Davanjem iskaza financijsko-knjigovodstvene vještakinje Smiljane Josipović, u petak je na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu nastavljeno suđenje bivšemu ministru obrane Berislavu Rončeviću i njegovu pomoćniku Ivi Bačiću, koji su optuženi u aferi “kamioni”.

Vještakinja je istaknula kako je MORH od tvrtke Eurokamion izravnom pogodbom kupio 39 vozila po cijeni od 23.449.065 kuna, dodavši kako je to za 14.325.301 kunu skuplje od ponuđene cijene Automehanike te 10.245.707 kuna više od ponude tvrtke Man Importer Hrvatska iz prvog natječaja za nabavu kamiona.

Ponuda Automehanike, ipak, nije obuhvaćena optužnicom jer je bila nepotpuna. Vještakinja je, dalje, navela i tvrtku Agrogrom, ustvrdivši kako je ona na prvom natječaju ponudila 36 kamiona za 30.264.883 kune, komparirajući to s istim brojem Eurokamionovih vozila, koji bi, s obzirom na navedenu kupoprodajnu cijenu iz izravne pogodbe, stajali 32.297.853 kune.

No, obrana je pitanjima išla na rušenje ovog mišljenja i nalaza. Bačićev branitelj, odvjetnik Ivo Farčić, pitao je vještakinju je li joj poznato da u MAN-ovoj ponudi nije bila uključena i cijena pogona na sve kotače, vučne kuke i šasije za “nabacne” kabine, a ona je odgovorila niječno.

Farčić je s tim u vezi prigovorio da je vještački nalaz irelevantan, neupotrebljiv, jer ne sadržava i tehničke opcije vozila. Rončevićev branitelj, odvjetnik Krešimir Vilajtović, osvrnuo se na ponudu Agrogroma dodavši kako smatra da u ponuđenoj cijeni nije bio uključen PDV, premda je vlasnik te tvrtke u svjedočkom iskazu ustvrdio suprotno, a obrana je protiv njega podnijela kaznenu prijavu tereteći ga za lažno svjedočenje.

Vještakinja je, nakon toga, na zahtjev Vilajtovića dodala na spomenutu Agrogromovu cijenu kamiona eventualno “neuključeni” PDV izračunavši da bi u tom slučaju ponuda te tvrtke bila skuplja od cijene Eurokamionovih vozila za 4,6 milijuna kuna.

Davanjem iskaza financijsko-knjigovodstvene vještakinje Smiljane Josipović, u petak je na zagrebačkom Županijskom sudu nastavljeno suđenje bivšemu ministru obrane Berislavu Rončeviću i njegovu pomoćniku Ivi Bačiću, koji su optuženi u aferi “kamioni”.

Vještakinja je istaknula kako je MORH od tvrtke Eurokamion izravnom pogodbom kupio 39 vozila po cijeni od 23.449.065 kuna, dodavši kako je to za 14.325.301 kunu skuplje od ponuđene cijene Automehanike te 10.245.707 kuna više od ponude tvrtke Man Importer Hrvatska iz prvog natječaja za nabavu kamiona.

Ponuda Automehanike, ipak, nije obuhvaćena optužnicom jer je bila nepotpuna. Vještakinja je, dalje, navela i tvrtku Agrogrom, ustvrdivši kako je ona na prvom natječaju ponudila 36 kamiona za 30.264.883 kune, komparirajući to s istim brojem Eurokamionovih vozila, koji bi, s obzirom na navedenu kupoprodajnu cijenu iz izravne pogodbe, stajali 32.297.853 kune.

No, obrana je pitanjima išla na rušenje ovog mišljenja i nalaza. Bačićev branitelj, odvjetnik Ivo Farčić, pitao je vještakinju je li joj poznato da u MAN-ovoj ponudi nije bila uključena i cijena pogona na sve kotače, vučne kuke i šasije za “nabacne” kabine, a ona je odgovorila niječno.

Farčić je s tim u vezi prigovorio da je vještački nalaz irelevantan, neupotrebljiv, jer ne sadržava i tehničke opcije vozila. Rončevićev branitelj, odvjetnik Krešimir Vilajtović, osvrnuo se na ponudu Agrogroma dodavši kako smatra da u ponuđenoj cijeni nije bio uključen PDV, premda je vlasnik te tvrtke u svjedočkom iskazu ustvrdio suprotno, a obrana je protiv njega podnijela kaznenu prijavu tereteći ga za lažno svjedočenje.

Vještakinja je, nakon toga, na zahtjev Vilajtovića dodala na spomenutu Agrogromovu cijenu kamiona eventualno “neuključeni” PDV izračunavši da bi u tom slučaju ponuda te tvrtke bila skuplja od cijene Eurokamionovih vozila za 4,6 milijuna kuna.
