Štoviše, premda je kupoprodajnim ugovorom iz 2007. godine, Ćelić kupujući kuću od Flava Linee preuzeo obvezu podmirivanja poreznog duga od milijun i 339 tisuća 310 kuna i 47 lipa, on to, čini se, nije uradio, jer je zabilježba Porezne uprave i danas upisana u zemljišnim knjigama. Uz to, dobro upućeni izvori tvrde da je kuća u bazi podataka Porezne uprave navedena bez uobičajenih specifikacija: spominje se da je Ćelić kupio objekt u Lokvi Rogoznici, ali nema podataka o njegovoj veličini ni o cijeni.

Porezna nam uprava o ovome već deset dana ustrajno odbija dati ikakav odgovor. Podsjetimo, Slobodna Dalmacija nedavno je objavila tvrdnje Josefa Sterna, poduzetnika iz Beča, da je kuću u Lokvi Rogoznici tvrtka Flava Linea u kojoj je bio većinski vlasnik, kupila za njegove potrebe.

Nakon što je počeo raskidati poslovno partnerstvo s Borisom Kalom, drugim suvlasnikom, iz kuće je nestao namještaj, 2007. godine na nju se uknjižio Josip Ćelić, a 2011. godine sudac Čolak bez pravnog je osnova donio rješenje kojim se iz zemljišnih knjiga briše zabrana raspolaganja kućom donesena u travnju 2005. godine na omiškom Općinskom sudu na Sternov prijedlog.

je u postupku stjecanja vlasništva nad kućom u Lokvi Rogoznici pored Omiša išla i nepojmljiva pasivnost Porezne uprave iz Splita, koja već šest godina, otkako je u zemljišnim knjigama upisana njezina zabilježba poreznog duga tvrtke Flava Linea, bivšeg vlasnika kuće, nije našla efikasan način da ga naplati.

Štoviše, premda je kupoprodajnim ugovorom iz 2007. godine, Ćelić kupujući kuću od Flava Linee preuzeo obvezu podmirivanja poreznog duga od milijun i 339 tisuća 310 kuna i 47 lipa, on to, čini se, nije uradio, jer je zabilježba Porezne uprave i danas upisana u zemljišnim knjigama. Uz to, dobro upućeni izvori tvrde da je kuća u bazi podataka Porezne uprave navedena bez uobičajenih specifikacija: spominje se da je Ćelić kupio objekt u Lokvi Rogoznici, ali nema podataka o njegovoj veličini ni o cijeni.

Porezna nam uprava o ovome već deset dana ustrajno odbija dati ikakav odgovor. Podsjetimo, Slobodna Dalmacija nedavno je objavila tvrdnje Josefa Sterna, poduzetnika iz Beča, da je kuću u Lokvi Rogoznici tvrtka Flava Linea u kojoj je bio većinski vlasnik, kupila za njegove potrebe.

Nakon što je počeo raskidati poslovno partnerstvo s Borisom Kalom, drugim suvlasnikom, iz kuće je nestao namještaj, 2007. godine na nju se uknjižio Josip Ćelić, a 2011. godine sudac Čolak bez pravnog je osnova donio rješenje kojim se iz zemljišnih knjiga briše zabrana raspolaganja kućom donesena u travnju 2005. godine na omiškom Općinskom sudu na Sternov prijedlog.
