Hrvatske šume moraju Luki platiti odštetu jer ga je u šumi izbolo desetak stršljena, zbog čega je završio na hitnoj, javlja Danica.hr.

Prema presudi, sve se dogodilo u rujnu oko 10 sati u šumi Međustrugovi kod Stare Gradiške. Luka kaže da je zaposlen kao sjekač u Hrvatskim šumama i da je tog dana naletio na roj stršljena u šumi.

“U početku sam osjetio dva uboda po glavi, a potom i u predjelu prsa. Kolege su mi pomogli u rastjeravanju stršljena i odmah smo krenuli prema vozilu jer sam počeo osjećati slabost, teško sam disao i osjećao izuzetan strah”, ispričao je Luka na sudu.

Medicinski vještak u svojem je nalazu naveo kako mu je nakon pregleda na internoj propisan lijek Solu Medrol 80 mg (lijek iz grupe kortikosteroida s protuupalnim djelovanjem), zatim Synopen, antihistaminik koji se daje protiv alergijske reakcije.

Dobio je i Peptoran jednu ampulu intravenozno kao blokator H2 receptora, u svrhu zaštite sluznice želuca. Kod ordiniranja kortikosteroida, kao i drugih naglih bolnih stanja kao što je ubod stršljena, moguća su oštećenja sluznice želuca.

“Radilo o lokalnoj reakciji bez znakova teže alergijske reakcije. Otpušten je uz preporuku uzimanja Claritin tableta 2-3 dana, jednu dnevno. Pacijent je rekao kako je ubrzo nakon uboda osjetio opću slabost, zujanje u ušima, omaglicu, nedostatak zraka i nesvjesticu.

Nakon ordinirane terapije bilo mu je bolje, ali je nakon napada stršljena imao ogroman strah da neće preživjeti. Može se zaključiti da ga je ubolo desetak jedinki stršljena. Smetnje su posljedica intoksikacije iniciranim otrovom insekata i uobičajene su kod ovakvih ozljeda”, navodi vještak dr. Zoran Jukić, prenosi Danica.hr.

Sutkinja smatra kako je nedvojbeno “utvrđeno da je u navedenom štetnom događaju tužitelj zadobio laku tjelesnu ozljedu, dakle, nesporno je da mu je u istom štetnom događaju povrijeđeno pravo osobnosti na tjelesno zdravlje”.

S obzirom da se sve dogodilo na radnom mjestu, dakle u šumi, sutkinja je naložila Hrvatskim šumama da Luki plate odštetu u iznosu 582 eura te da mu podmire 1000 eura odvjetničkih troškova. Presuda je nepravomoćna i na nju se mogu žaliti.

Hrvatske šume moraju Luki platiti odštetu jer ga je u šumi izbolo desetak stršljena, zbog čega je završio na hitnoj, javlja Danica.hr.

Prema presudi, sve se dogodilo u rujnu oko 10 sati u šumi Međustrugovi kod Stare Gradiške. Luka kaže da je zaposlen kao sjekač u Hrvatskim šumama i da je tog dana naletio na roj stršljena u šumi.

“U početku sam osjetio dva uboda po glavi, a potom i u predjelu prsa. Kolege su mi pomogli u rastjeravanju stršljena i odmah smo krenuli prema vozilu jer sam počeo osjećati slabost, teško sam disao i osjećao izuzetan strah”, ispričao je Luka na sudu.

Medicinski vještak u svojem je nalazu naveo kako mu je nakon pregleda na internoj propisan lijek Solu Medrol 80 mg (lijek iz grupe kortikosteroida s protuupalnim djelovanjem), zatim Synopen, antihistaminik koji se daje protiv alergijske reakcije.

Dobio je i Peptoran jednu ampulu intravenozno kao blokator H2 receptora, u svrhu zaštite sluznice želuca. Kod ordiniranja kortikosteroida, kao i drugih naglih bolnih stanja kao što je ubod stršljena, moguća su oštećenja sluznice želuca.

“Radilo o lokalnoj reakciji bez znakova teže alergijske reakcije. Otpušten je uz preporuku uzimanja Claritin tableta 2-3 dana, jednu dnevno. Pacijent je rekao kako je ubrzo nakon uboda osjetio opću slabost, zujanje u ušima, omaglicu, nedostatak zraka i nesvjesticu.

Nakon ordinirane terapije bilo mu je bolje, ali je nakon napada stršljena imao ogroman strah da neće preživjeti. Može se zaključiti da ga je ubolo desetak jedinki stršljena. Smetnje su posljedica intoksikacije iniciranim otrovom insekata i uobičajene su kod ovakvih ozljeda”, navodi vještak dr. Zoran Jukić, prenosi Danica.hr.

Sutkinja smatra kako je nedvojbeno “utvrđeno da je u navedenom štetnom događaju tužitelj zadobio laku tjelesnu ozljedu, dakle, nesporno je da mu je u istom štetnom događaju povrijeđeno pravo osobnosti na tjelesno zdravlje”.

S obzirom da se sve dogodilo na radnom mjestu, dakle u šumi, sutkinja je naložila Hrvatskim šumama da Luki plate odštetu u iznosu 582 eura te da mu podmire 1000 eura odvjetničkih troškova. Presuda je nepravomoćna i na nju se mogu žaliti.

Hrvatske šume moraju Luki platiti odštetu jer ga je u šumi izbolo desetak stršljena, zbog čega je završio na hitnoj, javlja Danica.hr.

Prema presudi, sve se dogodilo u rujnu oko 10 sati u šumi Međustrugovi kod Stare Gradiške. Luka kaže da je zaposlen kao sjekač u Hrvatskim šumama i da je tog dana naletio na roj stršljena u šumi.

“U početku sam osjetio dva uboda po glavi, a potom i u predjelu prsa. Kolege su mi pomogli u rastjeravanju stršljena i odmah smo krenuli prema vozilu jer sam počeo osjećati slabost, teško sam disao i osjećao izuzetan strah”, ispričao je Luka na sudu.

Medicinski vještak u svojem je nalazu naveo kako mu je nakon pregleda na internoj propisan lijek Solu Medrol 80 mg (lijek iz grupe kortikosteroida s protuupalnim djelovanjem), zatim Synope...
