Kako nam je potvrdila voditeljica javne dražbe, sutkinja Jadranka Longin, na dražbi za prodaju Sinovčićeve kuće i vrta u Novigradu te udjela u vlasništvu dvije parcele u Zadru na predjelu Gaženice, nije bilo zainteresiranih kupaca.

- Na dražbi nije ništa prodano jer nije bilo kupaca. To nije neuobičajeno za prvu dražbu, a iduća će se održati najranije za mjeseci i pol dana – kazala nam je sutkinja Longin.

Javna dražba Sinovčićeve imovine raspisana je nakon aktiviranja pravomoćne ovrhe iz ožujka 2013. godine na temelju zabilježbe zadarske Porezne uprave zbog poreznog duga bivše Sinovčićeve zaštitarske tvrtke Zadar Security u iznosu od 3,648 milijuna kuna. Ministarstvo financija sjelo je na Sinovčićevu kuću u Novigradu od 72 kvadrata, procijenjenu na 212.739 kuna i pripadajući vrt od 140 kvadrata procijenjen na 42.665 kuna, te na dva zemljišta u Gaženici kojima je Sinovčić suvlasnik.

Riječ je dvije susjedne parcele od 1388 kvadrata i 1619 kvadrata. Sinovčić je vlasnik jedne šestine manje parcele i jedne trećine veće parcele. Njegovi udjeli u zemljištima ukupno vrijedne 647 tisuća kuna.

Naime, vrijednost imovine na licitaciji iznosi 2,782.276 kuna, no kad se od toga oduzmu udjeli drugih suvlasnika, vrijednost Sinovčićeve imovine (udjeli u zemljištu te kuća i vrt u Novigradu) iznosi 903.298 kuna, dok dug prema Poreznoj upravi iznosi 3,6 milijuna kuna.

Kako nam je potvrdila voditeljica javne dražbe, sutkinja Jadranka Longin, na dražbi za prodaju Sinovčićeve kuće i vrta u Novigradu te udjela u vlasništvu dvije parcele u Zadru na predjelu Gaženice, nije bilo zainteresiranih kupaca.

- Na dražbi nije ništa prodano jer nije bilo kupaca. To nije neuobičajeno za prvu dražbu, a iduća će se održati najranije za mjeseci i pol dana – kazala nam je sutkinja Longin.

Javna dražba Sinovčićeve imovine raspisana je nakon aktiviranja pravomoćne ovrhe iz ožujka 2013. godine na temelju zabilježbe zadarske Porezne uprave zbog poreznog duga bivše Sinovčićeve zaštitarske tvrtke Zadar Security u iznosu od 3,648 milijuna kuna. Ministarstvo financija sjelo je na Sinovčićevu kuću u Novigradu od 72 kvadrata, procijenjenu na 212.739 kuna i pripadajući vrt od 140 kvadrata procijenjen na 42.665 kuna, te na dva zemljišta u Gaženici kojima je Sinovčić suvlasnik.

Riječ je dvije susjedne parcele od 1388 kvadrata i 1619 kvadrata. Sinovčić je vlasnik jedne šestine manje parcele i jedne trećine veće parcele. Njegovi udjeli u zemljištima ukupno vrijedne 647 tisuća kuna.

Naime, vrijednost imovine na licitaciji iznosi 2,782.276 kuna, no kad se od toga oduzmu udjeli drugih suvlasnika, vrijednost Sinovčićeve imovine (udjeli u zemljištu te kuća i vrt u Novigradu) iznosi 903.298 kuna, dok dug prema Poreznoj upravi iznosi 3,6 milijuna kuna.

Imovina Rena Sinovčića koja se u srijedu našla na dražbi Općinskog suda u Zadru nije prodana. Kako nam je potvrdila voditeljica javne dražbe, sutkinja Jadranka Longin, na dražbi za prodaju Sinovčićeve kuće i vrta u Novigradu te udjela u vlasništvu dvije parcele u Zadru na predjelu Gaženice, nije bilo zainteresiranih kupaca.
