Ljudi vole zavirivati u tuđi džep, a kad su još javne osobe u pitanju, njihove su privatne financije dodatno zanimljivije "malom čoviku". Gostovanje dugogodišnje saborske zastupnice i europarlamentarke Marijane Petir kod Aleksandra Stankovića u "Nedjeljom u dva", najviše se komentira zbog činjenice da je Petir uštedjela čak 700 tisuća eura.

Stankovićevo pitanje je li svjesna da joj inflacija jede ušteđeni novac i da je samo lani izgubila trinaest posto njegove vrijednosti, danas je predmet rasprave po društvenim mrežama i ulicama. Je li zaista mudro držati toliki novac na banci u vrijeme inflacije čija je stopa dvoznamenkasta?

- Čak i onda kada stope inflacije nisu tako visoke, kada one iznose samo jedan ili dva posto, novac gubi na vrijednosti, no takve blage stope inflacije generalno dobro utječu na ekonomiju potičući njezin rast. U svakom slučaju, tako visoka štednja na banci zbog inflacije zaista znatno gubi na vrijednosti, a kad se tome pridodaju troškovi bankarskih usluga i održavanje računa, takvo se što stvarno ne isplati - kaže naš ugledni ekonomist i predsjednik Centra za javne politike i ekonomske analize dr. sc. Petar Vušković.  

Novac su od visokih stopa inflacije spasili oni koji su, kaže Vušković, prije nekoliko godina kupili nekretnine. Njihova je vrijednost u međuvremenu narasla do trideset posto, tako da su ušteđevinu dobro oplodili i spasili gotovinu od inflacije koja je "jede" iz dana u dan.

- Ulaganje u nekretnine je jedan od načina da spasimo našu ušteđevinu u vrijeme visokih stopa inflacije, a kad one prođu deset posto, što je sada slučaj, smatraju se visokima. Dalje, banke nam nude ulaganje u fondove i dionice, a jedan od načina borbe protiv inflacije je i kupovina zlata. Dakle, postoje načini na koji se može djelovati, međutim, nitko vam ne može jamčiti povrat novca. Uvijek postoji rizik - kaže Vušković, koji ukazuje na jednu važnu činjenicu specifičnu za hrvatsko društvo.

- Ovdje dominira staračko stanovništvo. I zato nije čudno što na bankama imamo štednju u iznosu od čak 260 milijardi kuna! Stariji ljudi jednostavno ne znaju za druge oblike čuvanja i ulaganja novca, odnosno, u tom su smislu puno konzervativniji od mlađe populacije. Nisu skloni plaćanju karticama, a kamoli mobitelom, a gotovinu drže na bankama - konstatira naš sugovornik.  

Mladi su, kad su investicije u pitanju, hrabriji od starijih što je logično jer je pred njima život. No, kako je u Hrvatskoj starije stanovništvo brojnije jer imamo ozbiljne demografske probleme, tako štednja na bankama i u čarapama raste, no to ne prati i adekvatan gospodarski razvoj.

- Upravljanje novcem, ušteđevinom, usko je vezana ne samo uz dob onoga tko taj novac posjeduje, već i uz obrazovanje. No, ekonomsko pravilo koje moramo svi poštovati jest da ne držimo jaja u istoj košarici. To bi značilo da trećinu novca treba investirati u nešto što će nam donijeti dobit, trećinu čuvati u gotovini, a trećinom slobodno raspolagati. Utješno je to što se danas protiv inflacije možemo boriti dodatnim radnim angažmanom jer posla ima na sve strane o čemu svjedoči podatak da je u Hrvatsku iz Azije stiglo čak 120 tisuća radnika. Da nije tako, loše bi nam se pisalo, jer kad su ovako visoke stope inflacije na djelu, a nedostaje radnih mjesta, onda to nužno vodi u stagflaciju - zaključuje naš sugovornik.

Inače, stagflacija je po definiciji stanje u kojem na gospodarstvu istodobno djeluju stagnacija i inflacija. Znači uz visoke stope inflacije, nacionalni proizvod pada ili se barem ne povećava, što na koncu rezultira recesijom. Nadamo se da će nas taj scenarij ipak mimoići, i da ćemo zahvaljujući još jednoj berićetnoj turističkoj sezoni, i dalje držati glavu iznad vode.

Ljudi vole zavirivati u tuđi džep, a kad su još javne osobe u pitanju, njihove su privatne financije dodatno zanimljivije "malom čoviku". Gostovanje dugogodišnje saborske zastupnice i europarlamentarke Marijane Petir kod Aleksandra Stankovića u "Nedjeljom u dva", najviše se komentira zbog činjenice da je Petir uštedjela čak 700 tisuća eura.

Stankovićevo pitanje je li svjesna da joj inflacija jede ušteđeni novac i da je samo lani izgubila trinaest posto njegove vrijednosti, danas je predmet rasprave po društvenim mrežama i ulicama. Je li zaista mudro držati toliki novac na banci u vrijeme inflacije čija je stopa dvoznamenkasta?

- Čak i onda kada stope inflacije nisu tako visoke, kada one iznose samo jedan ili dva posto, novac gubi na vrijednosti, no takve blage stope inflacije generalno dobro utječu na ekonomiju potičući njezin rast. U svakom slučaju, tako visoka štednja na banci zbog inflacije zaista znatno gubi na vrijednosti, a kad se tome pridodaju troškovi bankarskih usluga i održavanje računa, takvo se što stvarno ne isplati - kaže naš ugledni ekonomist i predsjednik Centra za javne politike i ekonomske analize dr. sc. Petar Vušković.  

Novac su od visokih stopa inflacije spasili oni koji su, kaže Vušković, prije nekoliko godina kupili nekretnine. Njihova je vrijednost u međuvremenu narasla do trideset posto, tako da su ušteđevinu dobro oplodili i spasili gotovinu od inflacije koja je "jede" iz dana u dan.

- Ulaganje u nekretnine je jedan od načina da spasimo našu ušteđevinu u vrijeme visokih stopa inflacije, a kad one prođu deset posto, što je sada slučaj, smatraju se visokima. Dalje, banke nam nude ulaganje u fondove i dionice, a jedan od načina borbe protiv inflacije je i kupovina zlata. Dakle, postoje načini na koji se može djelovati, međutim, nitko vam ne može jamčiti povrat novca. Uvijek postoji rizik - kaže Vušković, koji ukazuje na jednu važnu činjenicu specifičnu za hrvatsko društvo.

- Ovdje dominira staračko stanovništvo. I zato nije čudno što na bankama imamo štednju u iznosu od čak 260 milijardi kuna! Stariji ljudi jednostavno ne znaju za druge oblike čuvanja i ulaganja novca, odnosno, u tom su smislu puno konzervativniji od mlađe populacije. Nisu skloni plaćanju karticama, a kamoli mobitelom, a gotovinu drže na bankama - konstatira naš sugovornik.  

Mladi su, kad su investicije u pitanju, hrabriji od starijih što je logično jer je pred njima život. No, kako je u Hrvatskoj starije stanovništvo brojnije jer imamo ozbiljne demografske probleme, tako štednja na bankama i u čarapama raste, no to ne prati i adekvatan gospodarski razvoj.

- Upravljanje novcem, ušteđevinom, usko je vezana ne samo uz dob onoga tko taj novac posjeduje, već i uz obrazovanje. No, ekonomsko pravilo koje moramo svi poštovati jest da ne držimo jaja u istoj košarici. To bi značilo da trećinu novca treba investirati u nešto što će nam donijeti dobit, trećinu čuvati u gotovini, a trećinom slobodno raspolagati. Utješno je to što se danas protiv inflacije možemo boriti dodatnim radnim angažmanom jer posla ima na sve strane o čemu svjedoči podatak da je u Hrvatsku iz Azije stiglo čak 120 tisuća radnika. Da nije tako, loše bi nam se pisalo, jer kad su ovako visoke stope inflacije na djelu, a nedostaje radnih mjesta, onda to nužno vodi u stagflaciju - zaključuje naš sugovornik.

Inače, stagflacija je po definiciji stanje u kojem na gospodarstvu istodobno djeluju stagnacija i inflacija. Znači uz visoke stope inflacije, nacionalni proizvod pada ili se barem ne povećava, što na koncu rezultira recesijom. Nadamo se da će nas taj scenarij ipak mimoići, i da ćemo zahvaljujući još jednoj berićetnoj turističkoj sezoni, i dalje držati glavu iznad vode.

Ljudi vole zavirivati u tuđi džep, a kad su još javne osobe u pitanju, njihove su privatne financije dodatno zanimljivije "malom čoviku". Gostovanje dugogodišnje saborske zastupnice i europarlamentarke Marijane Petir kod Aleksandra Stankovića u "Nedjeljom u dva", najviše se komentira zbog činjenice da je Petir uštedjela čak 700 tisuća eura.
