"Zagrebački holding ovjerio je izjavu za pristup sporazumu s Ministarstvom socijalne politike i mladih te će se procedura provoditi po uobičajenome modelu koji već primjenjuju Fina i Ministarstvo socijalne politike s ostalim vjerovnicama koji su pristupili sporazumu o otpisu dugova", potvrdili su iz Zagrebačkog holdinga.

Tom mjerom, ističu iz Zagrebačkog holdinga, bit će obuhvaćeni svi građani koji su na popisu Fine, tj. svi oni koji su u skladu s odredbama Ministarstva socijalne politike 30. rujna 2014. imali evidentirane nenaplaćene dugove duže od 360 dana. Otpis dugova, kako navode, počet će se provoditi u skladu sa sporazumom od trenutka kada Zagrebački holding bude evidentiran na popisu prihvatljivih vjerovnika na internetskim stranicama Fine.

Pet je ključnih uvjeta koje građani moraju zadovoljiti kako bi im se oprostili nagomilani dugovi: moraju biti u evidenciji Fine po kojoj su 30. rujna 2014. bili blokirani duže od 360 dana i moraju imati potvrdu da su korisnici neke od naknada socijalne skrbi.

Među propisanim uvjetima za otpis dugova stoji i da kao dužnici u vlasništvu ne mogu imati drugu imovinu osim one u kojoj žive ni imovinu kojom bi se mogli koristiti ili prodati radi podmirenja duga, a ne smiju imati ni oročena financijska sredstva, ugovore o oročenoj štednji ni bilo koji drugi oblik depozita, podsjećaju iz Holdinga.

Osim toga, primanja dužnika ne smiju biti veća od onih koje je propisalo Ministarstvo socijalne politike, što znači da ne smiju biti veća od 1250 kuna po članu kućanstva, a sama mjesečna primanja ne smiju primašiti 2500 kuna.

Procjenjuje se da će opraštanjem dugova za 2500 Zagrepčana koji zadovoljavaju uvjete Zagrebački holding otpisati oko 3,7 milijuna kuna.

I dok je grad Zagreb sporazum za otpis dugova potpisao znatno prije, svoje sudjelovanje Zagrebački holding je potvrdio tek pod vodstvom privremene upraviteljice Ane Stojić Deban.

"Zagrebački holding ovjerio je izjavu za pristup sporazumu s Ministarstvom socijalne politike i mladih te će se procedura provoditi po uobičajenome modelu koji već primjenjuju Fina i Ministarstvo socijalne politike s ostalim vjerovnicama koji su pristupili sporazumu o otpisu dugova", potvrdili su iz Zagrebačkog holdinga.

Tom mjerom, ističu iz Zagrebačkog holdinga, bit će obuhvaćeni svi građani koji su na popisu Fine, tj. svi oni koji su u skladu s odredbama Ministarstva socijalne politike 30. rujna 2014. imali evidentirane nenaplaćene dugove duže od 360 dana. Otpis dugova, kako navode, počet će se provoditi u skladu sa sporazumom od trenutka kada Zagrebački holding bude evidentiran na popisu prihvatljivih vjerovnika na internetskim stranicama Fine.

Pet je ključnih uvjeta koje građani moraju zadovoljiti kako bi im se oprostili nagomilani dugovi: moraju biti u evidenciji Fine po kojoj su 30. rujna 2014. bili blokirani duže od 360 dana i moraju imati potvrdu da su korisnici neke od naknada socijalne skrbi.

Među propisanim uvjetima za otpis dugova stoji i da kao dužnici u vlasništvu ne mogu imati drugu imovinu osim one u kojoj žive ni imovinu kojom bi se mogli koristiti ili prodati radi podmirenja duga, a ne smiju imati ni oročena financijska sredstva, ugovore o oročenoj štednji ni bilo koji drugi oblik depozita, podsjećaju iz Holdinga.

Osim toga, primanja dužnika ne smiju biti veća od onih koje je propisalo Ministarstvo socijalne politike, što znači da ne smiju biti veća od 1250 kuna po članu kućanstva, a sama mjesečna primanja ne smiju primašiti 2500 kuna.

Procjenjuje se da će opraštanjem dugova za 2500 Zagrepčana koji zadovoljavaju uvjete Zagrebački holding otpisati oko 3,7 milijuna kuna.

I dok je grad Zagreb sporazum za otpis dugova potpisao znatno prije, svoje sudjelovanje Zagrebački holding je potvrdio tek pod vodstvom privremene upraviteljice Ane Stojić Deban.
