Prema presudi, muškarac (28) je u kolovozu oko 22.30 sati upravljao osobnim automobilom u Zagrebu, kolnikom ulice Orešje Donje te je u organizmu imao 1,57 promila alkohola. Vozač je sve opovrgnuo tvrdeći da uopće nije vozio svoj bijeli smart.

“Bio sam na proslavi rođenja sestrinog djeteta. Popio sam dosta alkohola te je moguće da sam remetio javni red i mir, ali sudionici proslave su me savladali i ležao sam na podu kada je došla policija. Moguće je i da sam htio voziti, ali do toga nije došlo jer sam bio savladan.

Branio se na sudu

Imam li za to svjedoke? Ma, mislim da imam, ali se ne sjećam cijelog događaja iz te noći pa vam sad ne mogu reći”, branio se na sudu, piše Danica.

No, svjedok koji je bio na proslavi kaže kako se muškarac posvađao s djevojkom koja je bila ljuta što se napio pa je pozvala taksi jer nije željela s njim u auto, piše Danica.hr.

“Kada je taksi došao, a djevojka ušla u njega, akter priče je svojim bijelim smartom prepriječio put taksiju na uskoj cesti”, ispričao je svjedok.

Bio agresivan

Drugi mladić koji je također bio na fešti potvrdio je te riječi te naglasio kako je pijani i agresivni mladić svojim smartom vožnjom u rikverc blokirao taksi. Bio je nakon toga agresivan prema taksistu pa su pozvali policiju.

Sutkinja je ovih dana muškarca proglasila krivim i osudila na 1000 eura kazne i 50 eura prekršajnih troškova te mu odredila jednomjesečnu zabranu upravljanja. Od kazne mu se oduzima 80 eura jer je dva dana proveo u policijskom pritvoru.

Prema presudi, muškarac (28) je u kolovozu oko 22.30 sati upravljao osobnim automobilom u Zagrebu, kolnikom ulice Orešje Donje te je u organizmu imao 1,57 promila alkohola. Vozač je sve opovrgnuo tvrdeći da uopće nije vozio svoj bijeli smart.

“Bio sam na proslavi rođenja sestrinog djeteta. Popio sam dosta alkohola te je moguće da sam remetio javni red i mir, ali sudionici proslave su me savladali i ležao sam na podu kada je došla policija. Moguće je i da sam htio voziti, ali do toga nije došlo jer sam bio savladan.

Branio se na sudu

Imam li za to svjedoke? Ma, mislim da imam, ali se ne sjećam cijelog događaja iz te noći pa vam sad ne mogu reći”, branio se na sudu, piše Danica.

No, svjedok koji je bio na proslavi kaže kako se muškarac posvađao s djevojkom koja je bila ljuta što se napio pa je pozvala taksi jer nije željela s njim u auto, piše Danica.hr.

“Kada je taksi došao, a djevojka ušla u njega, akter priče je svojim bijelim smartom prepriječio put taksiju na uskoj cesti”, ispričao je svjedok.

Bio agresivan

Drugi mladić koji je također bio na fešti potvrdio je te riječi te naglasio kako je pijani i agresivni mladić svojim smartom vožnjom u rikverc blokirao taksi. Bio je nakon toga agresivan prema taksistu pa su pozvali policiju.

Sutkinja je ovih dana muškarca proglasila krivim i osudila na 1000 eura kazne i 50 eura prekršajnih troškova te mu odredila jednomjesečnu zabranu upravljanja. Od kazne mu se oduzima 80 eura jer je dva dana proveo u policijskom pritvoru.

Prema presudi, muškarac (28) je u kolovozu oko 22.30 sati upravljao osobnim automobilom u Zagrebu, kolnikom ulice Orešje Donje te je u organizmu imao 1,57 promila alkohola. Vozač je sve opovrgnuo tvrdeći da uopće nije vozio svoj bijeli smart.

“Bio sam na proslavi rođenja sestrinog djeteta. Popio sam dosta alkohola te je moguće da sam remetio javni red i mir, ali sudionici proslave su me savladali i ležao sam na podu kada je došla policija. Moguće je i da sam htio voziti, ali do toga nije došlo jer sam bio savladan.

Branio se na sudu

Imam li za to svjedoke? Ma, mislim da imam, ali se ne sjećam cijelog događaja iz te noći pa vam sad ne mogu reći”, branio se na sudu, piše Danica.

No, svjedok koji je bio na proslavi kaže kako se muškarac posvađao s djevojkom koja je bila ljuta što se napio pa je pozvala taksi jer nije željela s njim u auto, piše Danica.hr.

“Kada je taksi došao, a djevojka ušla u njega, akter priče je svojim bijelim smartom prepriječio put taksiju na uskoj cesti”, ispričao je svjedok.

Bio agresivan

Drugi mladić koji je također bio na fešti potvrdio je te riječi te naglasio kako je pijani i agresivni mladić svojim smartom vožnjom u rikverc blokirao taksi. Bio je nakon toga agresivan prema taksistu pa su pozvali policiju.

Sutkinja je ovih dana muškarca proglasila krivim i osudila na 1000 eura kazne i 50 eura prekršajnih troškova te mu odredila jednomjesečnu zabranu upravljanja. Od kazne mu se oduzima 80 eura jer je dva dana proveo u policijskom pritvoru.
