Ministar zdravstva i socijalne skrbi Darko Milinović jučer je izjavio da će liječnicima, koji od početka zdravstvene reforme odbijaju naplaćivati participaciju, biti u lipnju uskraćeno između 10 i 30 posto glavarine kako to predviđa zakon.

KoHOM u današnjem priopćenju, uz ostalo, kaže da je naplatu participacija Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje (HZZO) nametnuo liječnicima protiv njihove volje.

"Zakonom je uređeno da pacijent plaća dopunsko osiguranje, ali zakon ne nalaže način naplate", smatra KoHOM.

"Kako je novčano kažnjavanje liječnika - oduzimanjem glavarine, za novčane poslove koje sklapaju sa HZZO-om također protuzakonito - preostaje nam pravdu potražiti na sudu - pošto se mjesecima ne uspijevamo dogovoriti o uvjetima ugovaranja na druge načine - civilizirano i bez instituta suda", navodi se, uz ostalo, u priopćenju KoHOM-a.

Ministar zdravstva i socijalne skrbi Darko Milinović jučer je izjavio da će liječnicima, koji od početka zdravstvene reforme odbijaju naplaćivati participaciju, biti u lipnju uskraćeno između 10 i 30 posto glavarine kako to predviđa zakon.

KoHOM u današnjem priopćenju, uz ostalo, kaže da je naplatu participacija Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje (HZZO) nametnuo liječnicima protiv njihove volje.

"Zakonom je uređeno da pacijent plaća dopunsko osiguranje, ali zakon ne nalaže način naplate", smatra KoHOM.

"Kako je novčano kažnjavanje liječnika - oduzimanjem glavarine, za novčane poslove koje sklapaju sa HZZO-om također protuzakonito - preostaje nam pravdu potražiti na sudu - pošto se mjesecima ne uspijevamo dogovoriti o uvjetima ugovaranja na druge načine - civilizirano i bez instituta suda", navodi se, uz ostalo, u priopćenju KoHOM-a.

Koordinacija hrvatske obiteljske medicine (KoHOM) danas je na najavu sankcija zbog nenaplaćivanja participacija odgovorila da će se to pitanje rješavati na sudu.
