Glavni tužitelj Haaškog tribunala
Serge Brammertz bio bi vrlo sretan kad bi se pronašao jedan dokument, Generalni topnički plan djelovanja za Operativnu zonu Split. Za taj dokument zna se da je postojao, ali se sada utvrđuje njegova sudbina.
Pretpostavlja se da bi bili zadovoljni ako bi u generalnom planu za topničko djelovanje Operativne zone Split u akciji Oluja našli elemente koji bi koristili učvršćivanju optužnice protiv triju hrvatskih generala. Ali, ako ne bi, Serge Brammertz mogao bi tražiti nove dokumente.
Međutim, poznato je da u svemu glavni haaški tužitelj ne traži više od deset dokumenata, s najvećim naglaskom na Generalni topnički plan djelovanja Operativne zone Split - ili samo taj dokument, ako će ga ocijeniti autentičnim i korisnim.
Tužiteljstvo pretpostavlja - ako je postojao taj plan, onda su postojali i drugi planovi kojima se HV služio na nižim razinama, saznajemo iz haaškog izvora. To ne mora biti tako.
Velik broj tadašnjih visokih hrvatskih časnika nije imao znanja za čitanje i provedbu kompliciranih ratnih karata. Dakle, natezanje oko topničkih dnevnika moglo bi se nastaviti još znatan broj mjeseci.
Ozbiljnost Brammertzova prigovora možda će tek kasnije doći na dnevni red. Iako se, realno, radi o drugorazrednim dokumentima, oni imaju veliko političko značenje. Ako se ne nađu i ako se proces protiv generala relativno povoljno završi, Tužiteljstvo će moći reći da bi bili dobili proces da im je Hrvatska predala sve dokumente. Jedino ako se nađu i predaju, neće biti sjene sumnje.

Glavni tužitelj Haaškog tribunala
Serge Brammertz bio bi vrlo sretan kad bi se pronašao jedan dokument, Generalni topnički plan djelovanja za Operativnu zonu Split. Za taj dokument zna se da je postojao, ali se sada utvrđuje njegova sudbina.
Pretpostavlja se da bi bili zadovoljni ako bi u generalnom planu za topničko djelovanje Operativne zone Split u akciji Oluja našli elemente koji bi koristili učvršćivanju optužnice protiv triju hrvatskih generala. Ali, ako ne bi, Serge Brammertz mogao bi tražiti nove dokumente.
Međutim, poznato je da u svemu glavni haaški tužitelj ne traži više od deset dokumenata, s najvećim naglaskom na Generalni topnički plan djelovanja Operativne zone Split - ili samo taj dokument, ako će ga ocijeniti autentičnim i korisnim.
Tužiteljstvo pretpostavlja - ako je postojao taj plan, onda su postojali i drugi planovi kojima se HV služio na nižim razinama, saznajemo iz haaškog izvora. To ne mora biti tako.
Velik broj tadašnjih visokih hrvatskih časnika nije imao znanja za čitanje i provedbu kompliciranih ratnih karata. Dakle, natezanje oko topničkih dnevnika moglo bi se nastaviti još znatan broj mjeseci.
Ozbiljnost Brammertzova prigovora možda će tek kasnije doći na dnevni red. Iako se, realno, radi o drugorazrednim dokumentima, oni imaju veliko političko značenje. Ako se ne nađu i ako se proces protiv generala relativno povoljno završi, Tužiteljstvo će moći reći da bi bili dobili proces da im je Hrvatska predala sve dokumente. Jedino ako se nađu i predaju, neće biti sjene sumnje.
