Saborska oporba bila je u srijedu vrlo kritična prema predloženom rebalansu ovogodišnjeg proračuna, tvrdeći da se radi o „krpanju rupa“, dok su zastupnici većine uzvraćali da je bio nužan s obzirom na okolnosti u kojima živimo i posljedice koronakrize.

„Dug državnog proračuna je eksplodirao, dosegnuo je 88,8 posto BDP-a, gospodarski smo pali osam posto, pandemija nam izvrsno dođe kao opravdanje za sve reforme koje se godinama nisu provodile“, kazala je Marijana Puljak (Centar).

Marin Lerotić (IDS) ističe da je rebalans konačna potvrda loših ekonomskih politika i pokazatelj da nema političke volje da se riješe strukturni problemi.

„Ovaj rebalans je krpanje rupa, na način da se poveća ionako velik javni dug, a što se osobito vidi u zdravstvenom sustavu“, kazao je, napominjući kako je rebalansom za plaćanje dugova veledrogerijama predviđeno 2,8 milijardi kuna.

Rebalans je bio nužan s obzirom na okolnosti u kojima živimo i posljedice koronakrize, kaže Marijana Petir (NZ), koja pozdravlja povećanje iznosa za mjere ruralnog razvoja za 839 milijuna kuna, kao i niz drugih mjera kojima je država nastojala pomoći poljoprivredi i normalizaciji stanja na tržištu poljoprivrednih proizvoda.

Grozdana Perić (HDZ) ističe da su mjere koje je Vlada poduzimala u godinama prije pandemije omogućile da se s njom nosimo.

OBNOVA OD POTRESA I KUPOVINA ZRAKOPLOVA

U prethodnim godinama poduzeto je sve da se stabiliziraju javne financije, no ukupan efekt korone je preko 32 milijarde kuna što je iznimno zahtjevno u odnosu na ukupne mogućnosti proračuna, kazala je i naglasila da smo, unatoč svim teškoćama kroz koje je država prolazila, pristupili europskom tečajnom mehanizmu, povećali rejting.

Dragana Jeckov (SDSS) također hvali Vladine mjere i potpore, kao i povećanje sredstva za poboljšanje infrastruktura na područjima gdje žive pripadnici nacionalnih manjina. Propituje i je li povećanje sredstava za Ured za obnovu i stambeno zbrinjavanje dovoljno da se sufinancira obnova nakon potresa?

Anka Mrak Taritaš (Glas) nije zadovoljna obnovom od potresa, a od zagrebačkog je prošlo 15 mjeseci. Umjesto da se iz rebalansa vidi da je krenula sustavna obnova, to nije slučaj, kazala je i zapitala što će se dogoditi ako ne iskoristimo odobrena europska sredstva. „Osramotit ćemo se“, upozorila je.

Ne sporeći potrebu njihove nabave, Sandra Benčić (ZLB) zapitala se je li baš sada pravo vrijeme za kupovinu borbenih zrakoplova za 999 milijuna eura.

Smatramo da su ove i naredne godine prioriteti trebali biti obnova od potresa i opravak građana i gospodarstva od pandemije, za njih ne vidimo značajna povećanja u proračunu, a za neke buduće rizike izdvajamo milijardu eura, konstatirala je.

Davor Ivo Stier (HDZ) odgovara joj da je dosljedna u stavovima, da se dok je bila u Centru za mirovne studije, protivila ulasku Hrvatske u NATO. Investirati u obranu je nužnost, Srbija je rebalansom povećala obrambeni proračun za 44 posto, to je realni svijet, jasno je da moramo investirati u sigurnost, rekao je Stier (HDZ).

Zar ćemo dopustiti da naše investicije u obranu diktira Vučićeva Vlada, zapitala se Benčić, napominjući da smo mi u NATO-u, Srbija nije. Pa donosi li nam NATO nešto od te obrane i sigurnosti, upitala je Benčić.

Nabavu zrakoplova, ali ne i dobavljača, pozdravila je Vesna Vučemilović (DP). Da ste bili u ratnom Osijeku, kao ja, bili biste sretni Vladinom odlukom da nabavljamo avione, jer u ratu nismo imali ni kalašnjikove, pa smo prošli kako smo prošli, odgovorila je zastupnici uputivši je da o tome pita ljude u Vukovaru i Vinkovcima.

Saborska oporba bila je u srijedu vrlo kritična prema predloženom rebalansu ovogodišnjeg proračuna, tvrdeći da se radi o „krpanju rupa“, dok su zastupnici većine uzvraćali da je bio nužan s obzirom na okolnosti u kojima živimo i posljedice koronakrize.

„Dug državnog proračuna je eksplodirao, dosegnuo je 88,8 posto BDP-a, gospodarski smo pali osam posto, pandemija nam izvrsno dođe kao opravdanje za sve reforme koje se godinama nisu provodile“, kazala je Marijana Puljak (Centar).

Marin Lerotić (IDS) ističe da je rebalans konačna potvrda loših ekonomskih politika i pokazatelj da nema političke volje da se riješe strukturni problemi.

„Ovaj rebalans je krpanje rupa, na način da se poveća ionako velik javni dug, a što se osobito vidi u zdravstvenom sustavu“, kazao je, napominjući kako je rebalansom za plaćanje dugova veledrogerijama predviđeno 2,8 milijardi kuna.

Rebalans je bio nužan s obzirom na okolnosti u kojima živimo i posljedice koronakrize, kaže Marijana Petir (NZ), koja pozdravlja povećanje iznosa za mjere ruralnog razvoja za 839 milijuna kuna, kao i niz drugih mjera kojima je država nastojala pomoći poljoprivredi i normalizaciji stanja na tržištu poljoprivrednih proizvoda.

Grozdana Perić (HDZ) ističe da su mjere koje je Vlada poduzimala u godinama prije pandemije omogućile da se s njom nosimo.

OBNOVA OD POTRESA I KUPOVINA ZRAKOPLOVA

U prethodnim godinama poduzeto je sve da se stabiliziraju javne financije, no ukupan efekt korone je preko 32 milijarde kuna što je iznimno zahtjevno u odnosu na ukupne mogućnosti proračuna, kazala je i naglasila da smo, unatoč svim teškoćama kroz koje je država prolazila, pristupili europskom tečajnom mehanizmu, povećali rejting.

Dragana Jeckov (SDSS) također hvali Vladine mjere i potpore, kao i povećanje sredstva za poboljšanje infrastruktura na područjima gdje žive pripadnici nacionalnih manjina. Propituje i je li povećanje sredstava za Ured za obnovu i stambeno zbrinjavanje dovoljno da se sufinancira obnova nakon potresa?

Anka Mrak Taritaš (Glas) nije zadovoljna obnovom od potresa, a od zagrebačkog je prošlo 15 mjeseci. Umjesto da se iz rebalansa vidi da je krenula sustavna obnova, to nije slučaj, kazala je i zapitala što će se dogoditi ako ne iskoristimo odobrena europska sredstva. „Osramotit ćemo se“, upozorila je.

Ne sporeći potrebu njihove nabave, Sandra Benčić (ZLB) zapitala se je li baš sada pravo vrijeme za kupovinu borbenih zrakoplova za 999 milijuna eura.

Smatramo da su ove i naredne godine prioriteti trebali biti obnova od potresa i opravak građana i gospodarstva od pandemije, za njih ne vidimo značajna povećanja u proračunu, a za neke buduće rizike izdvajamo milijardu eura, konstatirala je.

Davor Ivo Stier (HDZ) odgovara joj da je dosljedna u stavovima, da se dok je bila u Centru za mirovne studije, protivila ulasku Hrvatske u NATO. Investirati u obranu je nužnost, Srbija je rebalansom povećala obrambeni proračun za 44 posto, to je realni svijet, jasno je da moramo investirati u sigurnost, rekao je Stier (HDZ).

Zar ćemo dopustiti da naše investicije u obranu diktira Vučićeva Vlada, zapitala se Benčić, napominjući da smo mi u NATO-u, Srbija nije. Pa donosi li nam NATO nešto od te obrane i sigurnosti, upitala je Benčić.

Nabavu zrakoplova, ali ne i dobavljača, pozdravila je Vesna Vučemilović (DP). Da ste bili u ratnom Osijeku, kao ja, bili biste sretni Vladinom odlukom da nabavljamo avione, jer u ratu nismo imali ni kalašnjikove, pa smo prošli kako smo prošli, odgovorila je zastupnici uputivši je da o tome pita ljude u Vukovaru i Vinkovcima.
