Sudsko vijeće Haaškog suda u postupku koji se vodi protiv hrvatskih generala Ante Gotovine, Ivana Čermaka i Mladena Markača u petak je popodne izdalo obvezatan nalog Europskoj uniji da obrani generala omogući uvid u dokumente europskih promatrača u Hrvatskoj iz 1995., rekao je za Hinu odvjetnik generala Gotovine Luka Mišetić.

"Danas u 17,30 sati to je vijeće izdalo nalog kojim se Europska unija obvezuje da nam (obrani) omogući uvid u 80 dokumenata koji nam dosad nisu bili dostupni ili da se očituje o razlozima zašto nam to nije omogućeno", rekao je odvjetnik Mišetić u telefonskom razgovoru za Hinu.

Haaški sud novi obvezatni nalog izdao je na temelju takva zahtjeva obrane hrvatskih generala koji mu je uputila prije dva tjedna, rekao je Mišetić. Po njegovim riječima, posrijedi je 80 dokumenata europskih promatrača iz ondašnjeg UN-ova sektora Jug te dokumenti koji su iz Zagreba upućivani u EU iz kolovoza 1995.

Sudsko je vijeće na zahtjev obrane generala još prošle godine izdalo obvezatan nalog da se odvjetnicima hrvatskih generala omogući uvid u arhiv EU-a, no oni su, pošto su ga pregledali, utvrdili kako nedostaje 80 dokumenata.

Na upit postoje li ti dokumenti, odvjetnik Mišetić odgovorio je kako su oni "sigurno postojali" te da EU mora provesti istragu i nakon toga se očitovati zašto su nedostupni ili ih, ako utvrde gdje su, predati obrani. Po prošlogodišnjem obvezatnom nalogu odvjetnici triju hrvatskih generala uvidom u arhiv europskih promatrača pregledali su 250 dokumenata, kazao je Mišetić.

Sudsko vijeće Haaškog suda u postupku koji se vodi protiv hrvatskih generala Ante Gotovine, Ivana Čermaka i Mladena Markača u petak je popodne izdalo obvezatan nalog Europskoj uniji da obrani generala omogući uvid u dokumente europskih promatrača u Hrvatskoj iz 1995., rekao je za Hinu odvjetnik generala Gotovine Luka Mišetić.

"Danas u 17,30 sati to je vijeće izdalo nalog kojim se Europska unija obvezuje da nam (obrani) omogući uvid u 80 dokumenata koji nam dosad nisu bili dostupni ili da se očituje o razlozima zašto nam to nije omogućeno", rekao je odvjetnik Mišetić u telefonskom razgovoru za Hinu.

Haaški sud novi obvezatni nalog izdao je na temelju takva zahtjeva obrane hrvatskih generala koji mu je uputila prije dva tjedna, rekao je Mišetić. Po njegovim riječima, posrijedi je 80 dokumenata europskih promatrača iz ondašnjeg UN-ova sektora Jug te dokumenti koji su iz Zagreba upućivani u EU iz kolovoza 1995.

Sudsko je vijeće na zahtjev obrane generala još prošle godine izdalo obvezatan nalog da se odvjetnicima hrvatskih generala omogući uvid u arhiv EU-a, no oni su, pošto su ga pregledali, utvrdili kako nedostaje 80 dokumenata.

Na upit postoje li ti dokumenti, odvjetnik Mišetić odgovorio je kako su oni "sigurno postojali" te da EU mora provesti istragu i nakon toga se očitovati zašto su nedostupni ili ih, ako utvrde gdje su, predati obrani. Po prošlogodišnjem obvezatnom nalogu odvjetnici triju hrvatskih generala uvidom u arhiv europskih promatrača pregledali su 250 dokumenata, kazao je Mišetić.
