Državno izborno povjerenstvo (DIP) odbilo je u srijedu prigovor kandidata na parlamentarnim izborima Željka Glasnovića, u kojem je tražio ponovno prebrojavanje glasačkih listića ili poništavanje izbora u XI. izbornoj jedinici, ocijenivši da je prigovor neosnovan.

"Odbija se prigovor Željka Glasnovića, osobe ovlaštene za zastupanje Neovisne liste (NL) Željko Glasnović, kao neosnovan. (...) Razlozi za ponavljanje izbora trebaju biti objektivno opravdani, dostatni i relevantni te podrobno i jasno obrazloženi", navodi se u rješenju DIP-a i dodaje ti uvjeti nisu ostvareni u pogledu poništavanja izbora za cijelu XI. izbornu jedinicu. 

Glasnović je kao kandidat NL Željko Glasnović u XI. izbornoj jedinici DIP-u podnio prigovor o nepravilnostima na biračkim mjestima u Mostaru, Livnu i Düsseldorfu.

Tvrdi da je na biračkom mjestu Livno-34 bio utvrđen višak od 11 glasačkih listića u kutiji, koje su potom članovi biračkog odbora odlučili odbiti od NL Željka Glasnovića. 

Međutim, DIP navodi kako je uvidom u materijale dostavljene s biračkog mjesta u Livnu nedvojbeno utvrdio da "zbroj upotrijebljenih i neupotrijebljenih glasačkih listića odgovara broju ukupno primljenih listića XI. izborne jedinice za to biračko mjesto". 

Zaključili su stoga kako suština prigovora da se na biračkom mjestu otuđilo 11 glasačkih listića za liste XI. izborne jedinice nije osnovana.

Isto su zaključili i za prigovore vezane uz Mostar, gdje je po Glasnovićevu sudu glasovao prevelik broj birača, te za biračko mjesto 3. u Düsseldorfu na kojem jedan član biračkog odbora nije siguran je li broj glasova navedenih u zapisniku unesen u rezultate izbora.

Iz DIP-a su poručili kako navodi iz prigovora ne daju osnovu ni za poništavanje izbora za XI. izbornu jedinicu, niti za ponovno prebrojavanje glasova.

Državno izborno povjerenstvo (DIP) odbilo je u srijedu prigovor kandidata na parlamentarnim izborima Željka Glasnovića, u kojem je tražio ponovno prebrojavanje glasačkih listića ili poništavanje izbora u XI. izbornoj jedinici, ocijenivši da je prigovor neosnovan.

"Odbija se prigovor Željka Glasnovića, osobe ovlaštene za zastupanje Neovisne liste (NL) Željko Glasnović, kao neosnovan. (...) Razlozi za ponavljanje izbora trebaju biti objektivno opravdani, dostatni i relevantni te podrobno i jasno obrazloženi", navodi se u rješenju DIP-a i dodaje ti uvjeti nisu ostvareni u pogledu poništavanja izbora za cijelu XI. izbornu jedinicu. 

Glasnović je kao kandidat NL Željko Glasnović u XI. izbornoj jedinici DIP-u podnio prigovor o nepravilnostima na biračkim mjestima u Mostaru, Livnu i Düsseldorfu.

Tvrdi da je na biračkom mjestu Livno-34 bio utvrđen višak od 11 glasačkih listića u kutiji, koje su potom članovi biračkog odbora odlučili odbiti od NL Željka Glasnovića. 

Međutim, DIP navodi kako je uvidom u materijale dostavljene s biračkog mjesta u Livnu nedvojbeno utvrdio da "zbroj upotrijebljenih i neupotrijebljenih glasačkih listića odgovara broju ukupno primljenih listića XI. izborne jedinice za to biračko mjesto". 

Zaključili su stoga kako suština prigovora da se na biračkom mjestu otuđilo 11 glasačkih listića za liste XI. izborne jedinice nije osnovana.

Isto su zaključili i za prigovore vezane uz Mostar, gdje je po Glasnovićevu sudu glasovao prevelik broj birača, te za biračko mjesto 3. u Düsseldorfu na kojem jedan član biračkog odbora nije siguran je li broj glasova navedenih u zapisniku unesen u rezultate izbora.

Iz DIP-a su poručili kako navodi iz prigovora ne daju osnovu ni za poništavanje izbora za XI. izbornu jedinicu, niti za ponovno prebrojavanje glasova.
