Prema trenutačnom pravilu, u većini slučajeva zabrana vožnje vrijedi samo u zemlji u kojoj je počinjen prekršaj i nema nikakvih posljedica za vožnju u drugim zemljama EU-A, čak ni u onoj koja je izdala vozačku dozvolu - piše HAK.

Kako bi se osiguralo da se relevantna sankcija primjenjuje u svim državama EU-a, predložena nova pravila zahtijevat će da se ova odluka proslijedi državi Europske unije koja je izdala vozačku dozvolu, objavio je Europski parlament.

Na popis težih prometnih prekršaja, smatraju zastupnici, treba dodati i vožnju bez važeće vozačke dozvole. Time bi se taj prekršaj izjednačio s vožnjom u alkoholiziranom stanju ili izazivanjem prometne nesreće sa smrtnim ishodom, što bi rezultiralo i razmjenom informacija o oduzimanju vozačke dozvole.

Prema trenutačnom pravilu, u većini slučajeva zabrana vožnje vrijedi samo u zemlji u kojoj je počinjen prekršaj i nema nikakvih posljedica za vožnju u drugim zemljama EU-A, čak ni u onoj koja je izdala vozačku dozvolu - piše HAK.

Kako bi se osiguralo da se relevantna sankcija primjenjuje u svim državama EU-a, predložena nova pravila zahtijevat će da se ova odluka proslijedi državi Europske unije koja je izdala vozačku dozvolu, objavio je Europski parlament.

Na popis težih prometnih prekršaja, smatraju zastupnici, treba dodati i vožnju bez važeće vozačke dozvole. Time bi se taj prekršaj izjednačio s vožnjom u alkoholiziranom stanju ili izazivanjem prometne nesreće sa smrtnim ishodom, što bi rezultiralo i razmjenom informacija o oduzimanju vozačke dozvole.
