Novac za podmirenje duga veledrogerijama naći će se u proračunskim preraspodjelama i rebalansu, onaj za covid dodatak suradnjom resora i uštedama, a za povrat poreza mladima predviđen je još uoči covid krize, rekao je u četvrtak ministar financija Zdravko Marić. 

U izjavi u Saboru Marić je rekao da će novac za isplatu dijela duga veledrogerijama do rebalansa koji je planiran za lipanj, biti osigurana proračunskim preraspodjelama.

Kako je pojasnio, zakonska mogućnost preraspodjela unutar aktualnog proračuna bit će iscrpljena tijekom travnja i svibnja.

Za dva-tri tjedna na vladi je program konvergencije s makroekonomskim i fiskalnim projekcijama koje će biti osnova između ostalog i za rebalans proračuna, a u njemu će se predvidjeti novac za dugove zdravstva, rekao je Marić. Dodao je da će procjene kretanja BDP-a unutar tih projekcija vjerojatno biti podignute na više, uz nižu ciljanu razinu proračunskog deficita.

Dugovi zdravstva zadnjih mjeseci rastu po njegovim riječima za više od 400 milijuna kuna mjesečno.

Ističući da je financijski od starih dugova teži i važniji nastavak generiranja novih, ponovio je svoju tezu da je "prihodna strana dala više nego dovoljno" za funkcioniranje zdravstvenog sustava, među ostalim i povećanjem zdravstvenog doprinosa, ali da treba srediti rashodnu stranu.

"Građani, ne morate brinuti o opskrbi lijekovima", rekao je Marić, ali i dodao da je jučerašnji dogovor s veledrogerijama kratkoročno rješenje, a da bi se ostvarilo dugoročno - plaćanje unutar 60 dana, mora se provesti reforma zdravstvenog sustava i to prije svega troškovna.

Upitan gdje je pronađen novac za povrat poreza za mlade zbog snižavanja ili oslobađanja poreza na dohodak, rekao je da je ta mjera stupila na snagu početkom prošle godine, a predložena i ranije, kada "nitko pojma nije imao" da će biti pandemije te da povrat poreza ne sjeda na svakoj plaći, nego prema godišnjem obračunu poreza na dohodak.

To se sada i dogodilo, rekao je Marić i dodao da se mjera odnosi na više od 132 tisuće mladih, uz ukupni iznos povrata poreza veći od 640 milijuna kuna.

Što se tiče umirovljeničkog covid dodatka, rekao je da će se procijenjenih 600 milijuna kuna financirati "iz određenih pozicija ministarstva rada i mirovinskog sustava", ali i doprinosom svih drugih resora određenim uštedama.

Novac za podmirenje duga veledrogerijama naći će se u proračunskim preraspodjelama i rebalansu, onaj za covid dodatak suradnjom resora i uštedama, a za povrat poreza mladima predviđen je još uoči covid krize, rekao je u četvrtak ministar financija Zdravko Marić. 

U izjavi u Saboru Marić je rekao da će novac za isplatu dijela duga veledrogerijama do rebalansa koji je planiran za lipanj, biti osigurana proračunskim preraspodjelama.

Kako je pojasnio, zakonska mogućnost preraspodjela unutar aktualnog proračuna bit će iscrpljena tijekom travnja i svibnja.

Za dva-tri tjedna na vladi je program konvergencije s makroekonomskim i fiskalnim projekcijama koje će biti osnova između ostalog i za rebalans proračuna, a u njemu će se predvidjeti novac za dugove zdravstva, rekao je Marić. Dodao je da će procjene kretanja BDP-a unutar tih projekcija vjerojatno biti podignute na više, uz nižu ciljanu razinu proračunskog deficita.

Dugovi zdravstva zadnjih mjeseci rastu po njegovim riječima za više od 400 milijuna kuna mjesečno.

Ističući da je financijski od starih dugova teži i važniji nastavak generiranja novih, ponovio je svoju tezu da je "prihodna strana dala više nego dovoljno" za funkcioniranje zdravstvenog sustava, među ostalim i povećanjem zdravstvenog doprinosa, ali da treba srediti rashodnu stranu.

"Građani, ne morate brinuti o opskrbi lijekovima", rekao je Marić, ali i dodao da je jučerašnji dogovor s veledrogerijama kratkoročno rješenje, a da bi se ostvarilo dugoročno - plaćanje unutar 60 dana, mora se provesti reforma zdravstvenog sustava i to prije svega troškovna.

Upitan gdje je pronađen novac za povrat poreza za mlade zbog snižavanja ili oslobađanja poreza na dohodak, rekao je da je ta mjera stupila na snagu početkom prošle godine, a predložena i ranije, kada "nitko pojma nije imao" da će biti pandemije te da povrat poreza ne sjeda na svakoj plaći, nego prema godišnjem obračunu poreza na dohodak.

To se sada i dogodilo, rekao je Marić i dodao da se mjera odnosi na više od 132 tisuće mladih, uz ukupni iznos povrata poreza veći od 640 milijuna kuna.

Što se tiče umirovljeničkog covid dodatka, rekao je da će se procijenjenih 600 milijuna kuna financirati "iz određenih pozicija ministarstva rada i mirovinskog sustava", ali i doprinosom svih drugih resora određenim uštedama.

Ministar Marić: Novac za isplatu duga veledrogerijama naći ćemo u preraspodjelama proračuna i rebalansu

Novac za podmirenje duga veledrogerijama naći će se u proračunskim preraspodjelama i rebalansu, onaj za covid dodatak suradnjom resora i uštedama, a za povrat poreza mladima predviđen je još uoči covid krize, rekao je u četvrtak ministar financija Zdravko Marić. 

U izjavi u Saboru Marić je rekao da će novac za isplatu dijela duga veledrogerijama do rebalansa koji je planiran za lipanj, biti osigurana proračunskim preraspodjelama.

Kako je pojasnio, zakonska mogućnost preraspodjela unutar aktualnog proračuna bit će iscrpljena tijekom travnja i svibnja.

Za dva-tri tjedna na vladi je program konvergencije s makroekonomskim i fiskalnim projekcijama koje će biti osnova između ostalog i za rebalans proračuna, a u njemu će se predvidjeti novac za dugove zdravstva, rekao je Ma...
