“Ministarstvo unutarnjih poslova RH, Ravnateljstvo policije, Odjel za međunarodnu policijsku suradnju, NCB Interpola Zagreb ne raspolaže novim podacima u vezi s izručenjem Ašnera”, navodi se u odgovoru DORH-a u kojem se dodaje kako je Interpol Austrije izvijestio Interpol Zagreb da je obavljeno liječničko vještačenje Milivoja Ašnera, i to po stručnjacima iz treće zemlje, te da je utvrđeno kako Ašner boluje od izraženog stupnja demencije.

“Upravo činjenica njegova lošega zdravstvenog stanja uzrokom je daljnje suspenzije ekstradicijskog postupka”, navodi se u odgovoru.
Podsjetimo, Ašner, 96-godišnji hrvatski državljanin, u vrijeme II. svjetskog rata bio je šef ustaške policije u Požegi te je sudjelovao u deportaciji Židova, Roma i Srba u koncentracijske logore.

“Ministarstvo unutarnjih poslova RH, Ravnateljstvo policije, Odjel za međunarodnu policijsku suradnju, NCB Interpola Zagreb ne raspolaže novim podacima u vezi s izručenjem Ašnera”, navodi se u odgovoru DORH-a u kojem se dodaje kako je Interpol Austrije izvijestio Interpol Zagreb da je obavljeno liječničko vještačenje Milivoja Ašnera, i to po stručnjacima iz treće zemlje, te da je utvrđeno kako Ašner boluje od izraženog stupnja demencije.

“Upravo činjenica njegova lošega zdravstvenog stanja uzrokom je daljnje suspenzije ekstradicijskog postupka”, navodi se u odgovoru.
Podsjetimo, Ašner, 96-godišnji hrvatski državljanin, u vrijeme II. svjetskog rata bio je šef ustaške policije u Požegi te je sudjelovao u deportaciji Židova, Roma i Srba u koncentracijske logore.

DORH: Milivoj Ašner pati od demencije

Državno odvjetništvo RH odgovorilo je predstavnicima Margelovog instituta kako za sada ne postoje nove informacije oko toga da bi se Milivoj Ašner mogao iz Austrije izručiti Hrvatskoj.
“Ministarstvo unutarnjih poslova RH, Ravnateljstvo policije, Odjel za međunarodnu policijsku suradnju, NCB Interpola Zagreb ne raspolaže novim podacima u vezi s izručenjem Ašnera”, navodi se u odgovoru DORH-a u kojem se dodaje kako je Interpol Austrije izvijestio Interpol Zagreb da je obavljeno liječničko vještačenje Milivoja Ašnera, i to po stručnjacima iz treće zemlje, te da je utvrđeno kako Ašner boluje od izraženog stupnja demencije.
