Između 50 i 80 posto najmlađih učenika, onih od prvog do četvrtog razreda osnovne škole, prema preliminarnim podacima iz samih škola, trebalo bi od jeseni pohađati izbornu informatiku koja se u nas uvodi prvi put za taj uzrast. U školama te podatke temelje na dosadašnjim prijavama roditelja, dok u resornom Ministarstvu znanosti i obrazovanja (MZO) još ne raspolažu točnim i potpunim podacima s tim u vezi.

- Upisi učenika u prvi razred osnovne škole još uvijek nisu završeni te većina škola nema sve potrebne podatke o broju učenika od 1. do 4. razreda koji će biti uključeni u izbornu nastavu informatike - objašnjavaju iz MZO-a, pa zbog toga, kažu, ne mogu ni procijeniti koliko će trebati zaposliti novih učitelja informatike ili dopuniti satnicu postojećima.

- Prema interesu učenika za izborni predmet informatike, odnosno projekciji potrebnog broja sati i potrebnog broja učitelja, Ministarstvo će sukladno zahtjevima koje podnose škole odobravati nova zapošljavanja ili povećanje opsega poslova kojima se mogu zadužiti i postojeći učitelji. Navedeno će biti moguće odobriti tek nakon formiranja razrednih odjela i/ili odgojno-obrazovnih skupina izborne nastave kada bude završen postupak upisa i utvrđen broj učenika koji će biti uključeni u izbornu nastavu - poručuju iz MZO-a.

Kako bilo, u školama su već sada svjesni nekoliko problema koje im u organizacijskom i prostornom smislu donosi novi izborni predmet za najmlađe učenike. Prije svega, tko će ga predavati, ali i gdje će se održavati, jer većina škola ima samo jednu informatičku učionicu.

- Što se tiče kadra, procjene su da će osnovnim školama samo za potrebe izborne informatike u nižim razredima trebati još oko 200 učitelja informatike. Naša će škola postojećem nastavniku s nepunom normom ponuditi punu satnicu, ali zato će moj kolega u drugoj školi biti na gubitku.

Gdje ćemo naći nove nastavnike kad dobro znamo da većina onih koji čak i završe nastavnički studij informatike odlazi u realni sektor, pita se Đuro Baloević, predsjednik splitsko-dalmatinskog ogranka Hrvatske udruge ravnatelja osnovnih škola i ravnatelj OŠ „Vjekoslav Parać“ iz Solina.

U toj se školi ujedno polažu stručni ispiti za učitelje informatike za sve četiri dalmatinske županije, a ravnatelj Baloević iznosi brojke koje najbolje ilustriraju trenutačno stanje na ovom području:

Mizerne plaće

- U svakom ispitnom roku bude svega pet, šest tih učitelja, a provodimo tri roka godišnje, što znači da ih ukupno na godišnjoj razini bude manje od 20, i to za čitavu Dalmaciju. Većina njih su inženjeri, a manje je profesora informatike i računarstva - kaže on. Kada je najavljeno da će informatika od jeseni biti izborni predmet u nižim razredima, dodaje, u školi su se za mogućnost zaposlenja raspitivale/i učitelji/ce razredne nastave s modulom informatike.

- Možda će dio njih i naći posao u školama, ali, uz dužno poštovanje, postavljam pitanje koliko će biti stručni za nastavu informatike - razmišlja Đuro Baloević.

Pitanje je također koliko plaća u školama može biti motivirajući faktor, budući da učitelji početnici primaju oko 5,5 do šest tisuća kuna, a, prema podacima sustava centralnog obračuna plaća (COP) koje je dostavilo Ministarstvo, prosječna plaća učitelja u osnovnim školama koji imaju VSS i rade puno radno vrijeme iznosila je u svibnju ove godine 7.383 kn neto.

S druge strane, kažu u Hrvatskoj udruzi poslodavaca, plaća mladog programera u ICT sektoru kreće se od 8 do 8,5 tisuća kuna a prosječna plaća u ICT sektoru je oko deset tisuća kuna. Ukratko, primanja su i do 30 posto veća nego u školstvu.

- Iako su prve prognoze poslodavaca u ICT sektoru u ožujku ove godine bile da će zbog koronakrize u idućem razdoblju doći do pada u narudžbama od 20 do 50 posto, zasad se čini da ovaj sektor nije puno stradao. U jesen svi očekujemo krizu, ali i dalje je neizvjesno koliko će ICT zajednica biti pogođena.

Prema mojim predviđanjima, možda će doći do kratkotrajnog potresa ali ne i do katastrofe i svakako ne očekujem da će taj potres puno ljudi odvesti u škole – kaže Mislav Balković, predsjednik HUP-Udruge poslodavaca u obrazovanju i dekan Visokog učilišta "Algebra".

Ako dio programera na jesen ostane bez posla, osobito mladih koji nisu „pustili korijenje“, kaže on, pitanje je koliko bi oni, i da se zaposle u školama, ondje dugoročno ostali.

Stiže nova oprema


Iz resornog Ministarstva, osim što detaljno nabrajaju koliko je dosad uloženo u nabavu informatičke opreme, a u novoj školskoj godini stiže još 110 tisuća tableta za učenike te gotovo 27 tisuća prijenosnih računala za nastavnike, imaju i poruku za obrazovne ustanove:

- Sve osnovne škole dobile su sredstva za opremanje informatičkih učionica u matičnim i područnim školama, svi učenici predmetne nastave opremljeni su tabletima tijekom ove i prošle godine.

Budući da je većina spomenute opreme prijenosna, škole mogu organizirati nastavu informatike i u klasičnim učionicama, a ne samo informatičkim kabinetima s obzirom na opremu koju imaju – odgovor je MZO-a.

Između 50 i 80 posto najmlađih učenika, onih od prvog do četvrtog razreda osnovne škole, prema preliminarnim podacima iz samih škola, trebalo bi od jeseni pohađati izbornu informatiku koja se u nas uvodi prvi put za taj uzrast. U školama te podatke temelje na dosadašnjim prijavama roditelja, dok u resornom Ministarstvu znanosti i obrazovanja (MZO) još ne raspolažu točnim i potpunim podacima s tim u vezi.

- Upisi učenika u prvi razred osnovne škole još uvijek nisu završeni te većina škola nema sve potrebne podatke o broju učenika od 1. do 4. razreda koji će biti uključeni u izbornu nastavu informatike - objašnjavaju iz MZO-a, pa zbog toga, kažu, ne mogu ni procijeniti koliko će trebati zaposliti novih učitelja informatike ili dopuniti satnicu postojećima.

- Prema interesu učenika za izborni predmet informatike, odnosno projekciji potrebnog broja sati i potrebnog broja učitelja, Ministarstvo će sukladno zahtjevima koje podnose škole odobravati nova zapošljavanja ili povećanje opsega poslova kojima se mogu zadužiti i postojeći učitelji. Navedeno će biti moguće odobriti tek nakon formiranja razrednih odjela i/ili odgojno-obrazovnih skupina izborne nastave kada bude završen postupak upisa i utvrđen broj učenika koji će biti uključeni u izbornu nastavu - poručuju iz MZO-a.

Kako bilo, u školama su već sada svjesni nekoliko problema koje im u organizacijskom i prostornom smislu donosi novi izborni predmet za najmlađe učenike. Prije svega, tko će ga predavati, ali i gdje će se održavati, jer većina škola ima samo jednu informatičku učionicu.

- Što se tiče kadra, procjene su da će osnovnim školama samo za potrebe izborne informatike u nižim razredima trebati još oko 200 učitelja informatike. Naša će škola postojećem nastavniku s nepunom normom ponuditi punu satnicu, ali zato će moj kolega u drugoj školi biti na gubitku.

Gdje ćemo naći nove nastavnike kad dobro znamo da većina onih koji čak i završe nastavnički studij informatike odlazi u realni sektor, pita se Đuro Baloević, predsjednik splitsko-dalmatinskog ogranka Hrvatske udruge ravnatelja osnovnih škola i ravnatelj OŠ „Vjekoslav Parać“ iz Solina.

U toj se školi ujedno polažu stručni ispiti za učitelje informatike za sve četiri dalmatinske županije, a ravnatelj Baloević iznosi brojke koje najbolje ilustriraju trenutačno stanje na ovom području:

Mizerne plaće

- U svakom ispitnom roku bude svega pet, šest tih učitelja, a provodimo tri roka godišnje, što znači da ih ukupno na godišnjoj razini bude manje od 20, i to za čitavu Dalmaciju. Većina njih su inženjeri, a manje je profesora informatike i računarstva - kaže on. Kada je najavljeno da će informatika od jeseni biti izborni predmet u nižim razredima, dodaje, u školi su se za mogućnost zaposlenja raspitivale/i učitelji/ce razredne nastave s modulom informatike.

- Možda će dio njih i naći posao u školama, ali, uz dužno poštovanje, postavljam pitanje koliko će biti stručni za nastavu informatike - razmišlja Đuro Baloević.

Pitanje je također koliko plaća u školama može biti motivirajući faktor, budući da učitelji početnici primaju oko 5,5 do šest tisuća kuna, a, prema podacima sustava centralnog obračuna plaća (COP) koje je dostavilo Ministarstvo, prosječna plaća učitelja u osnovnim školama koji imaju VSS i rade puno radno vrijeme iznosila je u svibnju ove godine 7.383 kn neto.

S druge strane, kažu u Hrvatskoj udruzi poslodavaca, plaća mladog programera u ICT sektoru kreće se od 8 do 8,5 tisuća kuna a prosječna plaća u ICT sektoru je oko deset tisuća kuna. Ukratko, primanja su i do 30 posto veća nego u školstvu.

- Iako su prve prognoze poslodavaca u ICT sektoru u ožujku ove godine bile da će zbog koronakrize u idućem razdoblju doći do pada u narudžbama od 20 do 50 posto, zasad se čini da ovaj sektor nije puno stradao. U jesen svi očekujemo krizu, ali i dalje je neizvjesno koliko će ICT zajednica biti pogođena.

Prema mojim predviđanjima, možda će doći do kratkotrajnog potresa ali ne i do katastrofe i svakako ne očekujem da će taj potres puno ljudi odvesti u škole – kaže Mislav Balković, predsjednik HUP-Udruge poslodavaca u obrazovanju i dekan Visokog učilišta "Algebra".

Ako dio programera na jesen ostane bez posla, osobito mladih koji nisu „pustili korijenje“, kaže on, pitanje je koliko bi oni, i da se zaposle u školama, ondje dugoročno ostali.

Stiže nova oprema


Iz resornog Ministarstva, osim što detaljno nabrajaju koliko je dosad uloženo u nabavu informatičke opreme, a u novoj školskoj godini stiže još 110 tisuća tableta za učenike te gotovo 27 tisuća prijenosnih računala za nastavnike, imaju i poruku za obrazovne ustanove:

- Sve osnovne škole dobile su sredstva za opremanje informatičkih učionica u matičnim i područnim školama, svi učenici predmetne nastave opremljeni su tabletima tijekom ove i prošle godine.

Budući da je većina spomenute opreme prijenosna, škole mogu organizirati nastavu informatike i u klasičnim učionicama, a ne samo informatičkim kabinetima s obzirom na opremu koju imaju – odgovor je MZO-a.

Između 50 i 80 posto najmlađih učenika, onih od prvog do četvrtog razreda osnovne škole, prema preliminarnim podacima iz samih škola, trebalo bi od jeseni pohađati izbornu informatiku koja se u nas uvodi prvi put za taj uzrast. U školama te podatke temelje na dosadašnjim prijavama roditelja, dok u resornom Ministarstvu znanosti i obrazovanja (MZO) još ne raspolažu točnim i potpunim podacima s tim u vezi.

- Upisi učenika u prvi razred osnovne škole još uvijek nisu završeni te većina škola nema sve potrebne podatke o broju učenika od 1. do 4. razreda koji će biti uključeni u izbornu nastavu informatike - objašnjavaju iz MZO-a, pa zbog toga, kažu, ne mogu ni procijeniti koliko će trebati zaposliti novih učitelja informatike ili dopuniti satnicu postojećima.
