Dvanaest aviona Rafale, za koje bi Hrvatska trebala izdvojiti oko milijardu eura, prema izvješću francuskog parlamentarnog Odbora za obranu i nacionalne oružane snage, koje je prenio specijalizirani hrvatski vojni portal Obris.org, trebali bi stići u slabijoj verziji od one koja se spominjala tijekom natječaja za nabavu višenamjenskog borbenog zrakoplova.
Kako je objavio Obris.org, zrakoplovi rezervirani za Hrvatsku imaju stariji model radara, PESA radar, za razliku od AESA radara kakav će imati primjerci rezervirani za Grčku.
Štoviše, prema spomenutom izvješću, Francuzi računaju da će novac ostvaren od posla s Hrvatskom uložiti u modernizaciju svojih starijih Rafalea, i to upravo kako bi u te primjerke ugradili moderniji, AESA radar.
Razlika između dviju tehnologija je prilična: domet novijeg radara u odnosu na prijašnju verziju znatno je veći, a prostor pretraživanja duplo veći.
Izvješće Odbora za obranu francuskog parlamenta sastavljeno je za potrebe rasprave o vojnom proračunu. Za dio izvješća o zrakoplovnim snagama bio je zadužen zastupnik Jean-Jacques Ferrara i sastavio ga je temeljem pisanog upitnika poslanog na niz vojnih adresa, kao i temeljem parlamentarnog saslušanja generala Stephane Millea, načelnika Stožera francuskih zračnih i svemirskih snaga.
Kako prenosi Obris, zastupnik je intervjuirao još 11 dužnosnika zračnih snaga i pripadajuće vojne industrije, a obišao je i zračnu bazu u Džibutiju, gdje je razgovarao s nizom časnika. Među ostalim, kako bi razjasnio i hoće li francuske zračne snage imati dovoljno zrakoplova ako se dio proda Grčkoj i Hrvatskoj. Osim što iz njegova izvješća proizlazi da su za Hrvatsku rezervirani zastarjeli radari, razjašnjeno je i kako program obuke, uključen u ponudu koja je pobijedila na natječaju, uključuje obuku ukupno 12 pilota i osnovnog broja pripadajućeg osoblja, mehaničara i ostalih. Sve poviše toga preuzeo bi proizvođač zrakoplova.
Prema ovom izvještaju, prvih šest aviona u Hrvatsku bi trebalo stići 2023., a preostalih šest 2024. godine. No, dok je s Grcima ugovor već "protokoliran", s Hrvatskom takav dokument tek treba biti definiran - uključujući i koji su točno primjerci rezervirani za Hrvatsko ratno zrakoplovstvo i s kojom opremom i naoružanjem.
Potpisu ugovora prethodit će, kako je najavio premijer Andrej Plenković, posjet predsjednika Emmanuela Macrona sljedećeg mjeseca, a treba imati u vidu i da još nije definirano trebaju li dvije strane i suglasnost SAD-a, jer se u Rafaleima nalazi i dio njihove opreme. Hrvatska je za sljedeći godinu u proračunu rezervirala 2,1 milijardu kuna za ovaj posao.

Dvanaest aviona Rafale, za koje bi Hrvatska trebala izdvojiti oko milijardu eura, prema izvješću francuskog parlamentarnog Odbora za obranu i nacionalne oružane snage, koje je prenio specijalizirani hrvatski vojni portal Obris.org, trebali bi stići u slabijoj verziji od one koja se spominjala tijekom natječaja za nabavu višenamjenskog borbenog zrakoplova.
Kako je objavio Obris.org, zrakoplovi rezervirani za Hrvatsku imaju stariji model radara, PESA radar, za razliku od AESA radara kakav će imati primjerci rezervirani za Grčku.
Štoviše, prema spomenutom izvješću, Francuzi računaju da će novac ostvaren od posla s Hrvatskom uložiti u modernizaciju svojih starijih Rafalea, i to upravo kako bi u te primjerke ugradili moderniji, AESA radar.
Razlika između dviju tehnologija je prilična: domet novijeg radara u odnosu na prijašnju verziju znatno je veći, a prostor pretraživanja duplo veći.
Izvješće Odbora za obranu francuskog parlamenta sastavljeno je za potrebe rasprave o vojnom proračunu. Za dio izvješća o zrakoplovnim snagama bio je zadužen zastupnik Jean-Jacques Ferrara i sastavio ga je temeljem pisanog upitnika poslanog na niz vojnih adresa, kao i temeljem parlamentarnog saslušanja generala Stephane Millea, načelnika Stožera francuskih zračnih i svemirskih snaga.
Kako prenosi Obris, zastupnik je intervjuirao još 11 dužnosnika zračnih snaga i pripadajuće vojne industrije, a obišao je i zračnu bazu u Džibutiju, gdje je razgovarao s nizom časnika. Među ostalim, kako bi razjasnio i hoće li francuske zračne snage imati dovoljno zrakoplova ako se dio proda Grčkoj i Hrvatskoj. Osim što iz njegova izvješća proizlazi da su za Hrvatsku rezervirani zastarjeli radari, razjašnjeno je i kako program obuke, uključen u ponudu koja je pobijedila na natječaju, uključuje obuku ukupno 12 pilota i osnovnog broja pripadajućeg osoblja, mehaničara i ostalih. Sve poviše toga preuzeo bi proizvođač zrakoplova.
Prema ovom izvještaju, prvih šest aviona u Hrvatsku bi trebalo stići 2023., a preostalih šest 2024. godine. No, dok je s Grcima ugovor već "protokoliran", s Hrvatskom takav dokument tek treba biti definiran - uključujući i koji su točno primjerci rezervirani za Hrvatsko ratno zrakoplovstvo i s kojom opremom i naoružanjem.
Potpisu ugovora prethodit će, kako je najavio premijer Andrej Plenković, posjet predsjednika Emmanuela Macrona sljedećeg mjeseca, a treba imati u vidu i da još nije definirano trebaju li dvije strane i suglasnost SAD-a, jer se u Rafaleima nalazi i dio njihove opreme. Hrvatska je za sljedeći godinu u proračunu rezervirala 2,1 milijardu kuna za ovaj posao.
