Nakon prošlotjednog prvog koraka u 'otključavanju' hrvatskoga gospodarstva, u ponedjeljak 4. svibnja kreće i druga faza popuštanja mjera u kojoj će liječnici otvoriti svoje ambulante za pružanje svih zdravstvenih usluga, proradit će privatne ordinacije i zubari, a vrata svojih salona otvaraju frizeri, brijači, kozmetičari...
Iako je prvotno bilo planirano, da će saloni za masažu i fizioterapeuti koji rade izvan bolnica, raditi tek u trećoj fazi, ipak je u nedjelju donesena odluka da i oni mogu s poslom krenuti od 4. svibnja.
- Budući smo pustili druge usluge s bliskim kontaktom, zaključili smo kako ne bi bilo pravedno da oni ne smiju početi raditi. Od sutra i maseri i fizioterapeuti koji rade izvan bolnica mogu raditi – potvrdio je ravnatelj HZJZ-a Krunoslav Capak.
Bez obzira na novo popuštanje, nedjeljom i blagdanima i dalje neće raditi trgovine. Bit će otvoreni samo kiosci, pekarnice i trgovine na benzinskim postajama.
FRIZERI, KOZMETIČARI, BRIJAČI ...
Frizeri i kozmetičari će morati postupati kao epidemiolozi pa kad klijent dođe u salon, prvo ga moraju pitati je li bio bolestan u posljednjih 14 dana i je li bio u kontaktu sa nekom zaraženom osobom.
Članica Nacionalnog stožera, liječnica Maja Grba Bujević pojasnila je kako će frizeri, brijači i kozmetičari od mušterija morati uzeti kontakt i zapisati vrijeme kad su boravili u salonu. „Nije to zbog kontrole već u slučaju da dođe do zaraze, da se može znati tko je u to vrijeme bio u salonu“, uvjerava Grba Bujević.
U prostorima čekaonice, odnosno ulaznim prostorima, na pultovima za obavljanje plaćanja usluga te u radnom dijelu mora biti dozator s dezinfekcijskim sredstvom, na bazi alkohola u koncentraciji ne manjoj od 70 posto.
Naručivanje klijenata obavlja se telefonski, a broj naručenih mušterija kojima će se usluga pružati istovremeno mora se prilagoditi. Za bilo koju vrstu frizura kosa će se morati prati, više neće klijenti sami o tome odlučivati. Frizeri će nositi zaštitne maske i rukavice, a preporuka je i da mušterije u salone dolaze s maskom. Preporučuje se beskontaktno plaćanje.
Svi ostali klijenti koji dođu radi usluge, čekaju svoj red izvan salona. Ako iz bilo kojeg razloga mušterije ne mogu čekati izvan prostora salona sjedeća mjesta treba rasporediti na razmacima od minimalno 1,5 metar.
U dijelovima salona za obavljanje plaćanja usluge, preporučuje se postavljanje zaštitne pregrade od pleksiglasa ili drugog prozirnog materijala pogodnog za redoviti čišćenje i dezinfekciju.
U salonima je potrebno osigurati minimalni međusobni razmak od 1,5 metara između svih osoba koje se u jednom trenutku nalaze u prostoru izuzev klijenta i djelatnika za vrijeme pružanja usluge. Udaljenost od 1,5 metar treba osigurati u svim smjerovima od svakog radnog mjesta.
Uobičajene ogrtače za klijente, ako je moguće, preporučuje se zamijeniti jednokratnima. Prije dolaska na posao zaposlenici bi trebali mjeriti temperaturu, te osatti kući ako imaju viša od 37,2°C.
Pri istovremenom radu jednog zaposlenika s više klijenata potrebno je strogo provoditi zaštitne mjere: između klijenata potrebno je oprati i dezinficirati ruke te obavezno koristiti drugi set pribora. Savjetuje se i što manje razgovora s klijentom.
LIJEČNICI OBITELJSKE MEDICINE
Liječnici obiteljske medicine od ponedjeljka u ambulante vraćaju zdravstvene usluge u punom obujmu i sadržaju, no organizacijski ostaju u epidemijskom načinu rada. Kod liječnika će se odlaziti uz prethodnu telefonsku najavu.
Nošenje zaštitnih maski je obvezno, kao i dezinfekcija, mjerenje temperature te socijalna distanca koja se i nadalje mora strogo poštivati u čekaonicama i ambulantama. U prostoru čekaonice veličine četiri metra kvadratna, smije biti samo jedna osoba, a sveukupno nikad više od pet ljudi istovremeno.
Pregledi će biti organizirani u razmaku od 15-30 minuta uz predviđeno vrijeme za provjetravanje i dezinficiranje prostora između pacijenata.
Liječnici obiteljske medicine i dalje će osiguravati komunikacijsku s pacijentima i kolegama u sekundarnoj zdravstvenoj svim raspoloživim komunikacijskim kanalima koja su i tijekom epidemije bila vrlo učinkovita (telefon, e-mail, A5 uputnice, telefonska sekretarica).
Bolesnici s kroničnim bolestima, stabilnih kliničkih i laboratorijskih parametara, neće se upućivati na konzilijarne preglede u bolnicu, neovisno o prethodno zakazanim terminima ili preporukama konzilijarnih liječnika. Kronični bolesnici nadzirat će se redovito kroz patronažnu službu, provodit će samokontrole po njihovim preporukama te će se javljati izabranom liječniku prema dogovorenoj i zakazanoj dinamici.
Kronični bolesnici sa simptomima pogoršanja laboratorijskih ili kliničkih parametara, ali bez vitalnih ili potencijalno vitalno ugrožavajućih stanja, zbrinjavat će se putem e-konzultacija ako je to moguće ili će se za odgovarajući termin naručivati u sekundarnu zdravstvenu zaštitu sistemom on-line naručivanja, uz preporuku korištenja A5 uputnica.
STOMATOLOZI
I stomatolozi apeliraju da im se pacijenti prvo najave telefonski, bilo da se radi o hitnom slučaju ili o traženju termina. I kod njih pacijent ispunjava upitnik u kojem potvrđuje da nema simptome koji bi se mogli povezati s koronavirusom i da nije u kućanstvu s nekim tko je obolio ili je u samoizolaciji.
Zubari će se, radi specifične opreme koju koriste u radu i koja dovodi do raspršivanja aerosola odnosno kapljica iz usne šupljine, morati držati još strožih epidemioloških mjera. Svi pacijenti koristit će jednokratne ogrtače, a liječnici zaštitne vizire koji im prekrivaju lice.

Nakon prošlotjednog prvog koraka u 'otključavanju' hrvatskoga gospodarstva, u ponedjeljak 4. svibnja kreće i druga faza popuštanja mjera u kojoj će liječnici otvoriti svoje ambulante za pružanje svih zdravstvenih usluga, proradit će privatne ordinacije i zubari, a vrata svojih salona otvaraju frizeri, brijači, kozmetičari...
Iako je prvotno bilo planirano, da će saloni za masažu i fizioterapeuti koji rade izvan bolnica, raditi tek u trećoj fazi, ipak je u nedjelju donesena odluka da i oni mogu s poslom krenuti od 4. svibnja.
- Budući smo pustili druge usluge s bliskim kontaktom, zaključili smo kako ne bi bilo pravedno da oni ne smiju početi raditi. Od sutra i maseri i fizioterapeuti koji rade izvan bolnica mogu raditi – potvrdio je ravnatelj HZJZ-a Krunoslav Capak.
Bez obzira na novo popuštanje, nedjeljom i blagdanima i dalje neće raditi trgovine. Bit će otvoreni samo kiosci, pekarnice i trgovine na benzinskim postajama.
FRIZERI, KOZMETIČARI, BRIJAČI ...
Frizeri i kozmetičari će morati postupati kao epidemiolozi pa kad klijent dođe u salon, prvo ga moraju pitati je li bio bolestan u posljednjih 14 dana i je li bio u kontaktu sa nekom zaraženom osobom.
Članica Nacionalnog stožera, liječnica Maja Grba Bujević pojasnila je kako će frizeri, brijači i kozmetičari od mušterija morati uzeti kontakt i zapisati vrijeme kad su boravili u salonu. „Nije to zbog kontrole već u slučaju da dođe do zaraze, da se može znati tko je u to vrijeme bio u salonu“, uvjerava Grba Bujević.
U prostorima čekaonice, odnosno ulaznim prostorima, na pultovima za obavljanje plaćanja usluga te u radnom dijelu mora biti dozator s dezinfekcijskim sredstvom, na bazi alkohola u koncentraciji ne manjoj od 70 posto.
Naručivanje klijenata obavlja se telefonski, a broj naručenih mušterija kojima će se usluga pružati istovremeno mora se prilagoditi. Za bilo koju vrstu frizura kosa će se morati prati, više neće klijenti sami o tome odlučivati. Frizeri će nositi zaštitne maske i rukavice, a preporuka je i da mušterije u salone dolaze s maskom. Preporučuje se beskontaktno plaćanje.
Svi ostali klijenti koji dođu radi usluge, čekaju svoj red izvan salona. Ako iz bilo kojeg razloga mušterije ne mogu čekati izvan prostora salona sjedeća mjesta treba rasporediti na razmacima od minimalno 1,5 metar.
U dijelovima salona za obavljanje plaćanja usluge, preporučuje se postavljanje zaštitne pregrade od pleksiglasa ili drugog prozirnog materijala pogodnog za redoviti čišćenje i dezinfekciju.
U salonima je potrebno osigurati minimalni međusobni razmak od 1,5 metara između svih osoba koje se u jednom trenutku nalaze u prostoru izuzev klijenta i djelatnika za vrijeme pružanja usluge. Udaljenost od 1,5 metar treba osigurati u svim smjerovima od svakog radnog mjesta.
Uobičajene ogrtače za klijente, ako je moguće, preporučuje se zamijeniti jednokratnima. Prije dolaska na posao zaposlenici bi trebali mjeriti temperaturu, te osatti kući ako imaju viša od 37,2°C.
Pri istovremenom radu jednog zaposlenika s više klijenata potrebno je strogo provoditi zaštitne mjere: između klijenata potrebno je oprati i dezinficirati ruke te obavezno koristiti drugi set pribora. Savjetuje se i što manje razgovora s klijentom.
LIJEČNICI OBITELJSKE MEDICINE
Liječnici obiteljske medicine od ponedjeljka u ambulante vraćaju zdravstvene usluge u punom obujmu i sadržaju, no organizacijski ostaju u epidemijskom načinu rada. Kod liječnika će se odlaziti uz prethodnu telefonsku najavu.
Nošenje zaštitnih maski je obvezno, kao i dezinfekcija, mjerenje temperature te socijalna distanca koja se i nadalje mora strogo poštivati u čekaonicama i ambulantama. U prostoru čekaonice veličine četiri metra kvadratna, smije biti samo jedna osoba, a sveukupno nikad više od pet ljudi istovremeno.
Pregledi će biti organizirani u razmaku od 15-30 minuta uz predviđeno vrijeme za provjetravanje i dezinficiranje prostora između pacijenata.
Liječnici obiteljske medicine i dalje će osiguravati komunikacijsku s pacijentima i kolegama u sekundarnoj zdravstvenoj svim raspoloživim komunikacijskim kanalima koja su i tijekom epidemije bila vrlo učinkovita (telefon, e-mail, A5 uputnice, telefonska sekretarica).
Bolesnici s kroničnim bolestima, stabilnih kliničkih i laboratorijskih parametara, neće se upućivati na konzilijarne preglede u bolnicu, neovisno o prethodno zakazanim terminima ili preporukama konzilijarnih liječnika. Kronični bolesnici nadzirat će se redovito kroz patronažnu službu, provodit će samokontrole po njihovim preporukama te će se javljati izabranom liječniku prema dogovorenoj i zakazanoj dinamici.
Kronični bolesnici sa simptomima pogoršanja laboratorijskih ili kliničkih parametara, ali bez vitalnih ili potencijalno vitalno ugrožavajućih stanja, zbrinjavat će se putem e-konzultacija ako je to moguće ili će se za odgovarajući termin naručivati u sekundarnu zdravstvenu zaštitu sistemom on-line naručivanja, uz preporuku korištenja A5 uputnica.
STOMATOLOZI
I stomatolozi apeliraju da im se pacijenti prvo najave telefonski, bilo da se radi o hitnom slučaju ili o traženju termina. I kod njih pacijent ispunjava upitnik u kojem potvrđuje da nema simptome koji bi se mogli povezati s koronavirusom i da nije u kućanstvu s nekim tko je obolio ili je u samoizolaciji.
Zubari će se, radi specifične opreme koju koriste u radu i koja dovodi do raspršivanja aerosola odnosno kapljica iz usne šupljine, morati držati još strožih epidemioloških mjera. Svi pacijenti koristit će jednokratne ogrtače, a liječnici zaštitne vizire koji im prekrivaju lice.
