Ako se nešto hitno ne promijeni u financiranju hrvatskog zdravstvenog sustava, bolnice će slobodno moći zatvoriti vrata.
Nikoga ne bi smjele u budućnosti iznenaditi obavijesti sljedećeg sadržaja: "Dragi i bolesni pacijenti, zbog neimaštine i manjka novčanih sredstava nismo vam u mogućnosti napraviti MSCT, MR ili RTG pretragu, jer ako vam ih napravimo te nam usluge neće biti plaćene, jer smo već ovaj mjesec probili novčani limit. Stoga vas molimo, ako poživite na željenu pretragu dođite idući mjesec."
A da bi to moglo biti tako, govori i jeziv podatak da je hrvatski zdravstveni sustav u prvih osam mjeseci ove godine ostvario dodatni gubitak od oko 550 milijuna kuna, što nam je potvrdio i ministar prof. dr. Milan Kujundžić.
- Istina, dug je za toliko narastao i dok god u hrvatski zdravstveni sustav, na godišnjoj razini ne budemo mogli "uliti" dodatne tri milijarde kuna, situacija će iz godine u godinu biti ista. S te dodatne tri milijarde kuna, hrvatsko zdravstvo bi raspolagalo s 26 milijardi kuna i s tim sredstvima bi mogli podmirivati svoje obveze - kazao nam je ministar Kujundžić.
Da je hrvatsko zdravstvo "rupa bez dna" znaju i vrapci na grani, ali da u Hrvatskoj liječnici rade i tim radom štete svojim matičnim ustanovama manje je poznato. Liječnici radom u Hrvatskoj svojim bolnicama rade gubitke. Svaka hrvatska bolnica s HZZO-om ugovara godišnji, odnosno mjesečni limit, po kojemu se moraju ravnati. Tako recimo KBC Split ima mjesečni limit od oko 53 milijuna kuna (nekad, u doba ravnatelja Dujomira Marasovića limit je bio oko 72 milijuna kuna) s kojim se mora "pokriti". No, naravno u tome ne uspijevaju, jer je na kraju 2016. godine ostalo nenaplaćeno od HZZO-a 33,5 milijuna kuna sredstava koja su ostvarena iznad ugovorenog limita.
I nije KBC Split jedini radio "prekovremeno" i izlazio pacijentima ususret. Tako je KBC Rijeka iz iste osnove lani napravila 51 milijun kuna više od godišnjeg limita, a KBC Zagreb 107 milijuna kuna. I te im fakture neće biti plaćene jer ta sredstva nisu ugovorena s HZZO-om i HZZO im nije dužan to platiti.
Istovremeno, bolnice nemaju pravo odbiti pacijente, već svakome moraju pružiti liječničku pomoć, odnosno omogućiti mu liječenje. Dakle, poslovanje hrvatskih bolnica nadilazi novac s kojim zdravstvo raspolaže. Dakle na djelu je loš primjer državnog populizma, gdje se pacijentima govori kako imaju prava na sve pretrage i to u što razumnijem roku i kako će liste čekanja biti smanjenje. Najlicemjernije je od svega toga što se svi kunu u prava pacijenata i što kao papige ponavljaju da je pacijent u središtu brige zdravstvenog sustava. Licemjerno i ništa drugo.
Apsurdi
Svaki rad iznad limita ugovorenog s HZZO-om bolnicama se neće platiti, što znači da prekovremeni rad samo šteti bolničkim budžetima. A istodobno se svi kunu u prava pacijenata...

Ako se nešto hitno ne promijeni u financiranju hrvatskog zdravstvenog sustava, bolnice će slobodno moći zatvoriti vrata.
Nikoga ne bi smjele u budućnosti iznenaditi obavijesti sljedećeg sadržaja: "Dragi i bolesni pacijenti, zbog neimaštine i manjka novčanih sredstava nismo vam u mogućnosti napraviti MSCT, MR ili RTG pretragu, jer ako vam ih napravimo te nam usluge neće biti plaćene, jer smo već ovaj mjesec probili novčani limit. Stoga vas molimo, ako poživite na željenu pretragu dođite idući mjesec."
A da bi to moglo biti tako, govori i jeziv podatak da je hrvatski zdravstveni sustav u prvih osam mjeseci ove godine ostvario dodatni gubitak od oko 550 milijuna kuna, što nam je potvrdio i ministar prof. dr. Milan Kujundžić.
- Istina, dug je za toliko narastao i dok god u hrvatski zdravstveni sustav, na godišnjoj razini ne budemo mogli "uliti" dodatne tri milijarde kuna, situacija će iz godine u godinu biti ista. S te dodatne tri milijarde kuna, hrvatsko zdravstvo bi raspolagalo s 26 milijardi kuna i s tim sredstvima bi mogli podmirivati svoje obveze - kazao nam je ministar Kujundžić.
Da je hrvatsko zdravstvo "rupa bez dna" znaju i vrapci na grani, ali da u Hrvatskoj liječnici rade i tim radom štete svojim matičnim ustanovama manje je poznato. Liječnici radom u Hrvatskoj svojim bolnicama rade gubitke. Svaka hrvatska bolnica s HZZO-om ugovara godišnji, odnosno mjesečni limit, po kojemu se moraju ravnati. Tako recimo KBC Split ima mjesečni limit od oko 53 milijuna kuna (nekad, u doba ravnatelja Dujomira Marasovića limit je bio oko 72 milijuna kuna) s kojim se mora "pokriti". No, naravno u tome ne uspijevaju, jer je na kraju 2016. godine ostalo nenaplaćeno od HZZO-a 33,5 milijuna kuna sredstava koja su ostvarena iznad ugovorenog limita.
I nije KBC Split jedini radio "prekovremeno" i izlazio pacijentima ususret. Tako je KBC Rijeka iz iste osnove lani napravila 51 milijun kuna više od godišnjeg limita, a KBC Zagreb 107 milijuna kuna. I te im fakture neće biti plaćene jer ta sredstva nisu ugovorena s HZZO-om i HZZO im nije dužan to platiti.
Istovremeno, bolnice nemaju pravo odbiti pacijente, već svakome moraju pružiti liječničku pomoć, odnosno omogućiti mu liječenje. Dakle, poslovanje hrvatskih bolnica nadilazi novac s kojim zdravstvo raspolaže. Dakle na djelu je loš primjer državnog populizma, gdje se pacijentima govori kako imaju prava na sve pretrage i to u što razumnijem roku i kako će liste čekanja biti smanjenje. Najlicemjernije je od svega toga što se svi kunu u prava pacijenata i što kao papige ponavljaju da je pacijent u središtu brige zdravstvenog sustava. Licemjerno i ništa drugo.
Apsurdi
Svaki rad iznad limita ugovorenog s HZZO-om bolnicama se neće platiti, što znači da prekovremeni rad samo šteti bolničkim budžetima. A istodobno se svi kunu u prava pacijenata...
