Potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Branko Bačić rekao je u ponedjeljak da će Vlada donijeti odluku kojom će se omogućiti građanima koji dosad nisu imali to pravo, stambeno zbrinjavanje na teret države dok se njihove zgrade ili kuće ne obnove.

 Bačić je to najavio nakon sjednice Savjeta za obnovu, a odluka bi trebala biti usvojena na sjednici Vlade u četvrtak.

"Ono što je bila posebna novost i što su doista podržali svi članovi Savjeta je nadogradnja javne nabave za obnovu, prije svega, višestambenih zgrada na području zagrebačkog i petrinjskog potresa", istaknuo je Bačić.

Predstavljeno je pet lokacija koji podrazumijevaju pristup kroz blokovsku obnovu- Blok 20 u Donjem gradu, Kukovićeva kuća, blok mali Vatikan i dvije lokacije u Sisku - Rimska ulica i velika zgrada u Ulici Hrvatskog narodnog preporoda.

Ovih pet blokova sadržava 960 posebnih stambenih jedinica i 80 ulaza, odnosno zgrada koje će biti kroz pet nabava u izvođenju. Ukupna vrijednost tih pet blokova je 50 milijuna eura, naveo je Bačić.

Također, u srijedu će Fond zaštite okoliša i energetske učinkovitosti objaviti energetsku obnovu obiteljskih zgrada, ukupne vrijednosti 120 milijuna eura, gdje će se moći javiti građani kojima obnavljaju obiteljske kuće na području Zagreba i Sisačko-moslavačke županije i u potpunosti obnoviti svoje zgrade koje su konstrukcijski ili nekonstrukcijski obnovljene.

Premijer Andrej Plenković rekao je u uvodnom govoru sjednice Savjeta da su procedure za obnovu poboljšane, što se osjeti u dinamici obnove koja je, kaže, dobila veliki zamah i u pogledu javnih zgrada, kulturnih ustanova, sakralnih objekata, prometnica, bolnica, vrtića, škola, visokih učilišta.  

Komentirao je da je izabran teži, ali sigurniji put obnove. "Vjerujem da je ovaj put bio dugoročno isplativiji i da će se tako kako vrijeme bude odmicalo pokazati ispravna politička prosudba i ocjene na temelju stručnog inputa", dodao je.

Istaknuo je i da očekuju da se u ovaj proces uključi važan element modernih standarda u zgradarstvu, a to je energetska učinkovitost i karbonizacija.

Ministrica kulture i medija Ninan Obuljen Koržinek izvijestila je da je putem Ministarstva, nakon kvalitetno provedenog popisa štete, procjene štete, uspostave sustava financiranja, osigurana obnova za više od 300 objekata iz Fonda solidarnosti i još stotinjak objekata gdje su poduzimali hitne mjere iz nacionalnih sredstava.

Sveukupno dosad, putem Ministarstva kulture i medija, realizirano je iz Fonda solidarnosti više od 520 milijuna eura, ugovoreno je nešto više od 700 milijuna eura za cjelovitu obnovu. Iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka otpornosti, a za provođenje hitnih i nužnih mjera iz nacionalnog proračuna, osigurano je sveukupno oko 100 milijuna eura.

Zamjenik zagrebačkog gradonačelnika i potpredsjednik Savjeta za obnovu Luka Korlaet komentirao je da bi u Gradu voljeli da obnova ide brže. 

"Ona se ponešto intenzivirala, ali voljeli bi da ona ide još brže", kazao je Korlaet koji pohvaljuje blokovski model obnove te drži da će značajno ubrzati, pojednostaviti i pojeftiniti stvari.

Rekao je da je Grad Zagreb primarno odgovoran za obnovu zgrada u vlastitom portfelju, dakle svojih zgrada, javnih zgrada, i u tom velikom projektu obnove ima 207 projekata, od kojih je 176 završeno, a 31 se još odvija. Za te projekte povukli su iz Fonda solidarnosti čak 190 milijuna eura, a u narednoj fazi će iz državnog proračuna, odnosno NPOO-a, povući još toliko.

Potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar prostornoga uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Branko Bačić rekao je u ponedjeljak da će Vlada donijeti odluku kojom će se omogućiti građanima koji dosad nisu imali to pravo, stambeno zbrinjavanje na teret države dok se njihove zgrade ili kuće ne obnove.

 Bačić je to najavio nakon sjednice Savjeta za obnovu, a odluka bi trebala biti usvojena na sjednici Vlade u četvrtak.

"Ono što je bila posebna novost i što su doista podržali svi članovi Savjeta je nadogradnja javne nabave za obnovu, prije svega, višestambenih zgrada na području zagrebačkog i petrinjskog potresa", istaknuo je Bačić.

Predstavljeno je pet lokacija koji podrazumijevaju pristup kroz blokovsku obnovu- Blok 20 u Donjem gradu, Kukovićeva kuća, blok mali Vatikan i dvije lokacije u Sisku - Rimska ulica i velika zgrada u Ulici Hrvatskog narodnog preporoda.

Ovih pet blokova sadržava 960 posebnih stambenih jedinica i 80 ulaza, odnosno zgrada koje će biti kroz pet nabava u izvođenju. Ukupna vrijednost tih pet blokova je 50 milijuna eura, naveo je Bačić.

Također, u srijedu će Fond zaštite okoliša i energetske učinkovitosti objaviti energetsku obnovu obiteljskih zgrada, ukupne vrijednosti 120 milijuna eura, gdje će se moći javiti građani kojima obnavljaju obiteljske kuće na području Zagreba i Sisačko-moslavačke županije i u potpunosti obnoviti svoje zgrade koje su konstrukcijski ili nekonstrukcijski obnovljene.

Premijer Andrej Plenković rekao je u uvodnom govoru sjednice Savjeta da su procedure za obnovu poboljšane, što se osjeti u dinamici obnove koja je, kaže, dobila veliki zamah i u pogledu javnih zgrada, kulturnih ustanova, sakralnih objekata, prometnica, bolnica, vrtića, škola, visokih učilišta.  

Komentirao je da je izabran teži, ali sigurniji put obnove. "Vjerujem da je ovaj put bio dugoročno isplativiji i da će se tako kako vrijeme bude odmicalo pokazati ispravna politička prosudba i ocjene na temelju stručnog inputa", dodao je.

Istaknuo je i da očekuju da se u ovaj proces uključi važan element modernih standarda u zgradarstvu, a to je energetska učinkovitost i karbonizacija.

Ministrica kulture i medija Ninan Obuljen Koržinek izvijestila je da je putem Ministarstva, nakon kvalitetno provedenog popisa štete, procjene štete, uspostave sustava financiranja, osigurana obnova za više od 300 objekata iz Fonda solidarnosti i još stotinjak objekata gdje su poduzimali hitne mjere iz nacionalnih sredstava.

Sveukupno dosad, putem Ministarstva kulture i medija, realizirano je iz Fonda solidarnosti više od 520 milijuna eura, ugovoreno je nešto više od 700 milijuna eura za cjelovitu obnovu. Iz Nacionalnog plana oporavka otpornosti, a za provođenje hitnih i nužnih mjera iz nacionalnog proračuna, osigurano je sveukupno oko 100 milijuna eura.

Zamjenik zagrebačkog gradonačelnika i potpredsjednik Savjeta za obnovu Luka Korlaet komentirao je da bi u Gradu voljeli da obnova ide brže. 

"Ona se ponešto intenzivirala, ali voljeli bi da ona ide još brže", kazao je Korlaet koji pohvaljuje blokovski model obnove te drži da će značajno ubrzati, pojednostaviti i pojeftiniti stvari.

Rekao je da je Grad Zagreb primarno odgovoran za obnovu zgrada u vlastitom portfelju, dakle svojih zgrada, javnih zgrada, i u tom velikom projektu obnove ima 207 projekata, od kojih je 176 završeno, a 31 se još odvija. Za te projekte povukli su iz Fonda solidarnosti čak 190 milijuna eura, a u narednoj fazi će iz državnog proračuna, odnosno NPOO-a, povući još toliko.
