Nalaz inspekcije Ministarstva zdravstva oko smrti novinara Vladimira Matijanića prema kojemu je za smrt kriv covid, a većih propusta od strane liječnika i medicinskog osoblja nije bilo, za N1 je danas komentirao liječnik Mirando Mrsić. 

Povjerenstvo je svoju odluku objašnjavalo dva sata. Nitko nije kriv, a svi liječnici s jučerašnje pressice rekli su da je Matijanić trebao biti hospitaliziran. Smatraju da je Matijanić sam trebao doći jer je imao uputnicu za hitnu.

- Jučerašnja pressica nije odgovorila na tri ključna pitanja koja postavljaju stručnjaci, obitelj, javnost – zašto nije primljen u bolnicu, drugo, zašto ga netko nije pošteno pregledao i treće, zašto nisu napravljene pretrage koje su trebale bit napravljene.

Onog trenutka kad prijeđete prag bolnice već imate EKG i rendgen pluća, da je to napravljeno, situacija bi bila potpuno drugačija i pokojni Matijanić bi ipak imao šanse da proba preproditi covid i teške komplikacije, komentirao je Mrsić.

Kolege iz povjerenstva, kaže, ne bi ništa pitao.

- Ne bih ih ništa trebao pitati, sve je jasno iz njihova izlaganja. Svaki moj kolega koji je sjedio tamo je sjedio posramljeno jer je morao govoriti nešto što se kosi s etikom, sa stručnošću, sa svime na što smo se zakleli kad smo postali liječnici, a to je pomoći pacijentu.

“Puštanje magle i stavljanje afere pod tepih”

- Sama pressica koja je trajala dva sata je puštanje magle, kao što sipa pušta crnilo, tako je Beroš na ovaj način pokušao staviti aferu pod tepih da ne bi izgubio svoju poziciju, dodao je Mrsić.

Kaže da je “neetično tko god sad pokušava svu krivicu svaliti na mrtvog čovjeka. Pa što i da nije uzimao terapiju, da nije cijepljen… Kakve to ima veze s ovim? Dobio je covid, napravio što je napravio i trebao je biti primljen u bolnicu”.

Na pitanje kad je Matijanić trebao biti hospitaliziran, Mrsić odgovara:

- Po onome što znam i što sam vidio u medijima, nemam medicinsku dokumentaciju, u trenutku kad je sam rekao da je imao epizodu teškog gušenja i nedostatka zraka, tada su stvari počele ići nizbrdo i tada je trebao biti hospitaliziran. Izvlačiti se na to da je on trebao doći, da je maltene on kriv što je umro je dno dna i mislim da naša javnost to neće piti, te izjave, i da će svima biti jasno da je sustav pogriješio. Očekivao sam da će Beroš izvući neke pouke za sve druge Matijaniće u budućnosti, da se oni ne dogode.

A poruka bi, kaže, trebala biti jasna:

- Način na koji smo postupali u slučaju Matijanić nije dobar i ne bi se smio događati. Nema telefonske medicine, medicina je okrenuta prema čovjeku. Ovdje nismo gledali čovjeka, nego samo nalaze ili nekakve brojke. Treba pregledati pacijenta, obraditi ga i onda zaključtiti je li on za bolnicu ili ne. Telefonska medicina koja je danas sve češća u Hrvatskoj neće donijeti dobro.

- Istina će kad-tad izaći na vidjelo i svima je jasno da sustav nije pružio adekvatnu skrb pokojnom Matijaniću, zaključio je Mrsić za N1.

Nalaz inspekcije Ministarstva zdravstva oko smrti novinara Vladimira Matijanića prema kojemu je za smrt kriv covid, a većih propusta od strane liječnika i medicinskog osoblja nije bilo, za N1 je danas komentirao liječnik Mirando Mrsić. 

Povjerenstvo je svoju odluku objašnjavalo dva sata. Nitko nije kriv, a svi liječnici s jučerašnje pressice rekli su da je Matijanić trebao biti hospitaliziran. Smatraju da je Matijanić sam trebao doći jer je imao uputnicu za hitnu.

- Jučerašnja pressica nije odgovorila na tri ključna pitanja koja postavljaju stručnjaci, obitelj, javnost – zašto nije primljen u bolnicu, drugo, zašto ga netko nije pošteno pregledao i treće, zašto nisu napravljene pretrage koje su trebale bit napravljene.

Onog trenutka kad prijeđete prag bolnice već imate EKG i rendgen pluća, da je to napravljeno, situacija bi bila potpuno drugačija i pokojni Matijanić bi ipak imao šanse da proba preproditi covid i teške komplikacije, komentirao je Mrsić.

Kolege iz povjerenstva, kaže, ne bi ništa pitao.

- Ne bih ih ništa trebao pitati, sve je jasno iz njihova izlaganja. Svaki moj kolega koji je sjedio tamo je sjedio posramljeno jer je morao govoriti nešto što se kosi s etikom, sa stručnošću, sa svime na što smo se zakleli kad smo postali liječnici, a to je pomoći pacijentu.

“Puštanje magle i stavljanje afere pod tepih”

- Sama pressica koja je trajala dva sata je puštanje magle, kao što sipa pušta crnilo, tako je Beroš na ovaj način pokušao staviti aferu pod tepih da ne bi izgubio svoju poziciju, dodao je Mrsić.

Kaže da je “neetično tko god sad pokušava svu krivicu svaliti na mrtvog čovjeka. Pa što i da nije uzimao terapiju, da nije cijepljen… Kakve to ima veze s ovim? Dobio je covid, napravio što je napravio i trebao je biti primljen u bolnicu”.

Na pitanje kad je Matijanić trebao biti hospitaliziran, Mrsić odgovara:

- Po onome što znam i što sam vidio u medijima, nemam medicinsku dokumentaciju, u trenutku kad je sam rekao da je imao epizodu teškog gušenja i nedostatka zraka, tada su stvari počele ići nizbrdo i tada je trebao biti hospitaliziran. Izvlačiti se na to da je on trebao doći, da je maltene on kriv što je umro je dno dna i mislim da naša javnost to neće piti, te izjave, i da će svima biti jasno da je sustav pogriješio. Očekivao sam da će Beroš izvući neke pouke za sve druge Matijaniće u budućnosti, da se oni ne dogode.

A poruka bi, kaže, trebala biti jasna:

- Način na koji smo postupali u slučaju Matijanić nije dobar i ne bi se smio događati. Nema telefonske medicine, medicina je okrenuta prema čovjeku. Ovdje nismo gledali čovjeka, nego samo nalaze ili nekakve brojke. Treba pregledati pacijenta, obraditi ga i onda zaključtiti je li on za bolnicu ili ne. Telefonska medicina koja je danas sve češća u Hrvatskoj neće donijeti dobro.

- Istina će kad-tad izaći na vidjelo i svima je jasno da sustav nije pružio adekvatnu skrb pokojnom Matijaniću, zaključio je Mrsić za N1.
