Nuncijatura navodi da je papa Franjo prihvatio odreknuće od službe dosadašnjeg vojnog ordinarija, mons. Jurja Jezerinca, te uz skladu sa Zakonikom kanonskoga prava biskupom, vojnim ordinarijem, imenovao mons. Bogdana.

Tim povodom iz Hrvatske biskupske konferencije (HBK) navode da je novi biskup Bogdan 34. biskup iz reda pitomaca suvremenog Zavoda sv. Jeronima, a uz životopis mons. Bogdana, navode i da će vrijeme, dan i mjesto njegovog biskupskog ređenja biti naknadno objavljeni.

Službu rektora Papinskog hrvatskog zavoda sv. Jeronima, Bogdan je vršio kroz 19 godina, za vrijeme trojice papa - sv. Ivana Pavla II., Benedikta XVI. i pape Franje. Svjedok je i aktivni sudionik u Rimu mnogih važnih događaja iz života sveopće Crkve i Crkve u Domovini i rimski je postulator kauze blaženoga Miroslava Bulešića, ističe HBK.

Nuncijatura navodi da je papa Franjo prihvatio odreknuće od službe dosadašnjeg vojnog ordinarija, mons. Jurja Jezerinca, te uz skladu sa Zakonikom kanonskoga prava biskupom, vojnim ordinarijem, imenovao mons. Bogdana.

Tim povodom iz Hrvatske biskupske konferencije (HBK) navode da je novi biskup Bogdan 34. biskup iz reda pitomaca suvremenog Zavoda sv. Jeronima, a uz životopis mons. Bogdana, navode i da će vrijeme, dan i mjesto njegovog biskupskog ređenja biti naknadno objavljeni.

Službu rektora Papinskog hrvatskog zavoda sv. Jeronima, Bogdan je vršio kroz 19 godina, za vrijeme trojice papa - sv. Ivana Pavla II., Benedikta XVI. i pape Franje. Svjedok je i aktivni sudionik u Rimu mnogih važnih događaja iz života sveopće Crkve i Crkve u Domovini i rimski je postulator kauze blaženoga Miroslava Bulešića, ističe HBK.

Papa Farnjo imenovao je biskupom, vojnim ordinarijem u Republici Hrvatskoj, mons. Juru Bogdana, dosadašnjeg rektora Papinskog hrvatskog zavoda sv. Jeronima u Rimu, priopćila je u ponedjeljak Apostolska nuncijatura u Republici Hrvatskoj.
