Guverner HNB-a, Boris Vujčić, gostovao je u N1 studiju uživo i komentirao pad BDP-a, kao i gospodarska očekivanja za Hrvatsku 2021. godine.
Vujčić je rekao da je pad BDP-a od nešto više od 15 posto u skladu s kretanjem u Europskoj uniji, gdje je u prosjeku BDP pao 14 posto, a ovisio je o intenzitetu epidemioloških mjera.
"Što se tiče cijele godine, očekujemo da će u trećem kvartalu ostvarenja turizma biti bolja od onih što smo u osnovnom scenariju projicirali. U osnovnom smo očekivali pad turističkih prihoda od 70 posto, a s obzirom na ostvarenja, možemo reći da očekujemo u ovom trenutku da će pad biti između 30 i 50 posto ostvarenja u usporedbi s 2019. godinom", rekao je Vujčić, dodavši da što brojka bude bliža 50 posto, to je vjerojatnije da ćemo imati manji pad BDP-a.
Na to će, pak, ističe guverner HNB-a, utjecati i daljnji razvoj epidemiološke situacije u Hrvatskoj i u Europi, kao i eventualne dodatne mjere koje će se poduzimati, tako da je neizvjesnost i dalje dosta visoka.
Što se turizma tiče, s obzirom na epidemološku situaciju i ono što druge zemlje poduzimaju, smatra Vujčić, od sezone smo dobili maksimum. "Ne možemo očekivati da će deveti mjesec bitnije pridonijeti toj slici", dodao je.
Komentirajući mogući rast potrošnje stanovništva, Vujčić je rekao da na to u velikoj mjeri utječu očekivanja, potrošački optimizam, a on ovisi o situaciji na tržištu rada, o stanju zaposlenosti i nezaposlenosti i očekivanju dohodaka. "Ako ljudi osjećaju neizvjesnost, boje se da bi mogli izgubiti posao, ako očekuju ili se boje da bi im se mogle smanjiti plaće, onda će trošiti manje nego u suprotnom slučaju", rekao je Vujčić.
"U ovom trenutku smo u situaciji gdje s obzirom da je završena karantena, u trećem kvartalu se pokazatelji osobne potrošnje poboljšavaju, ali su daleko od razine koju smo imali u 2019.", dodao je.
Istaknuo je da je porezna reforma, koja će imati implikacije u idućoj godini, nešto što bi trebalo doprinijeti povećanju osobne potrošnje, odnosno potrošačkog optimizma.
Kad se govori o padu gospodarstva, pad izvora roba i usluga iznosi 40,6 posto, međutim, robni izvoz pao je za samo 10 posto, čime su i analitičari zadovoljni.
"Hrvatsko gospodarstvo je sada puno snažnije i otpornije nego 2010., 2011. ili 2012., a to je posljedica toga da je Hrvatska 2013. godine ušla u Europsku uniju, nakon čega je snažno počeo rasti robni izvoz i nakon čega se naše gospodarstvo puno snažnije integriralo s gospodarsvom Europske unije. Usluge su zbog socijalne distance i svih mjera koje su vođene puno osjetljivije na ovakvu situaciju s pandemijom", rekao je Vujčić.
HNB očekuje da će u 2021. godini Hrvatska imati snažan oporavak, a i postoji još puno neizvjesnosti i nepoznanica kako će se dalje razvijati situacija s pandemijom.
"Makroekonomsku stabilnost možemo bez problema održavati, fiskalni pokazatelji da se poboljšavaju, što se tiče trenda kretanja odnosa javnog duga prema BDP-u. Što se tečaja tiče, mi smo spremni održavati stabilnost ovoga tečaja sve do ulaska u eurozonu", rekao je Vujčić.
"HNB osigurava likvidnost, kako kunsku, tako i deviznu, a u isto vrijeme da bi omogućila povoljne uvjete financiranja, povoljne kamatne stope. Tečaj je stabilan, a kamatne stope na povijesno najnižim razinama. Kamatne stope na stambene kredite došle su na 2,5 posto, znači tijekom krize su pale, a što se tiče gotovinskih kredita, i tu su na najnižim granama", rekao je Vujčić.
"Što se tiče davanja kredita, imamo situaciju da su poduzećima banke dale 3,5 milijarde kuna, a sad opada potražnja za kreditima, a postrožuju se uvjeti za davanje kredita, jer raste rizičnost. Što više raste rizičnost, to će uvjeti biti stroži. Pali su gotovinski krediti, a stambeni krediti i dalje rastu i ove godine porasli su oko 9 posto. U novom ciklusu APN-a možemo očekivati ponovno da će se povećati stambeni krediti, dok za gotovinske kredite to ne možemo očekivati", prognozirao je guverner HNB-a u N1 studiju uživo

Guverner HNB-a, Boris Vujčić, gostovao je u N1 studiju uživo i komentirao pad BDP-a, kao i gospodarska očekivanja za Hrvatsku 2021. godine.
Vujčić je rekao da je pad BDP-a od nešto više od 15 posto u skladu s kretanjem u Europskoj uniji, gdje je u prosjeku BDP pao 14 posto, a ovisio je o intenzitetu epidemioloških mjera.
"Što se tiče cijele godine, očekujemo da će u trećem kvartalu ostvarenja turizma biti bolja od onih što smo u osnovnom scenariju projicirali. U osnovnom smo očekivali pad turističkih prihoda od 70 posto, a s obzirom na ostvarenja, možemo reći da očekujemo u ovom trenutku da će pad biti između 30 i 50 posto ostvarenja u usporedbi s 2019. godinom", rekao je Vujčić, dodavši da što brojka bude bliža 50 posto, to je vjerojatnije da ćemo imati manji pad BDP-a.
Na to će, pak, ističe guverner HNB-a, utjecati i daljnji razvoj epidemiološke situacije u Hrvatskoj i u Europi, kao i eventualne dodatne mjere koje će se poduzimati, tako da je neizvjesnost i dalje dosta visoka.
Što se turizma tiče, s obzirom na epidemološku situaciju i ono što druge zemlje poduzimaju, smatra Vujčić, od sezone smo dobili maksimum. "Ne možemo očekivati da će deveti mjesec bitnije pridonijeti toj slici", dodao je.
Komentirajući mogući rast potrošnje stanovništva, Vujčić je rekao da na to u velikoj mjeri utječu očekivanja, potrošački optimizam, a on ovisi o situaciji na tržištu rada, o stanju zaposlenosti i nezaposlenosti i očekivanju dohodaka. "Ako ljudi osjećaju neizvjesnost, boje se da bi mogli izgubiti posao, ako očekuju ili se boje da bi im se mogle smanjiti plaće, onda će trošiti manje nego u suprotnom slučaju", rekao je Vujčić.
"U ovom trenutku smo u situaciji gdje s obzirom da je završena karantena, u trećem kvartalu se pokazatelji osobne potrošnje poboljšavaju, ali su daleko od razine koju smo imali u 2019.", dodao je.
Istaknuo je da je porezna reforma, koja će imati implikacije u idućoj godini, nešto što bi trebalo doprinijeti povećanju osobne potrošnje, odnosno potrošačkog optimizma.
Kad se govori o padu gospodarstva, pad izvora roba i usluga iznosi 40,6 posto, međutim, robni izvoz pao je za samo 10 posto, čime su i analitičari zadovoljni.
"Hrvatsko gospodarstvo je sada puno snažnije i otpornije nego 2010., 2011. ili 2012., a to je posljedica toga da je Hrvatska 2013. godine ušla u Europsku uniju, nakon čega je snažno počeo rasti robni izvoz i nakon čega se naše gospodarstvo puno snažnije integriralo s gospodarsvom Europske unije. Usluge su zbog socijalne distance i svih mjera koje su vođene puno osjetljivije na ovakvu situaciju s pandemijom", rekao je Vujčić.
HNB očekuje da će u 2021. godini Hrvatska imati snažan oporavak, a i postoji još puno neizvjesnosti i nepoznanica kako će se dalje razvijati situacija s pandemijom.
"Makroekonomsku stabilnost možemo bez problema održavati, fiskalni pokazatelji da se poboljšavaju, što se tiče trenda kretanja odnosa javnog duga prema BDP-u. Što se tečaja tiče, mi smo spremni održavati stabilnost ovoga tečaja sve do ulaska u eurozonu", rekao je Vujčić.
"HNB osigurava likvidnost, kako kunsku, tako i deviznu, a u isto vrijeme da bi omogućila povoljne uvjete financiranja, povoljne kamatne stope. Tečaj je stabilan, a kamatne stope na povijesno najnižim razinama. Kamatne stope na stambene kredite došle su na 2,5 posto, znači tijekom krize su pale, a što se tiče gotovinskih kredita, i tu su na najnižim granama", rekao je Vujčić.
"Što se tiče davanja kredita, imamo situaciju da su poduzećima banke dale 3,5 milijarde kuna, a sad opada potražnja za kreditima, a postrožuju se uvjeti za davanje kredita, jer raste rizičnost. Što više raste rizičnost, to će uvjeti biti stroži. Pali su gotovinski krediti, a stambeni krediti i dalje rastu i ove godine porasli su oko 9 posto. U novom ciklusu APN-a možemo očekivati ponovno da će se povećati stambeni krediti, dok za gotovinske kredite to ne možemo očekivati", prognozirao je guverner HNB-a u N1 studiju uživo
