Sudsko vijeće nije, naime, na osnovu provedenih dokaza utvrdilo da je Peša tražio, niti pristao primiti 200 tisuća eura mita za pogodovanje stranom investitoru, koji je planirao na zemljištu ciglane izgraditi turističko naselje, kao ni da je Matanović bio posrednik.

Iz USKOK-a su na ovu presudu najavili žalbu, ističući kako se sudska odluka temelji na pogrešno utvrđenom činjeničnom stanju. Dodaju kako su na ovom suđenju provedeni svi oni dokazi temeljem kojih su u prvom postupku pred istim sudskim vijećem optuženici bili proglašeni krivim i nepravomoćno osuđeni, te da je izveden i novi dokaz koji sa stajališta optužbe dodatno potvrđuje da su okrivljenici počinili kaznena djela koja im se stavljaju na teret.

Matananović je, podsjetimo, na suđenju u predmetu «Maestro» (malverzacije u HFP-u) pravomoćno osuđen na 11 godina zatvora. Vrhovni je sud u njegovu slučaju na ponovni postupak vratio samo točku optužnice koja «govori» o ninskoj ciglani, a koja «obuhvaća» i Pešu, koji je na prethodnom prvostupanjskom postupku «zaradio» dvogodišnju «robiju». Ovoga je puta, kako smo naveli, kao i Matanović - nepravomoćno oslobođen krivnje.

presudom.

Sudsko vijeće nije, naime, na osnovu provedenih dokaza utvrdilo da je Peša tražio, niti pristao primiti 200 tisuća eura mita za pogodovanje stranom investitoru, koji je planirao na zemljištu ciglane izgraditi turističko naselje, kao ni da je Matanović bio posrednik.

Iz USKOK-a su na ovu presudu najavili žalbu, ističući kako se sudska odluka temelji na pogrešno utvrđenom činjeničnom stanju. Dodaju kako su na ovom suđenju provedeni svi oni dokazi temeljem kojih su u prvom postupku pred istim sudskim vijećem optuženici bili proglašeni krivim i nepravomoćno osuđeni, te da je izveden i novi dokaz koji sa stajališta optužbe dodatno potvrđuje da su okrivljenici počinili kaznena djela koja im se stavljaju na teret.

Matananović je, podsjetimo, na suđenju u predmetu «Maestro» (malverzacije u HFP-u) pravomoćno osuđen na 11 godina zatvora. Vrhovni je sud u njegovu slučaju na ponovni postupak vratio samo točku optužnice koja «govori» o ninskoj ciglani, a koja «obuhvaća» i Pešu, koji je na prethodnom prvostupanjskom postupku «zaradio» dvogodišnju «robiju». Ovoga je puta, kako smo naveli, kao i Matanović - nepravomoćno oslobođen krivnje.

MAESTRO Matanović i Peša nepravomoćno oslobođeni

Ponovno suđenje bivšim potpredsjednicima Hrvatskog fonda za privatizaciju Josipu Matanoviću i Robertu Peši, okrivljenima u slučaju privatizacije ciglane u Ninu, rezultiralo je u ponedjeljak nepravomoćnom oslobađajućom presudom.
