Ja sam Kristina. Nikad nisam trčala niti se bavila sličnim sportom. Ispostavilo se na kraju da ću otrčati životni maraton, i to 1 na 1. Kristina protiv sarkoma. Rado govorim i dijelim svoju priču. Pogotovo ljudima koji su na toj istoj borbenoj stazi. Volim podijeliti kako sam i na koji način došla do ove titule koju sada nosim — PREŽIVJELA.

‍Velika je moć u toj riječi. Ima puno fraza ili onih mudrosti koje se dijele po internetskim bespućima kao npr. "Zdrav čovjek ima puno želja, dok bolestan samo jednu."

Priznajem da su me takve i slične motivacijske poruke ljutile, živcirale. "Ti to možeš, jaka si ti!" ili "Ti to moraš, zbog djece !" Znam, znam da većina njih koji su mi to govorili nije imalo lošu namjeru, ni najmanje. Ljudi ne znaju kako se približiti i kako najispravnije biti podrška čovjeku koji se našao u takvoj situaciji.

Tu u tom segmentu podrška okoline ljudima oboljelih od malignih bolesti, e baš tu ima toliko mjesta za nešto napraviti, poboljšati, podučiti. Velika mi je želja da se zajednica više educira baš što se tiče podrške i kako je dati/ne dati. Ja sam imala na početku ogroman vjetar u leđa,  napisala je Kristina Šimunić svoju ispovijest u sklopu akcije ‘Osjećam to u kostima‘. Više o akciji OVDJE.

Ovo je njena priča:

Bilo je iza mene toliko divnih ljudi koji su me na sve moguće načine gurali i "brusili" mi upornost i inat i snagu, i to na način na koji ni oni sami nisu bili svjesni. Moj cvijet kojeg obožavam, suncokret, frajer je u neko doba prošlog stoljeća postao simbol sarkoma. Poklopilo se nešto lijepo i nešto grozno. A horda ljudi je obukla suncokrete na svoje majice, u svoja srca, i time mi pokazali da nisam sama. Barem tada nisam bila.

U borbi sam bila sama. I tako je moralo biti. Kemoterapije su me redom rastavljale, a kad bih stigla kući, moji bližnji bi me opet sastavljali. Ponekad sam imala osjećaj kao da me tih 4, 3 ili 2 dana primanja terapije svaka tri tjedna toliko oslabi, ogoli. Ali moja tvrđavica, moja djeca, moj muž i cijela moja obitelj, svi oni pokupili bi me kao slagalicu i nježno sastavili.

Zdravi cijeđeni sok od povrća i voća, fina domaća juha, malene ručice oko vrata. Omiljen sladoled. I velika ljubav i strpljenje bili su "ljepilo" kojim su me moja obitelj, opet naglašavam, sastavljali.

Dok nisam obolila, s djecom smo često išli na rođendane, druženja, subote bi bile rezervirane za bazene, kino ili pak pizza večere, no na sve to kao da je netko stisnuo tipku STOP. Ali nekako smo svi zajedno iz jedne rutine skočili u novu. U toj je bilo bitno da bude mama "na sigurnom", a to bi značilo čim dalje od možebitnih bakterija, infekata i tada aktualne pandemije korona virusa.

Od terapija mi je imunitet bio jako jako slab. Večeri bi provodili uz društvene igre ili pak maratonsko gledanje dječjih filmova. Bojanje, crtanje, glazba, puno, puno glazbe, videoigre. I tako smo plovili novom rutinom i bilo je lijepo, toplo, sigurno. Dječje glavice punili smo pjesmicama, na njihova pitanja odgovarala bih "sve bude dobro, mama bude dobro".

I tako je moralo biti. Moralo!

U bolničkom krevetu zbivala se prava borba, ona na početku spomenuta, 1 na 1. Brojeći kapljice iz pet, šest različitih boca koje su 24h kapljale u moje vene, glavom su mi prolazile svakakve misli. Bolilo je i peklo i lomilo me, no nakon što sam si dozvolila jedan, dva dana depresije, iskovitlala bih se zadnjim atomima snage, slušajući ili pak jednostavnim podsjetnikom — "Hej, pa ti si! Još uvijek si živa!"

I tako bi se borba nastavila. Shvatila sam da mi srce zadrhti, usput i oko zasuzi, čim bih se prisjećala djetinjstva. Uspomene na mamu, baku. Miris bakinih kolača mogla sam osjetiti mada sam ležala u sterilnoj bolničkoj sobi bez mirisa. Iz jednog razmišljanja, iz jedne priče, skakala sam u drugu. Kao dijete stalno sam maštala, sanjarila, pisala. Tako sam i tada počela pisati, u sobi broj 3 na odjelu internističke onkologije. Lista želja. Surviver lista. Bucket lista. Kako želite, pod broj 1 je bilo PREŽIVJETI.

I plakala sam, i vrištala, i grlila, i ljubila, i gubila, i planirala i čekala nalaze, dobre vijesti.

I gledala za ljudima koji mi okreću leđa i odlaze.

I opraštala.

Ali i preživjela!

Ja sam Kristina. Nikad nisam trčala niti se bavila sličnim sportom. Ispostavilo se na kraju da ću otrčati životni maraton, i to 1 na 1. Kristina protiv sarkoma. Rado govorim i dijelim svoju priču. Pogotovo ljudima koji su na toj istoj borbenoj stazi. Volim podijeliti kako sam i na koji način došla do ove titule koju sada nosim — PREŽIVJELA.

‍Velika je moć u toj riječi. Ima puno fraza ili onih mudrosti koje se dijele po internetskim bespućima kao npr. "Zdrav čovjek ima puno želja, dok bolestan samo jednu."

Priznajem da su me takve i slične motivacijske poruke ljutile, živcirale. "Ti to možeš, jaka si ti!" ili "Ti to moraš, zbog djece !" Znam, znam da većina njih koji su mi to govorili nije imalo lošu namjeru, ni najmanje. Ljudi ne znaju kako se približiti i kako najispravnije biti podrška čovjeku koji se našao u takvoj situaciji.

Tu u tom segmentu podrška okoline ljudima oboljelih od malignih bolesti, e baš tu ima toliko mjesta za nešto napraviti, poboljšati, podučiti. Velika mi je želja da se zajednica više educira baš što se tiče podrške i kako je dati/ne dati. Ja sam imala na početku ogroman vjetar u leđa,  napisala je Kristina Šimunić svoju ispovijest u sklopu akcije ‘Osjećam to u kostima‘. Više o akciji OVDJE.

Ovo je njena priča:

Bilo je iza mene toliko divnih ljudi koji su me na sve moguće načine gurali i "brusili" mi upornost i inat i snagu, i to na način na koji ni oni sami nisu bili svjesni. Moj cvijet kojeg obožavam, suncokret, frajer je u neko doba prošlog stoljeća postao simbol sarkoma. Poklopilo se nešto lijepo i nešto grozno. A horda ljudi je obukla suncokrete na svoje majice, u svoja srca, i time mi pokazali da nisam sama. Barem tada nisam bila.

U borbi sam bila sama. I tako je moralo biti. Kemoterapije su me redom rastavljale, a kad bih stigla kući, moji bližnji bi me opet sastavljali. Ponekad sam imala osjećaj kao da me tih 4, 3 ili 2 dana primanja terapije svaka tri tjedna toliko oslabi, ogoli. Ali moja tvrđavica, moja djeca, moj muž i cijela moja obitelj, svi oni pokupili bi me kao slagalicu i nježno sastavili.

Zdravi cijeđeni sok od povrća i voća, fina domaća juha, malene ručice oko vrata. Omiljen sladoled. I velika ljubav i strpljenje bili su "ljepilo" kojim su me moja obitelj, opet naglašavam, sastavljali.

Dok nisam obolila, s djecom smo često išli na rođendane, druženja, subote bi bile rezervirane za bazene, kino ili pak pizza večere, no na sve to kao da je netko stisnuo tipku STOP. Ali nekako smo svi zajedno iz jedne rutine skočili u novu. U toj je bilo bitno da bude mama "na sigurnom", a to bi značilo čim dalje od možebitnih bakterija, infekata i tada aktualne pandemije korona virusa.

Od terapija mi je imunitet bio jako jako slab. Večeri bi provodili uz društvene igre ili pak maratonsko gledanje dječjih filmova. Bojanje, crtanje, glazba, puno, puno glazbe, videoigre. I tako smo plovili novom rutinom i bilo je lijepo, toplo, sigurno. Dječje glavice punili smo pjesmicama, na njihova pitanja odgovarala bih "sve bude dobro, mama bude dobro".

I tako je moralo biti. Moralo!

U bolničkom krevetu zbivala se prava borba, ona na početku spomenuta, 1 na 1. Brojeći kapljice iz pet, šest različitih boca koje su 24h kapljale u moje vene, glavom su mi prolazile svakakve misli. Bolilo je i peklo i lomilo me, no nakon što sam si dozvolila jedan, dva dana depresije, iskovitlala bih se zadnjim atomima snage, slušajući ili pak jednostavnim podsjetnikom — "Hej, pa ti si! Još uvijek si živa!"

I tako bi se borba nastavila. Shvatila sam da mi srce zadrhti, usput i oko zasuzi, čim bih se prisjećala djetinjstva. Uspomene na mamu, baku. Miris bakinih kolača mogla sam osjetiti mada sam ležala u sterilnoj bolničkoj sobi bez mirisa. Iz jednog razmišljanja, iz jedne priče, skakala sam u drugu. Kao dijete stalno sam maštala, sanjarila, pisala. Tako sam i tada počela pisati, u sobi broj 3 na odjelu internističke onkologije. Lista želja. Surviver lista. Bucket lista. Kako želite, pod broj 1 je bilo PREŽIVJETI.

I plakala sam, i vrištala, i grlila, i ljubila, i gubila, i planirala i čekala nalaze, dobre vijesti.

I gledala za ljudima koji mi okreću leđa i odlaze.

I opraštala.

Ali i preživjela!
