Europski parlament je u četvrtak prihvatio rezoluciju o proračunskim smjernicama za 2009. godinu u kojoj se predviđa mogućnost da se potkraj sljedeće godine europskim zastupnicima pridruže i njihovi hrvatski kolege u svojstvu promatrača.

"Europski parlament je suglasan da bi se mogla predvidjeti privremena svota za mogućnost prihvaćanja hrvatskih promatrača potkraj 2009. godine i očekuje procjenu financijskih implikacija", kaže se u rezoluciji, koju je sastavio parlamentarni izvjestitelj za proračun Janusz Lewandowski.

U izvješću glavnog tajnika Europskog parlamenta o preliminarnim nacrtima troškova za financijsku godinu 2009. kaže se da "sadašnje vremenske projekcije ukazuju na mogućnost ulaska Hrvatske tijekom 2010. godine".

"Stoga, ako političke vlasti, kao i kod prijašnjih proširenja, odluče pozvati promatrače 12 mjeseci prije pristupanja, Parlament mora moći snositi troškove za te promatrače u zadnjem tromjesečju 2009. godine", kaže se u tom dokumentu.

U izvješću glavnog tajnika Europskog parlamenta za hrvatske promatrače predviđa se privremena svota od pola milijuna eura za 2009. godinu, iz čega bi se financirali njihovi troškovi putovanja i dnevnice, zapošljavanje ugovornih djelatnika, troškovi prevođenja i uredi.

Parlamentarni promatrači pozivaju se u Europski parlament nakon potpisivanja pristupnog sporazuma kako bi se upoznali s radom Europskog parlamenta.

Promatrači mogu sudjelovati u radu parlamentarnih odbora, ali bez prava glasa te pratiti plenarne sjednice Parlamenta.

Stupanjem u članstvo, promatrači postaju zastupnici dok zemlja koja je ušla u EU ne raspiše izbore za Europski parlament.

Promatrači se ne biraju na općim izborima, nego ih delegira njihov nacionalni parlament.

Europski parlament još nije utvrdio koliko će Hrvatska imati zastupnika, ali prema procjeni na temelju usporedbi s drugim državama slične veličine, mogla bi ih imati 12.

Europski parlament je u četvrtak prihvatio rezoluciju o proračunskim smjernicama za 2009. godinu u kojoj se predviđa mogućnost da se potkraj sljedeće godine europskim zastupnicima pridruže i njihovi hrvatski kolege u svojstvu promatrača.

"Europski parlament je suglasan da bi se mogla predvidjeti privremena svota za mogućnost prihvaćanja hrvatskih promatrača potkraj 2009. godine i očekuje procjenu financijskih implikacija", kaže se u rezoluciji, koju je sastavio parlamentarni izvjestitelj za proračun Janusz Lewandowski.

U izvješću glavnog tajnika Europskog parlamenta o preliminarnim nacrtima troškova za financijsku godinu 2009. kaže se da "sadašnje vremenske projekcije ukazuju na mogućnost ulaska Hrvatske tijekom 2010. godine".

"Stoga, ako političke vlasti, kao i kod prijašnjih proširenja, odluče pozvati promatrače 12 mjeseci prije pristupanja, Parlament mora moći snositi troškove za te promatrače u zadnjem tromjesečju 2009. godine", kaže se u tom dokumentu.

U izvješću glavnog tajnika Europskog parlamenta za hrvatske promatrače predviđa se privremena svota od pola milijuna eura za 2009. godinu, iz čega bi se financirali njihovi troškovi putovanja i dnevnice, zapošljavanje ugovornih djelatnika, troškovi prevođenja i uredi.

Parlamentarni promatrači pozivaju se u Europski parlament nakon potpisivanja pristupnog sporazuma kako bi se upoznali s radom Europskog parlamenta.

Promatrači mogu sudjelovati u radu parlamentarnih odbora, ali bez prava glasa te pratiti plenarne sjednice Parlamenta.

Stupanjem u članstvo, promatrači postaju zastupnici dok zemlja koja je ušla u EU ne raspiše izbore za Europski parlament.

Promatrači se ne biraju na općim izborima, nego ih delegira njihov nacionalni parlament.

Europski parlament još nije utvrdio koliko će Hrvatska imati zastupnika, ali prema procjeni na temelju usporedbi s drugim državama slične veličine, mogla bi ih imati 12.
