[fulltext] => Gdje smo stali s intervjuom?, pitam Zlatka Komadinu nakon pauze od desetak minuta. Napravili smo stanku jer sam morao otići do automobila produljiti parking. “U bespućima povijesne zbiljnosti”, smrtno ozbiljan odgovara. “Otkud vam sad to?”, nastavljam.
“A tako je Tuđman znao reći. Vidite, sve je zapisano u narodnim poslovicama. Ljudi zapravo nemaju puno izbora u životu nego samo ponavljaju puno ranije zapisanu priču. Zapisanu u narodnim poslovicama”, tumači mi Komadina, piše

Tijekom razgovora, koji smo vodili u sjedištu Primorsko-goranske županije smještenom u centru Rijeke, Komadina je u više navrata izbacivao kojekakve poslovice.
Imao sam dojam da sadašnju političku situaciju i njezine aktere voli promatrati s jedne na prvi izgled ravnodušne distance. Barem se trudi ostaviti takav dojam.
Gospodine Komadina, kako se osjećate na starom mjestu župana?
- U ovih godinu i pol dana prošao sam put od osmrtnice do naslovnice. Na izbore sam išao da bih dobio povjerenje građana i zahvaljujem građanima Primorsko-goranske županije na ukazanom povjerenju. Prvi krug znači veliko povjerenje, to je glas za.
Vidio sam da ste između dva kruga obilazili Hrvatsku i pružali podršku kolegama.
- Ne samo kolegama iz stranke, nego i koalicijskim partnerima. Bio sam gdje god sam mogao i tamo gdje su me zvali. U županiji sam posjetio i podržao sve kolege koji su povjerenje građana tražili u drugom krugu. Izvan županije bio sam u Bjelovaru gdje sam podržao našeg kandidata za župana, pa u Sisku, Petrinji i Makarskoj. Mislim da je to moja dužnost. U stranci sam od osnutka i bio sam na prvom kongresu kad smo osnivali SKH-SDP. Deset godina sam potpredsjednik SDP-a Hrvatske, ovo mi je treći mandat.
Djeluje li vam današnji SDP pomalo centralizirano?
- Svaka stranka tako funkcionira, što nije dobro. U stranci se mora znati red i poštivati hijerarhija, međutim mora
postojati i unutrašnja demokracija. Dakle, mora se čuti različito mišljenje, mora se raspravljati i kad se donese stav, iza tog se stava mora stajati.
Mislite li da bi stranka trebala biti decentraliziranija?
- Prema mojem mišljenju, da.
Koji bi onda model funkcioniranja SDP-a bio najbolji?
- Nisam razmišljao kako bih ustrojio SDP Hrvatske jer nemam tu ambiciju. Međutim, svjedočio sam svim SDP-ovima od 1990. SDP je, doduše, imao samo dva predsjednika. Osobno mislim da je sadašnji sustav SDP-a više predsjednički nego što je bio za vrijeme Ivice Račana. U praksi, u svim strankama je to isto. No, glavno pitanje je kako se dolazi do odluka. Donose li se prvo odluke pa se o njima raspravlja ili se prvo raspravlja pa se donose odluke. Dakle, razlika je u procesu odlučivanja, piše Globus.

[text] => {OCMSplitter}Gdje smo stali s intervjuom?, pitam Zlatka Komadinu nakon pauze od desetak minuta. Napravili smo stanku jer sam morao otići do automobila produljiti parking. “U bespućima povijesne zbiljnosti”, smrtno ozbiljan odgovara. “Otkud vam sad to?”, nastavljam.
“A tako je Tuđman znao reći. Vidite, sve je zapisano u narodnim poslovicama. Ljudi zapravo nemaju puno izbora u životu nego samo ponavljaju puno ranije zapisanu priču. Zapisanu u narodnim poslovicama”, tumači mi Komadina, piše

Tijekom razgovora, koji smo vodili u sjedištu Primorsko-goranske županije smještenom u centru Rijeke, Komadina je u više navrata izbacivao kojekakve poslovice.
Imao sam dojam da sadašnju političku situaciju i njezine aktere voli promatrati s jedne na prvi izgled ravnodušne distance. Barem se trudi ostaviti takav dojam.
Gospodine Komadina, kako se osjećate na starom mjestu župana?
- U ovih godinu i pol dana prošao sam put od osmrtnice do naslovnice. Na izbore sam išao da bih dobio povjerenje građana i zahvaljujem građanima Primorsko-goranske županije na ukazanom povjerenju. Prvi krug znači veliko povjerenje, to je glas za.
Vidio sam da ste između dva kruga obilazili Hrvatsku i pružali podršku kolegama.
- Ne samo kolegama iz stranke, nego i koalicijskim partnerima. Bio sam gdje god sam mogao i tamo gdje su me zvali. U županiji sam posjetio i podržao sve kolege koji su povjerenje građana tražili u drugom krugu. Izvan županije bio sam u Bjelovaru gdje sam podržao našeg kandidata za župana, pa u Sisku, Petrinji i Makarskoj. Mislim da je to moja dužnost. U stranci sam od osnutka i bio sam na prvom kongresu kad smo osnivali SKH-SDP. Deset godina sam potpredsjednik SDP-a Hrvatske, ovo mi je treći mandat.
Djeluje li vam današnji SDP pomalo centralizirano?
- Svaka stranka tako funkcionira, što nije dobro. U stranci se mora znati red i poštivati hijerarhija, međutim mora
postojati i unutrašnja demokracija. Dakle, mora se čuti različito mišljenje, mora se raspravljati i kad se donese stav, iza tog se stava mora stajati.
Mislite li da bi stranka trebala biti decentraliziranija?
- Prema mojem mišljenju, da.
Koji bi onda model funkcioniranja SDP-a bio najbolji?
- Nisam razmišljao kako bih ustrojio SDP Hrvatske jer nemam tu ambiciju. Međutim, svjedočio sam svim SDP-ovima od 1990. SDP je, doduše, imao samo dva predsjednika. Osobno mislim da je sadašnji sustav SDP-a više predsjednički nego što je bio za vrijeme Ivice Račana. U praksi, u svim strankama je to isto. No, glavno pitanje je kako se dolazi do odluka. Donose li se prvo odluke pa se o njima raspravlja ili se prvo raspravlja pa se donose odluke. Dakle, razlika je u procesu odlučivanja, piše Globus.
