Leti, leti, leti... predsjednik! Članovi njegova ureda prije, ako ćemo posve precizno, jer za 98 tisuća eura nabavlja se 90 zrakoplovnih karti za putovanja koja se planiraju u narednih godinu dana. Ne znači to, dakako, da će se po karti izdvojiti oko tisuću eura jer njihova cijena ovisi o destinaciji, a turističke agencije bit će te koje će rezervirati letove i nabavljati karte za Ured predsjednika, piše Večernji list.

Točni gradovi u koje će se ići zasad nisu pobrojani, zna se samo da će se, za unutar Hrvatske, nabaviti 15 zrakoplovnih karata, za putovanja po Europi njih 40, dok će se dodatnih 35 kupiti za "interkontinentalna odredišta". Ili, "preko bare", kako to narod voli reći. U svakom slučaju, putovat će se poslovnom ili ekonomskom klasom, a putničkoj agenciji koja će nabavljati karte postavljeni su i određeni uvjeti.

- Odabrani ponuditelj se obvezuje dostaviti odgovor na upit naručitelja za rezervaciju e-mailom u ponuđenom roku odaziva (najduže u roku od tri sata), u kojem će ponuditi naručitelju najmanje dvije moguće varijante veze do tražene destinacije s cijenom povratne karte ekonomska klasa i/ili poslovna klasa, ovisno o traženju naručitelja. Odgovor na upit koji odabrani ponuditelj dostavlja naručitelju treba sadržavati najpovoljnije letove zrakoplovom (ekonomska klasa ili poslovna klasa), kada je moguće direktni let, a prilikom presjedanja s optimalnim čekanjem. Naručitelj se obvezuje varijantu koju odabere pisanim putem (e-mailom) potvrditi odabranom ponuditelju u najkraćem mogućem roku. Nakon što naručitelj odabere varijantu leta, odabrani ponuditelj izrađuje rezervaciju u kojoj je obvezan jasno naznačiti zadnji rok (datum) do kojega je moguće izvršiti promjenu napravljenih rezervacija, odnosno odustajanje od iste bez plaćanja naknade.

U slučaju potrebe promjene napravljenih rezervacija zrakoplovnih karata, odabrani ponuditelj mora odmah obavijestiti naručitelja i zatražiti njegovu suglasnost.

Odabrani ponuditelj obvezan je omogućiti dostupnost jednog djelatnika i asistenciju od 0 do 24 sata dnevno kao podršku naručitelju tijekom vremena trajanja putovanja. Uz svaki ispostavljeni e-račun odabrani ponuditelj mora dostaviti i ispis zrakoplovne karte/karata na kojoj se vidi sljedeće: podaci o putniku, cijena, datum i relacija putovanja. Naknada putničkoj agenciji za izdavanje zrakoplovne karte mora se iskazati zasebno na računu - što će sve za Ured predsjednika morati odraditi putnička agencija, pobrojano je u natječajnoj dokumentaciji, piše Večernji list.

Ne znači to, dakako, da će se po karti izdvojiti oko tisuću eura jer njihova cijena ovisi o destinaciji, a turističke agencije bit će te koje će rezervirati letove i nabavljati karte za Ured predsjednika, piše Večernji list.

Točni gradovi u koje će se ići zasad nisu pobrojani, zna se samo da će se, za unutar Hrvatske, nabaviti 15 zrakoplovnih karata, za putovanja po Europi njih 40, dok će se dodatnih 35 kupiti za "interkontinentalna odredišta". Ili, "preko bare", kako to narod voli reći. U svakom slučaju, putovat će se poslovnom ili ekonomskom klasom, a putničkoj agenciji koja će nabavljati karte postavljeni su i određeni uvjeti.

- Odabrani ponuditelj se obvezuje dostaviti odgovor na upit naručitelja za rezervaciju e-mailom u ponuđenom roku odaziva (najduže u roku od tri sata), u kojem će ponuditi naručitelju najmanje dvije moguće varijante veze do tražene destinacije s cijenom povratne karte ekonomska klasa i/ili poslovna klasa, ovisno o traženju naručitelja. Odgovor na upit koji odabrani ponuditelj dostavlja naručitelju treba sadržavati najpovoljnije letove zrakoplovom (ekonomska klasa ili poslovna klasa), kada je moguće direktni let, a prilikom presjedanja s optimalnim čekanjem. Naručitelj se obvezuje varijantu koju odabere pisanim putem (e-mailom) potvrditi odabranom ponuditelju u najkraćem mogućem roku. Nakon što naručitelj odabere varijantu leta, odabrani ponuditelj izrađuje rezervaciju u kojoj je obvezan jasno naznačiti zadnji rok (datum) do kojega je moguće izvršiti promjenu napravljenih rezervacija, odnosno odustajanje od iste bez plaćanja naknade.

U slučaju potrebe promjene napravljenih rezervacija zrakoplovnih karata, odabrani ponuditelj mora odmah obavijestiti naručitelja i zatražiti njegovu suglasnost.

Odabrani ponuditelj obvezan je omogućiti dostupnost jednog djelatnika i asistenciju od 0 do 24 sata dnevno kao podršku naručitelju tijekom vremena trajanja putovanja. Uz svaki ispostavljeni e-račun odabrani ponuditelj mora dostaviti i ispis zrakoplovne karte/karata na kojoj se vidi sljedeće: podaci o putniku, cijena, datum i relacija putovanja. Naknada putničkoj agenciji za izdavanje zrakoplovne karte mora se iskazati zasebno na računu - što će sve za Ured predsjednika morati odraditi putnička agencija, pobrojano je u natječajnoj dokumentaciji, piše Večernji list.

Leti, leti, leti... predsjednik! Članovi njegova ureda prije, ako ćemo posve precizno, jer za 98 tisuća eura nabavlja se 90 zrakoplovnih karti za putovanja koja se planiraju u narednih godinu dana. Ne znači to, dakako, da će se po karti izdvojiti oko tisuću eura jer njihova cijena ovisi o destinaciji, a turističke agencije bit će te koje će rezervirati letove i nabavljati karte za Ured predsjednika, piše Večernji list.
