukalo da provjerim što su dosad pokazale službene analize eko proizvoda i proizvođača, a koje u sklopu Državnog inspektorata obavlja Poljoprivredna inspekcija.

Znam, i za njih će netko reći da je upitno koliko se često provode, ali zasad iz ovog tijela pristižu jedine potvrđene informacije o kvaliteti ekološke proizvodnje u Hrvatskoj pa je red da ih se spomene.

Prema podacima koje su nam poslali, od osnivanja Inspektorata od travnja 2019. godine do danas Poljoprivredna je inspekcija provela 1011 inspekcijskih nadzora subjekata ekološke proizvodnje i označavanja ekoloških proizvoda, pri čemu je uzorkovano 219 proizvoda s oznakama ekološkog proizvoda te su analizirani na ostatke sredstava za zaštitu bilja.

Čini se da je samo u 4,5 posto slučajeva, odnosno deset proizvoda otkriveno kako oni ne zaslužuju naziv "ekološki" jer su kod njih pronađeni ostaci sredstava za zaštitu bilja.

Bilo je tu proizvoda i domaćih, i europskih, i internacionalnih proizvođača, a na prvom su mjestu ostaci nedozvoljenih zaštitnih sredstava pronađeni u kamilici neimenovanog domaćeg proizvođača.

Pod domaćim su se brendom potom u trgovinama prodavale i lažne bučine sjemenke u kojima je inspekcija također pronašla više razine od dopuštenih zaštitnih sredstava ili pak tragove sredstava koja uopće nisu odobrena u ekološkoj proizvodnji, a nesukladnima su proglašena i tri proizvoda europskih distributera i proizvođača.

Opet su u pitanju bile jedne sjemenke, ovog puta suncokretove proizvedene u Mađarskoj, a na popis su dospjele i dvije voćke koje su također na sebi imale lažne deklaracije. Riječ je bila o jabukama i limunima koje su na domaće tržište plasirali proizvođači iz Italije i Španjolske.

Pogrešnu eko deklaraciju također je imala i kava porijeklom iz Kostarike pa je Državni inspektorat sve nesukladnosti, u skladu s propisima, prijavio u OFIS sustav (Organic Farming Information System) uspostavljen na razini Europske komisije, dok su za ekološki nesukladne proizvode poduzete upravne mjere i pokrenuti prekršajni postupci sukladno europskim propisima i propisima Republike Hrvatske.

"Ekološki proizvođači pod kontinuiranom su stručnom kontrolom ovlaštenih kontrolnih tijela sukladno europskoj i nacionalnoj regulativi za ekološku proizvodnju i proizvode. Kontrolna tijela najmanje jednom godišnje provode stručnu kontrolu svakog ekološkog proizvođača, a prema analizi rizika i više puta, te se na taj način osigurava sustavna provjera primjene zakonske regulative za ekološku proizvodnju", tvrde iz Inspektorata.

Na razini EU dotle se najavljuju strože mjere - Borzan tvrdi kako se pod eko i zeleno reklamira sve i svašta, uglavnom kao posljedica nedostatnih propisa, zbog čega će se eko tvrdnje u skorijoj budućnosti morati dokazivati te će ih morati odobriti neovisna i stručna tijela.

Prema trenutačnim propisima, proizvodi koji sadržavaju barem 95% sastojaka iz ekološke proizvodnje mogu nositi naziv, a proizvođači moraju biti upisani u Upisnik subjekata ekološke proizvodnje te moraju imati ugovor s kontrolnim tijelom koje ga kontrolira najmanje jedanput godišnje i provodi postupak kontrole i certificiranja proizvoda.

Ova hrana nema rok trajanja i traje vječno

Bijelo brašno, med, ocat, ekstrakt vanilije i sol praktički nemaju rok trajanja, a godinama nakon isteka službenog roka trajanja potrošači slobodno mogu jesti i grah, iako će ga s duljim stajanjem vrlo vjerojatno trebati i dulje kuhati.

Rok trajanja zapravo nemaju ni začini, iako im s godinama malo pada jačina, a metal je toliko siguran da se godinama nakon isteka roka slobodno može jesti i konzervirano voće, povrće i meso (naravno, osim ako bi na limenci bili vidljivi neki tragovi načetosti), piše NY Times.

Ako je dobro zatvoreno u metalnim posudama, ulje također nema rok trajanja, no ako niste sigurni, dovoljno ga je pomirisati. Praktički je vječan i senf, bez roka ograničenja može se koristiti i ketchup, iako zna promijeniti boju, a suprotno uvriježenome, dugo nakon roka trajanja može se koristiti i majonezu, posebno ako ne sadrži limun i češnjak.

Brojne druge namirnice ne mogu trajati vječno, ali mogu trajati znatno dulje od službene oznake na ambalaži. Među njima su jaja za koja se tvrdi da se slobodno mogu koristiti do nekoliko tjedana nakon roka. Ipak, preporuka je za svaki slučaj napraviti test - potopiti ih u vodu te jesti samo u slučaju da su potonula.
