Agencija Standard & Poor's snizila je danas dugoročni kreditni rejting Hrvatske na inozemnu i domaću valutu s BB+ na BB, uz stabilne izglede, jer bi se recesija mogla nastaviti šestu godinu zaredom.

Analitičari te agencije procjenjuju da je u 2013. godini hrvatski bruto domaći proizvod (BDP) pao otprilike 1 posto, a suprotno prethodnim prognozama, sada očekuju da će se recesija nastaviti i u 2014., šestu godinu zaredom.

Po njihovom mišljenju, vladajuća koalicija u dvije godine otkako je došla na vlast nije uspjela uvesti reforme koje bi značajno poboljšale izglede gospodarstva za rast.

Očekuju i da će, u kontekstu predstojećeg postupka prekomjernog deficita (EDP) Europske komisije, hrvatska Vlada predstaviti mjere za smanjenje godišnjeg deficita za najmanje 0,5 posto BDP-a u 2014. i 2015.

No, s obzirom na slabljenje političke podrške i nastavak recesije, ne očekuju da će mjere za smanjenje deficita koje će provoditi Vlada biti dovoljne da bi se stabilizirao pritisak na dug države u idućem razdoblju.

"Uvijek je pitanje zašto se smatra da je deficit povećan. Uz razmišljanje S&P-ja, treba spomenuti i razmišljanje Europske komisije koja je vrlo jasno rekla da je Vlada u dvije godine pokušala pomoći gospodarstvu kroz smanjenje poreznih opterećenja da bi gospodarstvo bilo konkurentno, a da gospodarskog rasta nema. To znači da u gospodarstvu nakon pet godina krize još uvijek imamo velikih problema. To je razlog zašto je deficit rastao", rekao je Linić nakon sjednice Savjeta za gospodarstvo, koja je danas održana na temu procedure prekomjernog proračunskog deficita.

Dodao je da 2013. nije bila laka. "Hrvatska je ušla u EU, što je donijelo više od dvije milijarde kuna rashoda povezanih s članstvom, jedan mjesec država je ostala bez prihoda od PDV-a. Puno je pitanja zašto imamo deficit", kaže Linić, koji smatra kako se "očito u ovom trenutku nije dovoljno proučilo sve Vladine dokumente s kraja 2012. godine koji govore koje će sve mjere biti poduzete da bi se provele strukturne reforme".

"Ocjenjujem da ćemo aktivnim radom Vlade na reformama u 2014. zaustaviti padanje rejtinga, a možda ga i popraviti", naveo je ministar financija.

Napomenuo je da osim rejting agencija, očekuje i ocjenu Eurospke komisije nakon rebalansa proračuna, koja će, kako je rekao, dati ocjenu reformi.

Dodao je i da razgovori sa Svjetskom bankom pokazuju da je ta institucija spremna pratiti Vladu u reformi važnih sustava, kao što su socijala i zdravstvo.

sjednice Savjeta za gospodarstvo.

Agencija Standard & Poor's snizila je danas dugoročni kreditni rejting Hrvatske na inozemnu i domaću valutu s BB+ na BB, uz stabilne izglede, jer bi se recesija mogla nastaviti šestu godinu zaredom.

Analitičari te agencije procjenjuju da je u 2013. godini hrvatski bruto domaći proizvod (BDP) pao otprilike 1 posto, a suprotno prethodnim prognozama, sada očekuju da će se recesija nastaviti i u 2014., šestu godinu zaredom.

Po njihovom mišljenju, vladajuća koalicija u dvije godine otkako je došla na vlast nije uspjela uvesti reforme koje bi značajno poboljšale izglede gospodarstva za rast.

Očekuju i da će, u kontekstu predstojećeg postupka prekomjernog deficita (EDP) Europske komisije, hrvatska Vlada predstaviti mjere za smanjenje godišnjeg deficita za najmanje 0,5 posto BDP-a u 2014. i 2015.

No, s obzirom na slabljenje političke podrške i nastavak recesije, ne očekuju da će mjere za smanjenje deficita koje će provoditi Vlada biti dovoljne da bi se stabilizirao pritisak na dug države u idućem razdoblju.

"Uvijek je pitanje zašto se smatra da je deficit povećan. Uz razmišljanje S&P-ja, treba spomenuti i razmišljanje Europske komisije koja je vrlo jasno rekla da je Vlada u dvije godine pokušala pomoći gospodarstvu kroz smanjenje poreznih opterećenja da bi gospodarstvo bilo konkurentno, a da gospodarskog rasta nema. To znači da u gospodarstvu nakon pet godina krize još uvijek imamo velikih problema. To je razlog zašto je deficit rastao", rekao je Linić nakon sjednice Savjeta za gospodarstvo, koja je danas održana na temu procedure prekomjernog proračunskog deficita.

Dodao je da 2013. nije bila laka. "Hrvatska je ušla u EU, što je donijelo više od dvije milijarde kuna rashoda povezanih s članstvom, jedan mjesec država je ostala bez prihoda od PDV-a. Puno je pitanja zašto imamo deficit", kaže Linić, koji smatra kako se "očito u ovom trenutku nije dovoljno proučilo sve Vladine dokumente s kraja 2012. godine koji govore koje će sve mjere biti poduzete da bi se provele strukturne reforme".

"Ocjenjujem da ćemo aktivnim radom Vlade na reformama u 2014. zaustaviti padanje rejtinga, a možda ga i popraviti", naveo je ministar financija.

Napomenuo je da osim rejting agencija, očekuje i ocjenu Eurospke komisije nakon rebalansa proračuna, koja će, kako je rekao, dati ocjenu reformi.

Dodao je i da razgovori sa Svjetskom bankom pokazuju da je ta institucija spremna pratiti Vladu u reformi važnih sustava, kao što su socijala i zdravstvo.
